The long in the works documentary about the legendary metal singer Ronnie James Dio called Dio: Dreamers Never Die will finally get its premiere. Telling the story of Ronnie from his days doing Doo-wop to the lead singer of Elf, to his successful solo career and of course as the lead singer of Black Sabbath. The doc will feature interviews with his former Sabbath and DIO bandmates along with Rob Halford of Judas Priest, Lita Ford, Jack Black, and many more. The film will premiere on March 17th for virtual attendees of the South by Southwest festival in Austin, TX. At the time of this story, there has not been information about a worldwide release.
