Event Description: 2,300 children and adults in the U.S. are reported missing everyday. One missing person is one too many. Help bring them all home. There are eight Search And Rescue teams in the state of Wisconsin, but there were no SAR Teams in Central Wisconsin until Rapid Search and Rescue was formed. It was then the founding members of RSAR came together to organize and train a full time on call SAR Team to be available to serve all of Central Wisconsin. RSAR works with law enforcement to locate lost/missing people such as lost hikers, hunters, abductions and missing children/adults. We also work with fire departments, DNR, law enforcement and other agencies during natural disasters such as wildfires, tornado's, flooding and fires.
All proceeds will help send team members to become SARTECH certified through the National Association for Search and Rescue and FEMA.
