October 30th City of Oak Creek
Police responded to a complaint from a resident at an apartment complex. The caller told police he was going to play his guitar in a commons area when another resident walked up to him and told him that, if he did, he was going to take the guitar and "shove it up his ass".

November 2nd City of Oshkosh
A bundle of dolls were found floating in the Fox River near the railroad bridge on Pioneer Drive. The dolls were wrapped in a pink chiffon blanket and had ropes tied around them with a brick.

October 30th City of Oak Creek
A man called police and reported his ex-wife came into his home and left feces all over his bathroom. According to police, the feces was in the toilet, on the floor, and on the walls. The ex-wife admitted it was her feces but claimed it was an accident.

November 1st City of Waukesha
A caller reported a domestic disturbance after hearing a lot of yelling and things being thrown around at a neighbor's apartment. Responding officers determined the noise just stemmed from a man's TV remote breaking. As a result, the man started yelling at the television because he was unable to switch it from the World Series to the Packer game.

October 26th City of Mequon
Two Concordia University students were arrested for theft of Halloween skeletons taken from neighbors' yards the previous week. One of the students admitted to police that she had taken one skeleton. She then wrote the names of all the bones on that skeleton and was using it to study for one of her classes.

November 2nd City of Wisconsin Rapids
A woman called police and reported a neighbor trying to get into her house. According to responding officer, the neighbor was trying to get his partially-used bottle of body wash.

November 1st City of Sheboygan
Police responded to an emergency call from an 8th Street location where a resident was choking on a Dorito.

October 26th City of Whitefish Bay
A woman was issued a loose pet citation after her cat "jumped out of a pumpkin" and bit a boy.

October 23rd City of Oak Creek
Police responded to a home to investigate a report that a local man using Twitter, threatened to kill a co-host on the Home Shopping Network. The resident, who told police he was from Switzerland, stated he was mad at the Home Shopping Network host because he was making fun of Switzerland. He admitted sending three tweets stating, if the host didn't stop making fun of the Swiss, he was going to murder him. After speaking with the suspect, officers contacted police in St. Petersburg, Florida (where The Home Shopping Network is located), and advised them that the suspect was just upset and had no intention of going to Florida and murdering anyone.

October 19th City of Glendale
A man threatened a shoe store employee with a pair of scissors and ran off with a pair of pink "Breast Cancer Edition" UGG boots valued at $155.

October 31st City of Green Bay
Police received a report of a suspect dressed as Batman stealing others Halloween candy.

October 30th Wisconsin Dells
Police responded to a report of a man in a dress throwing lipstick at cars.

October 22nd City of Rice Lake
A caller reported finding a box of live chickens on the front seat of his vehicle and doesn't know what to do with them.

October 16th City of Glendale
An intoxicated 17-year-old Fox Point boy was arrested during a high school football game after he ran naked onto the field wearing only a black mask. He was arrested as he attempted to get dressed. The boy was reported stumbling around and when asked how much he had to drink replied, "Does it matter? I drank a lot."

October 31st Town of Vinland
Police and fire crews responded to a report of a semi full of cheese on fire.

October 15th City of Glendale
Police were following up on a suspicious car when they saw the man in a patio door window naked and screaming. The man was next seen running naked in the hallway while continuing to scream. Police found Oxycodone in the man's room along with heroin and cocaine "packaged for sale."

October 13th City of Oak Creek
A white male in his 40s, stole a "Sale" sign and an 8-foot-by-13-foot "Open During Construction" banner from outside an adult toy store and fled in a silver pick up.

October 28th Village of Hartland
Police responded to a report of two men fighting at a local bar. When police arrived, the instigator of the fight was gone. Police eventually located the man hiding behind a tombstone in the village cemetery.

September 18th Village of Oregon
Police responded to a report of horseplay in the cart corral at the grocery store. A 17-year-old boy reportedly told a 16-year-old boy that he would punch him if he sat on a grocery cart while he was trying to collect it from the parking lot. The 16-year-old sat on the grocery cart and the 17-year-old reportedly delivered on his promise. Police warned both boys about their behavior.

October 30th City of Green Bay
Police shut down part of Shawano Avenue after a very drunk woman thought she heard gunshots in her basement. A search of the basement by police turned up no evidence of shots being fired in the building.

October 12th City of Beaver Dam
A Gould Street resident called police to report that a woman near the Family Center Ice Arena was dancing on the sidewalk and “shaking her booty” at passing vehicles.

October 20th City of Rice Lake
A deputy responded to a callers report of a "crazy" neighbor throwing stuff on the caller's porch. The deputy spoke with both neighbors who agreed to stay away from each other and their residences and to quit putting mental health counselors' business cards on each other's lawns.

October 4th City of Appleton
Police assistance was requested at the intersection of Plank and Midway Roads where a man and his son were trapped in a Porta-John by a large dog.

October 24th City of Sheboygan
Police were called to handle a disturbance involving "the most uncooperative 10-year-old girl I've ever met".

October 17th Hales Corners
A customer at A&W ordered a root beer and then stole the mug it was served in. When the customer, a 51-year-old woman, returned the mug to the Hales Corners Police Department and ask them to return it to the business, she was cited for theft.

October 21st Town of Marshfield
A resident called 911 and requested to go to prison.

October 20th City of Marshfield
Police responded to the parking lot of Pick 'n Save for a report of a physical altercation. A cabdriver told police that when he reached toward the back seat to accept cab fare, a passenger told him “you think you’re god’s gift to men” and then slapped him in the face. The cab driver said he did not know why the woman was mad. A witness confirmed the story to police, and a disorderly conduct citation was issued against the woman.

October 9th City of Beaver Dam
A man called police and reported that a student in Beaver Dam Middle School was shining a laser pointer at other students.

