Mind Trekkers Hands on Learning Festival

Event Description:
On Saturday April 14, 2012 Michigan Tech Mind Trekkers will bring the magic of science to Sheboygan, Wisconsin. The team will facilitate over 100 hands-on Science, Technology, Engineering and Math activities at the Blue Harbor Resort. Make ice cream in 60 seconds, walk on water, enclose yourself in a giant bubble, and make your hair stand on end with the team of university students. While you discover the science, you will also have the opportunity to speak to local universities as well as Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math professionals. The event is expected deliver entertainment and learning to over 3,000 people. The free event is open to the public from 9:00am to 4:00pm on Saturday April, 14 2012 at the Blue Harbor Resort (725 Blue Harbor Drive, Sheboygan, WI 53081).
