- No purchase necessary.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to play.
- Employees of Woodward Communications and participating sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotions agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each not eligible.
- Decision of the judges is final.
- No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted.
- Subject to availability.
- There will be no cash substitution.
- All federal, state and local taxes are sole responsibility of the winner.
- Winner will be required to sign a waiver releasing Woodward Communications' participating sponsors from any liability in conjunction with their winning.
- One winner per family and/or household.
- Odds of winning depend upon number of qualifiers.
- Woodward Communications, Inc., is not responsible for busy signals, problems/failures related to any contestants' phone services, misdialed, lost, late, stolen or misdirected entries.
- Winners agree to allow the use of his/her name, voice, and/or likeness for publicity purposes without compensation.
- Anything other than tickets or coupons (things that can be mailed in normal envelope at normal stamp pricing) need to be picked up at the radio station in either Green Bay or Appleton during normal business hours with in 30 days of winning.