October 17th City of Beaver Dam
A 55-year-old man reported that a 62-year-old man was yelling insults at him. The 62-year-old man was upset because, he said, the other man was staring at him.

October 16th City of Juneau
An officer responded to a report of a loose rooster. The officer reported he had no means by which to capture a loose rooster and was unable to determine where the loose rooster came from or how it became loose.

October 10th Village of Hartland
Police are seeking disorderly conduct charges against a 42-year-old woman after she reportedly got into a drunken argument with her husband and flung a DVD case down some stairs inside their home. According to the incident report, both the man and woman had been drinking in the evening while watching a DVD and started arguing when she threw the case the disc was in down the flight of stairs.

October 16th City of Wisconsin Rapids
The grandmother of a 34-year-old man called police saying he was hallucinating and sweating, under the influence of something, and running around the house in his underwear.

October 11th City of Waupun
Police received the report of someone in the National Bank outside of regular business hours. As they investigated, a woman ran and hid in another room of the bank. After police located the woman, they learned she was an IT employee working on a problem. She told them she ran and hid because she was startled there was someone else was in bank outside of regular business hours.

Police were called to Tigerton High after someone Saran Wrapped a naked blowup doll to a post in front of the school.

October 11th City of Bayfield
A man called police to report  several people were drinking at the bar. He says it boggled his mind that he went to the bar to watch the game and he was drinking Pepsi while everyone else was drinking alcohol.

October 14th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A child called 911 and told police she was excited and happy about being a butterfly for Halloween and about being a big sister to a new baby.

October 6th Village of Pulaski
A resident called police to report a woman at whom he had hurled insults, "flipped him the bird".

October 13th Village of Biron
Police responded to a report of somebody in a park making howling sounds….and kicking leaves.

October 4th City of Waukesha
A caller told police her dog was being blamed for feces in the basement of an apartment building. However, the caller said it appeared to be human feces so she wanted officers to look at the feces and determine it came from a dog or human. Police determined the feces was from a dog but were unable to identify from whose dog the mystery feces came.

October 5th City of Germantown
A restaurant operator called police to report the theft of used cooking oil from a 2,500-gallon drum kept by the dumpster.

October 12th Village of Saratoga
A resident called police to report someone wrote "wash me" in the dirt on their car.

A 47-year-old man reported someone put shaving cream, condoms and a lobster on his car. The man said it is an “ongoing problem”.

September 28th City of Brookfield
Police were called to a residence after a report of a vehicle parked in the driveway with its doors open for two days. Upon arrival, officers met with a 17-year-old boy who claimed to be practicing a Jewish tradition in which he has to use his car as a hut and eat in it while utilizing no electricity.

October 9th City of Sheboygan
A woman call police to report her son left on his skateboard because she wouldn't give him the Wi-Fi password.

October 8th Village of Clyman
A woman called police to report that two kids vomited in the back of her vehicle then took off on foot.

September 26th City of Waukesha
Someone called police to report people had been throwing cake in each other's faces for fun during a birthday party/rummage sale. The caller did not appreciate people throwing cake at one another for fun.

September 28th City of Waukesha
A man walked into a beauty salon and said the rumors need to stop and that he "is not the devil nor is he Satan".

October 1st City of Rice Lake
A caller reported a neighbor who kept playing the song "Glory, Glory Hallelujah" over and over and over again. Officers responded to the area and said they could hear only dogs and trains.

October 4th Village of Saratoga
A woman called police and reported her husband had left home to get milk between 2 and 7 p.m. and had not returned. Responding officers found the husband in another room of their home.

A Main Street resident called police to complain that her neighbor keeps peeking in her windows and every time the neighbor sees that she is sleeping, calls 911 and reports she's dead.

September 30th City of Kenosha
Police cited a man for inattentive driving after a rollover accident that occurred when he was dipping a chicken nugget into some sauce while driving.

September 21st City of Waukesha
A caller told police that a customer of Marco's Pizza was offering marijuana to employees to get them to deliver his order faster. Police called the man and told him to stop offering drugs to Marco's delivery drivers.

September 6th Village of Omro
A West Larrabee Street resident called police because he feels his neighbors are picking on him.

September 26th City of Hales Corners
A 19-year-old man was cited for disorderly conduct after he intentionally dropped his pants and exposed his derriere inside the George Webb Restaurant WHILE police were tending to an employee who was having a medical emergency.

September 19th Village of Bayside
A man called police to report someone hacked his credit card and used it to buy a membership on

September 29th City of Pittsville
Someone at a local manufacturing plant called police to report an employee was threatening to get a gun unless someone returned his missing sandwich.

September 21st City of Waukesha
A man pressed his medical alarm and could be heard yelling and screaming in the background. The man told the medic alert operator that he wanted an ambulance to come to his home and put him to bed because his girlfriend refused to do so.

A caller reported to police that someone left a fish tank at the end of their driveway on…Trout Drive.

A resident called police to report seeing a vehicle designed to resemble a squad car except, emblazoned on the side, were the words..."Booty Patrol".

September 12th Brown County
Police received a call from a blind man who said he was unable to remove his bowtie.

August 23rd City of Menasha
A Fox Trail Lane woman reported that her husband was trying to start an argument and she just wanted to go to bed. The woman was not concerned about a physical altercation, but told police her husband would not stop arguing with her and she wanted to sleep.

September 8th Sheboygan County
Police responded to a report of a man who had been throwing things but had now put a bag over his head.

September 10th Brown County
Police responded to a call from Wal-Mart where a female customer kept falling asleep at the checkout counter.

September 3rd City of Germantown
Police responded to a home after a resident reported someone rang his doorbell and left a plastic bag filled with water on his doorstep. The officer arrived and discovered the bag contained a live fish. The resident decided to keep the fish, but it remains unknown who left it on his doorstep.

