Originally hosted by Robert Stack, Unsolved Mysteries first ran on NBC before CBS picked it up. From there, UM reruns were available on various stations from 1987-2010.
According to reports from Deadline, Unsolved Mysteries “is being refreshed by Stranger Things EP Shawn Levy and his company 21 Laps Entertainment and Netflix.”
The plan is a run of 12 new episodes with EW reporting that Netflix promises “will focus on one mystery and once again will look to viewers to help aid investigators in closing the book on long outstanding cases.”
We also just discovered that Netflix is increasing their monthly rates.
