September 7th City of Appleton
Police received a report of a man urinating next to the transit center in broad daylight. The man was described only as “wearing a Chicago Bears jersey”.
August 26th City of Menasha
Neenah Police requested Menasha police check on a city resident who had been involved in a disturbance at a Neenah business. The Menasha man reportedly tried to purchase cigars at a gas station and was 7 cents short. The man then attempted to use ALL the pennies in the need-a-penny-take-a penny cup at the register and he was advised he was not allowed to. At that point he allegedly threaten the cashier. Menasha police performed a records check on the subject, found he had an outstanding warrant and took him into custody.
September 7th City of Appleton
Police were called to Sal’s Pizzeria on College Avenue where three drunk girls were reportedly fighting after dropping their pizza.
September 1st City of Green Bay
Police were called on a group of under age drinkers who were allegedly trying to sell sodas to motel patrons at lower than vending machine prices.
September 3rd Village of Biron
A woman called police and reported she received a phone call from someone claiming she had won a dehumidifier at the Kellner Corn Fest and she thought it might be a scam.
September 8th City of Plymouth
Police responded to a report of an intoxicated male sleeping in the middle of the road.
September 8th City of Baraboo
Police received a report of two men sitting in chairs in front of the entrance of a dance studio. According to the caller, a car pulled up and one of the men walked up to it and lifted his shirt and the car took off.
September 4th City of Beaver Dam
A man called police to report his neighbor stuck a leaf blower in his face. The neighbor told responding officers the caller came at him with his lawn more in an aggressive manner and he may have put the leaf blower in the caller’s face by accident.
September 5th City of Beaver Dam
Police responded to a report of an angry man who was swearing and trying to run people over with his wheelchair.
September 2nd City of Waupun
Officers responded to a report of the theft of a pair of three-year-old shoes. A caller told police a 24-year-old man was at his residence and mentioned he liked the caller’s shoes. The caller then saw the man over the weekend and noticed he was wearing the caller’s shoes. Police made contact with the suspect and he admitted to stealing the shoes.
August 29th City of Marshfield
A 54-year-old Marshfield woman called police to report that a woman had called her and accused her of calling her first. The caller then proceeded to use profane language after the Marshfield woman told her she had not called her first. Police contacted the phone number and a man answered. The man told police he had no idea what the officer was talking about but agreed not to call the Marshfield woman’s phone again.