September 8th City of Bayfield
A restaurant operator wanted to talk to police about an employee who walked off the job the day before and was now claiming on social media that she was fired for rescuing a juvenile eagle.

September 5th City of Marshfield
Officers found a 34-year-old man with his shirt torn off and multiple scratch marks, which he said were inflicted by his 24-year-old girlfriend. The man told police the woman was upset with him over a comment he made on Facebook.

September 5th City of Mayville
Police were called to the scene of a domestic disturbance. The disturbance started when an intoxicated 54-year-old man became upset that his teenage daughter had dyed her hair a color that did not match her eyebrows.

September 12th Brown County
A woman called authorities to report that her son was throwing cans of food at her.

September 6th Village of Saratoga
A man called police to report that someone was pounding on his door and when he investigated he discovered it was a strange female in yoga pants.

September 3rd City of Germantown
Employees at Wal-Mart requested police presence inside their electronics department during the release of the new Star Wars products after overhearing customers saying they would punch people in the head if they cut in front of them.

August 25th City of Menasha
Officers responded to a disturbance on Grove Street where a male and female were arguing about some beer being warm.

September 5th City of Bayfield
A caller told police someone is flying an airplane over area homes and throwing toilet paper out of the plane.

A caller told police a newspaper delivery person has been stalking him and also "put some boogers on his newspaper".

August 16th City of Menasha
A caller on Appleton Road reported that a boy took a construction cone from the street. The boy was contacted and had the cone in his possession. The boy told police he was going to use the cone…as a laundry basket.

August 26th City of Ashland
A resident called police to report that someone has been throwing "booze bottles" into the recycling dumpster at the Little Friends of Jesus Daycare.

September 7th Town of Beaver Dam
A woman called police to report a 17-year-old girl "flipped out" and threw a cup of watermelon at her.

August 27th City of Ashland
A woman called police to report a possible Internet scam involving a man in Texas she met online named Hung Wang.

August 23rd City of Fox Point
A resident came home around 7 PM and found a 62-year-old man, who was dressed in women's clothing, attempting to take additional women's clothing from the resident's wife's closet. The suspect fled in a car but crashed it into a tree nearby and was apprehended by police.

August 5th City of Sheboygan
Police respond to report of a 17-year-old boy who tried to cut a cup with a machete but instead chopped off his own thumb.

September 2nd City of Neenah
A caller on second street told police they saw a man who was running down the street, stop and climb a tree and is now just sitting quietly in the tree.

August 31st Wood County
A corrections officer reported a woman at the Wood County Jail swallowed a pen.

August 27th City of Waukesha
A woman called police and reported a possible burglary in progress at her residence. Someone was turning her door knob and knocking on her front door. Police determined the person at the door was a neighbor who really needed to borrow some toilet paper.

August 31st City of Wisconsin Rapids
A caller reported seeing a man with a sign asking for money and a baby.

September 2nd Town of Port Wing
A caller requested police find the owner of a motor home that is parked in front of the old fire hall, because they are trying to get ready for the annual fish boil.

September 3rd City of Germantown
Officers responded to a report of a man standing outside a grocery store yelling about "evil things".

September 1st Dane County
Police arrested a 20-year-old man and charged him with indecent exposure for allegedly exposing himself at a funeral.

September 7th City of Fox Lake
A man called to report seeing a plane with a bomb flying from Fox Lake to Beaver Dam. Police checked and found no plane and no bomb.

July 26th City of Greenfield
Police responded to the Budget Cinema after employees reported a man standing by their mailbox was pulling down his pants and showing his underwear. Police spoke to the man, who said he was waiting for his movie to start and admitted that he pulled down his pants and fixed his underwear several times because it was riding up on him and giving him a Grundy. The man was advised to find a more proper place to fix his underwear.

July 23rd Wisconsin Dells
A dog reportedly escaped its owner's room at a retirement home and is terrorizing the residents there. Police are having difficulty finding the owner as none of the residents can remember who owns the dog.

August 15th Town of Menasha
An employee on Plaza Drive called police to report that two women had just entered the business and immediately went to the bathroom and walked out very quickly a short time later. The employee became suspicious and checked the bathroom and noticed the bottle of hand lotion missing was missing from the bathroom. A police lieutenant located the car in the parking lot. The women initially denied any knowledge of taking the lotion but later admitted to it. 

August 29th City of Sheboygan
A caller on seventh Street reported that someone nearby let a bunch of pigeons loose and now they are "terrorizing the neighborhood".

August 25th Wisconsin Dells
Police are reportedly investigating a woman who allegedly seized a tourist family's selfie stick mid picture and, after a small chase, viciously smashed it on the ground.

August 13th City of Waukesha
A resident called police to report finding "a quivering chipmunk".

August 12th Village of Harrison
Police received a report of a teenage boy doing cartwheels on the roof of his home. The boy's parents explained to police he is a gymnast but they were unaware he was doing cartwheels on the roof.

August 24th City of Wisconsin Rapids
An 11-year-old boy called 911 because his friend...used the “F” word.

August 13th City of Menasha
A caller on Ahnaip Street reported several people were responsible for placing fingernail polish on swing seats at a playground and breaking a bottle on the black top.

August 12th Village of Harrison
Police received a report of a suspicious vehicle parked on Evan Street. The car was parked in the driveway, the lights were on and car alarm kept going off. Responding officers determined it was just a couple trying to watch a meteor shower.

August 14th City of Waukesha
A UPS driver called police and reported that while driving down the street, several packages fell out of the back of his truck. When the driver turned around to retrieve the boxes, he saw a man run into the street, pick up the packages and run into his residence. The driver told police the man would not give the packages back.

August 28th City of Marshfield
Garbage bags fell into a toaster and started a fire at McDonald's.

August 25th City of Marshfield
A woman from Plover called police and expressed concern about someone posing as a female, stalking blondes at a local high school and taking pictures of feet.

August 24th City of Wisconsin Rapids
An anonymous caller reported a group of children threw a brick down the sewer.

August 13th City of Ashland
A caller told dispatch that she couldn't find her son and she's done looking for him. The woman said wants police to find him and for there to be "repercussions" for him going missing. The woman told officers she's not looking for him anymore and that he was last seen on his bike wearing black shorts and a blue shirt...10 minutes ago.

July 31st City of Waupun
A police officer met with a 33-year-old woman who said she wanted to report rude behavior that happened at the Waupun County Pool. The woman talked to the officer about the rude behavior as well as her family stressing her out, possibly moving to Chicago or Green Bay, her junior prom, 50 Shades of Grey, and her Zumba class.

July 30th Town of Menasha
A 60-year-old woman was cited for indecent conduct after several neighbors reported that she was taking the trash out while wearing only a T-shirt.

August 20th City of Sheboygan
Nobody answered the door when police arrived at the residence of a man who had called police and reported the theft of some talking fish.

August 6th City of Marshfield
A man whose probation terms required him to refrain from consuming alcohol was arrested after admitting to police he consumed "two sips of warm Pabst".

August 6th City of Oshkosh
A 20-year-old female came to the Police Department wanting to see an officer. The female stated she believed there was a warrant out for her arrest. When informed that there was no warrant, the woman lunged at an officer and attempted to grab his gun. The officer was able to push the female away and she was placed under arrest and taken to jail.

August 21st City of Green Bay
A man called 911. He told the dispatcher he just wanted to just to find out if his phone works.

August 8th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A caller told police that he was being called names by a man who was whistling down the street. According to the police report, the two men had argued before the alleged whistling incident.

July 30th City of Waukesha
A resident called police and reported finding a blood covered t-shirt in a tree. Police determined the blood in question was actually chocolate stains and not a sign of a crime but rather just sloppy eating.

August 9th City of Oak Creek
Police arrested a woman for domestic violence after she allegedly threw a screwdriver at her boyfriend because he was snoring.

August 4th City of Phillips
The police department received a complaint from a male adult who reported working at a residence when another male entered the garage and urinated on his tool belt.

July 31st City of Beaver Dam
A Weyland Street resident told police that a naked intoxicated man was running around and hissing at people.

July 27th City of Whitefish Bay
Police responded to a report of people yelling in a car. Responding officers found the man was delivering sushi and his friends were just trying to give him directions.

August 9th Dane County
Police arrested a 25-year-old man on charges of trespassing after he climbed to the top of a 10 story crane to take a selfie.

August 9th City of Rice Lake
A resident called police to report there was a man hiding in their bushes. When police arrived they found the man who told them he was hiding in the bushes to avoid an argument with his girlfriend.

August 3rd City of Sheboygan
Police were called to a home where a boy was spraying his parents with a garden hose because they were trying to take away his cell phone.

August 4th City of Waukesha
A woman in an apartment called police and reported that children in another unit were harassing her. The woman told officers the children were looking at her and said "wonder whose car that is" when her friends picked her up. Police informed the woman this is not harassment.

July 27th City of Brown Deer
Police arrested a 25-year-old man with pork chops in his pants.

August 9th City of Marshfield
An officer arrested a woman after a caller reported she was pounding on the caller’s front door, scaring the caller and waking the caller’s husband. The woman told officers she was pounding on the door because she just wanted to meet her neighbors. Why she felt like meeting her neighbors at 1:54 AM remains unclear.

August 21st City of Sheboygan
A 911 dispatcher did a call back following a hang-up. The man who answered the phone told them he called because his mother pushed him. He then changed his story saying he just fell over a bucket.

August 6th City of Shawano
Police were called to the beach near North Riverside Drive on a report of a creepy man asking females what kind of underwear they were wearing.

August 13th City of Waupun
A resident called police to report finding a cell phone and wallet on his lawn. He told police they were apparently left behind by a couple of drunken strangers he saw having sex in his yard the night before. Police contacted the owners of the wallet and phone to determine if the drunken sex was consensual.

August 15th Dane County
A man was arrested for allegedly slapping the buttocks of a police horse. According to police, the man struck the horse's "left rump area." The police horse's human partner described the slap, on a scale of one to 10, as sounding like a seven. When police apprehended the culprit, he pleaded his innocence saying "I didn't know it was illegal to slap a horse."

August 6th City of Waukesha
Police responded to an apartment after a man's medical alarm was activated several times. On one of the activations, a male could be heard saying, "I'm going to kill you." When responding officers arrived at the man's home, he told them he only activated the medical alarm because he was upset no one would push him in his wheelchair to a convenience store.

August 9th Village of Jackson (Washington County)
Police were called to a tavern that was the scene of a fight involving about nine people and included bottles being thrown. The fight allegedly started when a man attempted to put money in the jukebox. A woman objected, thinking it would disrupt her jukebox selections, and took a swing at the man. The woman missed and struck the man's fiancé instead who responds by pouring her drink on the angry jukebox lady because she said she thought "it would defuse the situation".

Police received a report of a man who was naked and humping a stool outside his apartment. When confronted by police, the man admitted to being naked but firmly denied the stool humping.

July 20th City of Oak Creek
A truck driver called police and reported that while he was stopped at Kwik Trip, a man who was talking about why God invented gravity approached him with a sharpened piece of wood and told him his mother instructed him not to stab people.

July 14th City of Waukesha
Police received a report of an extremely intoxicated man, outside a bar, repeatedly banging his head on a pole.

July 9th City of Mayville
Officers were dispatched for reports of a neighbor dispute. An officer made contact with a 60-year-old man who said his 58-year-old neighbor had raised a machete at him while he was mowing the lawn. The 58-year-old man said that he had been using the machete to cut weeds and decided to confront his neighbor about whether he was the individual who had called the city about his weeds being out of control.  The officer warned the 58-year-old man about his use of the machete and told both individuals to go inside their homes and take a break.

July 20th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A caller reported a man with a garbage can cover and mop “dancing around” and “acting strange”.

April 24th Village of Oregon
A 40-year-old man was seen chasing a teenage boy down the street. The man was reportedly angry at being the victim of a game of dingdong ditch.

An Albert Street resident called police and reported his wife shook her fist at him and then left on foot traveling in an unknown direction.

July 4th City of Waukesha
Police were called to a residence where an adult male was knocked unconscious during a drunken Slip n' Slide incident.

July 17th Dane County
Police responded to a report of a gun fired during an argument. Responding officers have not been able to ascertain if a gun was fired or not however, they believe the dispute was over "reheated food".

July 8 City of Germantown
A resident called police to report that his significant other is going to be killed by two local a.m. radio stations whom he believes are "in cahoots" to poison her through radio frequencies. The man reportedly even showed police Internet printouts regarding Voodoo and black magic to prove it.

A caller complained to police that mini cigarette lighters with nude pictures on them were clearly visible at the front counter at a gas station. At police request, an employee removed the lighters.

June 20th City of Greenfield
A resident called police because he was concerned for his safety after receiving an anonymous Hallmark card in the mail with a note asking him to remove his car from the street because it was ugly.

July 15th City of Shawano
Police received a 911 call from a man and woman discussing a jukebox and what they should do with it.

Police were called to the scene where two men were arguing about brats.

July 5th City of Waukesha
A woman reported a burglary was taking place at the St. Vincent de Paul thrift store. The woman told police she believed burglar person was wearing a plaid or dark-colored shirt. Police, however, determined the person in question was actually a mannequin inside the store and not a burglar.

July 3rd City of Waukesha
Police responded to a report that an unknown person or persons left their Crock Pot plugged into an electrical outlet outside the Post Office.

July 4th City of Franklin
A resident reported someone's bottle rocket burned a hole in their gazebo.

July 14th City of Marshfield
A woman and her mother both contacted police about an argument they were having with each other. The daughter was angry because her mother was not picking the daughter up from an appointment and would not give the daughter money for a jacket. The mother told an officer she had better things to do than providing rides to her daughter. An officer reminded the daughter she is 25-years-old, has a valid driver's license and shouldn't rely on her mother for rides.

July 19th City of Manitowoc
A Hamilton Street resident called police about an incident involving neighbors. Allegedly, one neighbor squirted another neighbor in the face with a squirt gun prompting that neighbor to point a real gun at the squirt gun owner.

June 23rd Town of Menasha
An Oxwood Drive resident contacted police to report continued harassment from his neighbors. The man showed the officer several video recordings in which the neighbor, a 59-year-old woman, is blowing leaves onto his property. And most recently, the neighbor was throwing pine cones in his yard!

June 27th Town of Menasha
An officer on patrol spotted an unoccupied car parked in the lane of traffic on West American Drive. As the officer was attempting to locate information on the owner, a naked man came jogging down the walking trail toward the officer. The man, a 31-year-old Saginaw, Michigan resident, told the officer that he was just "jogging nude." The man told the officer that he has done this in the past, however this was the first time he had done so in this area. The man was cited for lewd and lascivious behavior.

June 30th City of Mayville (follow up to June 13 call)
A 45-year-old man called police and reported that he had been playing his music too loud and wanted to report himself because his neighbors had not yet reported him. The man told police that no one wanted to mess with him so he was calling himself in. The officer warned the man that if the police received another complaint about his loud music he would receive a citation. The man told them he was prepared and he had been saving up to pay the future citation.

July 4th City of Sheboygan
A man on 8th Street called police to report he went to his former residence to get his television and now the home's current occupant is chasing him down the street wielding a metal pipe.

July 9th City of Wisconsin Rapids
Police received a call from a resident who reported one man was going to shoot another man because of a dispute over a hat.

March 28th Village of Oregon
A 57-year-old woman called police to report someone had entered her home, drank five beers and cooked two pork chops.

June 28th Town of Rubicon
A resident called police to report seeing a fawn tied to a tree in someone's yard. Responding officers discovered the fawn in question was actually a fawn-shaped lawn ornament.

July 2nd City of Oak Creek
A man who was going door to door selling children's books was cited for disorderly conduct for throwing a homeowner's wreath in a pond after they refused to buy anything. It was unclear why the homeowner still had a wreath up on July 2nd.

June 29th City of Brookfield
A 25-year-old man was spoken to by police officers after he threatened to throw nails at driving school vehicles if he sees them in his neighborhood because he said he is sick of seeing them.

June 28th City of Oak Creek
A man was taken into custody after he shoved his mother into a wooden entertainment center,  sat on her and took her cell phone so she couldn't call police. The suspect was apparently upset because his mother told him he "didn't deserve to eat" because of his size.

June 30th Village of Shorewood
A juvenile female was issued a ticket for assault after she got into a "physical altercation" with another girl. The fight was identified by police as a "Snapchat feud over a hairstyle".

July 6th City of Beaver Dam
A resident notified police of a man and a woman were screaming at each other in Slumberland. An officer spoke with the couple and found they were yelling at each other because their daughter was upset about not getting ice cream.

July 5th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A woman called police to report the theft of a 3-foot-doll wearing a pink ball gown from her front porch.

July 6th City of Marshfield
Police issued a citation to a man for uttering an obscenity while making an obscene gesture in a tavern.

June 26th City of Glendale
A 23-year-old Lansing, Michigan woman was arrested after she placed ads on a website used by prostitutes and was found by police in a motel room. The woman answered the door naked but denied she was a prostitute, saying she was "just there just to meet people and have a good time."

June 30th City of Waukesha
A 45-year-old woman asked her neighbor to give her a ride to her bank. When the man refused, the woman allegedly jumped in the man's truck causing him to relent and offer to drive the woman a short distance. However, the man told police that he eventually tried to kick her out of his truck after she tried to push on the accelerator and grab the steering wheel. About 10 minutes later the woman jumped back in his unattended truck and  was "sitting in the driver's seat, revving the engine and laughing hysterically." She then took off with the truck, blew threw a stop sign turned the car around and blew through the stop sign a second time, then drove the truck onto the lawn of the man's apartment and struck him with it. The woman was reportedly desperate to get to her bank to withdraw all her money because "ISIS is coming!"

July 6th Town of Ashippun
A woman called the Dodge County Sheriff's Department and reported a 31-year-old man who she said was repeatedly hitting himself in an effort to frame her for domestic battery.

July 8th City of Neenah
Police responded to a report of two people at Apple Blossom Apartments who may have been having sex behind a dumpster.

July 8th City of Green Bay
A woman called police requesting assistance in chasing a raccoon out of her garage.

June 22nd City of Greendale
Two males were cited for negligent handling of burning materials after they doused a tennis ball with lighter fluid, lit it on fire and played tennis with it at Greendale High School.

June 30th City of Waukesha
Police received a report of a man on the walking trail stalking people with a machete. Responding officers found that the man in question was carrying a garden hoe, not a machete, and was just looking for worms for fishing.

June 25th City of Brookfield
A 46-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence after getting into a physical altercation with his ex-girlfriend's mother. The complainant stated that the subject is a drug addict and that he became upset after the mother would not give him money. The man allegedly threw mail around the mother-in-law’s house and stuck his finger in her nose.

July 4th Village of Grand Rapids
Wood County authorities say they have located Bigfoot. A park ranger at Lake Wazeecha reported to police that he found a 5-foot concrete Sasquatch statue near the village.

A caller at a gas station reported a woman trying to drink gas from the gas pump. An officer located the woman and determined the woman was NOT trying to drink gas from the gas pump.

June 22nd Winnebago County
Authorities stopped a man who is walking around High Cliff State Park naked. The man did not say why he was naked and refused to tell officers what he was on.

June 15th City of Waukesha
Police were called to the Wal-Mart where a woman allegedly "whipped" her child with a Slim Jim beef stick. The caller said the female struck her young daughter with the beef stick after her daughter asked her to buy it for her. The child did not appear to be injured.

June 24th City of Marshfield
A caller reported her neighbors yell at her when she blows her grass clippings in their yard while mowing her lawn. The woman said the neighbors haven't threatened her. An officer told the woman to call back only if the neighbors make threats. The officer also suggested the woman blow her grass clippings somewhere other than her neighbor’s yard.

June 17th City of Rice Lake
A heavy set, 6-foot was seen hanging out in the women's bathroom at a retail store. The caller told police the man left in a car described as being "blue with fuzzy dice hanging from rear view mirror".

June 10th City of Menasha
A 14-year-old boy told police that a 17-year-old neighbor boy had tricked him into going into the backyard to look at something and when he did the 17-year-old started his skateboard on fire.

June 22nd City of Rice Lake
A 13-year-old girl called police to report "everybody is being mean" to her.

June 4th City of Phillips
Officers from the police department assisted a woman who had locked herself in a bedroom and was unable to exit the room. The woman indicated to police that the doorknob had broken. With the assistance of the Price County Sheriff's Department, police were able to gain access into the residence through a second story patio door, then opened the bedroom door and let the woman out.

June 17th City of Waukesha
Police responded to a residence where two teenagers were seen pushing a vehicle into a driveway. The teens told police they were pushing the vehicle because they were "too lazy" to go in the house and get the keys.

June 5th City of Menasha
A London Street resident told police his grandson called him and said that his mom was hitting him. Investigators found that the grandson was not following what his mother was telling him to do, and he was just upset that she yelled at him.

June 22nd City of Rice Lake
A man called police to report he is being harassed by his girlfriend. The man wanted to press charges but did not know his girlfriend's last name.

June 28th City of Sheboygan
Police responded to a report of an extremely intoxicated man with a bag on Indiana Avenue walking into trees and poles.

June 21st Town of Hubbard
A man called police several times to report that his neighbor had put a toy tractor on his vehicle. The man eventually called back and said that he and the neighborhood worked it out and was sorry for calling so much.

A woman called police to report someone had stolen the body for metal crane bird lawn ornament from her yard but left the legs behind.

An officer was dispatched to an apartment building, where a 43-year-old man complained that his older brother, who lives in another apartment, said the word, “Bang!”, which he took as a threat. When interviewed, the brother said that he didn’t say “bang”, although he did mutter to himself “douche bag”. The man told the officer he has no intention of injuring his brother but does believe he’s a douche bag.

June 12th City of Green Bay
A woman called for assistance after inadvertently gouging her eye with a makeup applicator.

June 7th City of Beaver Dam
A woman on North Main Street called police and reported that her husband refused to go to bed! An officer informed the woman that her husband is an adult who can decide when he wants to go to bed for himself and this is not a police matter.

June 2nd City of Waukesha
A caller reported hearing loud noises coming from an apartment. Police determined the noise, which was not excessive, was just people watching "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" and eating pizza. 

June 1st City of Franklin
A 61-year-old woman was taken into custody and cited for disorderly conduct after she yelled profanities at children and pushed a child. The woman was upset the children were walking on the lawn outside her apartment because it makes her dog bark.

June 7th Village of Jackson
A 43-year-old man called police to report receiving a harassing text message from the boyfriend of his ex-wife. An examination of the text messages revealed that the ex-husband had texted his ex-wife, criticizing the new boyfriend and suggesting that she join a church group to find a better boyfriend because all this one wants is sex. The new boyfriend texted back calling the ex-husband’s new girlfriend fat. The ex-wife was also sending texts. The officer told all three parties if they kept it up they would ALL be cited.

June 13th City of Sheboygan
Police were called to the religious bookstore on Broughton Drive to help someone get out of a pair of handcuffs.

June 8th Village of Saratoga
A caller reported seeing a man buying a bottle of vodka and then...pouring part of it into a bottle of soda.

June 5th City of Beaver Dam
Police received a call to help a 15-year-old child with their hand stuck in a cup holder. Responding officers removed the child’s hand from the cup holder.

June 8th City of Marshfield
A man call the police and reported he was walking in the street when something wet hit him. The man turned around and looked up and he again got hit with something wet. The man said the liquid came from a second-story window and smelled like urine. An officer made contact with the female resident. The woman was upset because her landlord had shut off her water and power. She said she didn't have any other way to dispose of her urine, and she did not think anyone was below her when she threw it out the window.

June 8th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A woman called police and reported that someone put a fish in her mailbox.

June 11th City of Marshfield
A 29-year-old man's pants caught fire while he was riding a city bus because he was using a lighter near sunscreen-soaked clothing. The bottle of sunscreen had leaked in the man's pocket, causing his clothing to become saturated as he rode on the bus. The man then accidentally ignited the sunscreen while he was operating a lighter.

June 12th Town of Grand Rapids
Police investigated a report of an attempted burglary where a person wearing a black mask showing only eyes rang the doorbell at his home. The attempted burglar entered the home, said he was very thirsty, and left when asked to.

June 5th Town of Rome (Adams County)
A man called police and reported that he is blind and his wife, who was on top of a table, was screaming that there was a large snake in their residence. A responding officer removed the snake.

A woman called 911 to complain that the fish she bought at a local seafood store was bad. The caller was advised that bad fish was not an emergency, therefore, not an acceptable use of 911.

May 20th City of Waukesha
Officers responded to a domestic disturbance call after a man and his girlfriend began fighting. The man became angry after the woman wouldn't have sex with him. The woman reportedly had told the man that if he didn't get her cigarettes he wasn't "getting any."

May 27th Village of Shorewood
A female resident reported a call from a man who told her he admired her and when asked who he was he said “I can’t tell you”. He also said he didn’t like “her walk” and they would “have to work on that.”

May 28th City of Germantown
Police responded to a residence after a caller reported a man wearing a white tank top and jean shorts lighting off firecrackers at about 4:20 a.m.. Police located the suspect, a 31-year-old man, who admitted lighting off the fireworks because, he said it calmed his nerves.

May 10 Village of Oregon
A 34-year-old man went into the bank and asked the staff how they would feel if someone shot up a café or school before leaving. The man said he was just opening people's eyes about bad things that happen.

June 2nd Dane County
The 57-year-old pastor of a church was the victim of an armed robbery. According to police, the culprits made off with the pastor's wallet....and Bible.

June 2nd Dane County
Three men walking in a grassy area told police they were nearly hit by a car after the driver steered it off the roadway and at the pedestrians. The men were able to step out of the way. The driver, who is acquainted with at least one of the victims, told police he was just trying to make a point. It was not clear what point that was but, according to police, it had something to do with President Obama, Pontius Pilate, and "Planet Armenia."

May 31st Dane County
A 51-year-old woman reported the theft of a "big, mature, blue and green agave plant from her yard". The plant was described as being 4 feet wide, 4 feet tall, really heavy ... with 9 to 10 long pointy leaves with spines at the end of each branch. According to police, "no signs of struggle were visible" during the plant napping.

A woman told police she was touched inappropriately by a stranger. The woman told police the culprit was a white male in his 50s with long, dark, curly hair, wearing a blue kimono with a flower design. The witness said the suspect looked like "an overweight Alice Cooper".

May 16th City of Shawano
An employee of a convenience store on East Green Bay Street called police to report that two men and a woman entered the store, walked down the snack aisle together, took a stick of beef jerky and hid it.

May 10th City of Menasha
A caller reported someone entered a vehicle while it was parked in the driveway on Kaukauna Street and made off with a tea kettle, cheese graters and French coffee press.

May 14th City of Waukesha
A resident called police to report seeing a man who seemed confused and lost as he was walking down the highway. Police learned the man just wanted to purchase a comb from Kwik Trip. The officer ended up purchasing a comb for the man, which made him very happy.

May 24th Town of Richfield (Wood. County)
A man called police to report his wife was being unruly. The caller said the woman shoved him, smashed some groceries on the floor, and threw a frying pan with everything in it out the front door.

May 11th City of Waukesha
A caller reported a woman came to her apartment door and screamed at her at the top of her lungs and threatened her after finding tomatoes smashed on her vehicle. However, there was no evidence the caller was responsible for any of the tomato smashing.

May 9th City of Waukesha
A caller reported two people were throwing food outside from the second-floor balcony and hitting his car. The upstairs neighbor told the responding officer that his son threw one pancake off The balcony to feed the birds but it did not hit the caller's vehicle.

A caller reported to police that while he was taking a bike ride with his daughter his neighbor chased after him with a wrench. The man told officers that his neighbor may have thought the caller spit on him. However, the neighbor said the caller is just drunk and causing problems in the neighborhood.

May 16th City of Cudahy
A 45-year-old man was cited for disorderly conduct. According to police reports the man was throwing pieces of concrete and yelling loudly, while he drank a can of malt liquor. He told police he was “mad at the world and wanted to be arrested before he did something really bad.”

May 16th Town of Brookfield
Police were called to the scene of a fight in progress at Chuck E Cheese. The fight began when two children began to push and yell at another child. Parents and adults accompanying the children then became involved in an argument that consisted of a lot of yelling, racial slurs, two pepper shakers being thrown, and a bowl of bacon being used as a weapon.

May 6th Sauk City
Police responded to a complaint of a smell of burning plastic coming from a clothes dryer in an apartment building. Upon arrival, police found no odor and the dryer was not hot. The call or was actually just angry because the dryer was so full.

May 7th Sauk City
A homeowner called police and reported that someone came into their backyard and disturbed their patio furniture. The homeowner reported that one chair was placed in a hot tub, another chair was placed on front steps of the residence and two chairs and a table were moved to a corn field.

May 15th City of Germantown
An intoxicated man was asked to leave an elementary school after he made inappropriate comments to a teacher during an evening event. Police were told that the man made other parents feel uncomfortable when he told a female teacher that he would eat pie filling off her face.

May 23rd Town of Dale
The Outagamie County Sheriff’s Department responded to a situation on the Wiouwash Trail. Deputies arrested a man who pulled a handgun and brass knuckles in a dispute over a dog leash.

May 16th City of Waukesha
A woman reported at that a teenage neighbor continues to strike the side of her home when playing basketball in his driveway. She said she has tried speaking with the boy, but he told her that "it's just gravity" and to "let it go." When confronted by police, the boy didn't believe he was in the wrong and also told officers if they gave him a ticket he would write a three-page scientific letter to the judge explaining why it was "gravity's fault" and not his. Police strongly advised the teen to just move his basketball hoop.

May 15th Village of Pewaukee
A woman summoned police, telling a dispatcher that her son was being "held at bay" in the driveway of her home by four young males armed with Nerf guns. The caller also reported that the juveniles were currently in the act of wrapping her car with Saran Wrap. Officers responding to the report of the Nerf gun attack told the boys to stop their activities and leave the area. It was unclear if police confiscated the Nerf guns or the Saran Wrap.

May 15th City of Waukesha
Police were called after a female employee from a lawn service company going door to door reported a male at a residence started to rub on her shoulder and asked her if she wanted to see his two maple trees. The woman told police she felt "creeped out". Officers spoke to the man who said he had no intention to cause her any discomfort and that it was simply his way of telling the woman he wasn't interested in her product.

May 14th City of Waukesha
A woman called police because she said a bar near her apartment was is sending out "vibes," making people sick and brainwashing her family. Police checked and reassured the woman that there were no "vibes" coming through the house.

May 20th Village of Grand Rapids
A woman called police and reported a 10-year-old boy came to her door asking if she needed help with yard work. The woman told police that when she said "no," the boy got on his bicycle and left without stopping at any other homes, which she thought seemed suspicious.

May 18th City of Waukesha
Police were called to break up a physical altercation between an 18-year-old man and his mother. The altercation began when the mother came home and saw the son had not done the dishes.

May 13th City of Germantown

A patrol officer, with assistance from a Wisconsin State trooper, safely escorted several ducks across a busy four lane highway... where they then immediately fell into the sewer. The patrol officer, with the assistance of the Wisconsin State trooper, then successfully rescued the ducks from the sewer.

May 17th City of Waukesha
Police responded to Wendy's after a caller said they saw a man with a gun in the drive-thru. Police found the man, and identified the gun as…an e-cigarette.

A five-year-old girl called 911 because she was scared of going to the dentist. The girl told the 911 dispatcher that she didn't know what the dentist was going to do to her. The dispatcher assured the girl that the dentist would make her teeth very pretty before the girl hung up.

May 7th Brown County
An elderly man called to report that women keep breaking into his home and climbing in bed with him. The man told the dispatcher he tries to talk to the women but they never respond.

May 4th City of Kaukauna
Personnel at a grocery store on East Ann Street spotted a man leaving the store without paying for two packets of dipping sauce valued at 39 cents each. The employee confronted the man who apologized and explained that he forgot about the small items and returned to the store and paid for them. By the time he had paid for the packets of dipping sauce, police arrived on the scene. After talking to the culprit and running a background check, police concluded it was an honest mistake and let the man go with a warning.

April 29th Village of Germantown
An anonymous caller reported two boys were getting very close to a goose. It is unclear if the caller was worried about the boys attacking the goose or the goose attacking the boys.

May 9th City of Sheboygan
A resident called police to report that when he checked on a man that he saw lying down by the lakeshore, the man told him he was just waiting for a perfect wave...but was not very nice about it.

April 28th City of Waukesha
Police were called to an apartment building where a man accused his neighbor of drilling a hole in the floor and blowing his cigarette smoke through the hole.

April 23rd City of Waukesha
A caller reported to police that someone put a tombstone in her garden that said "Rest in Peace". The tombstone is believed to be a Halloween decoration and not an implied threat.

May 9th City of Oshkosh
Police responded to a report of two drunken white males dancing in the middle of North Main Street.

May 4th City of Marshfield
A 30-year-old man called police and reported that he did not receive a graduation invitation that his aunt had sent to him a week earlier in the mail. The man had contacted his aunt to confirm she had sent it. The man believes that the graduation invitation had been stolen.

May 2nd City of Hales Corners
Police received a report of two men going door-to-door asking strangers if they had ordered the Mayweather-Pacquiao pay-per-view because they wanted to come in and watch it.

May 2nd Village of Germantown
About 100 people assembled on the north lawn of McDonald’s and started singing songs and cheering. The crowd then entered two motor coaches parked in the area and left before police arrived, so the intent of their singing and cheering remains unknown.

April 24th City of Waukesha
A resident called police because they felt it was suspicious that a disheveled-looking woman wearing pajamas was digging holes in a yard. Police discovered the pajama clad woman was just doing her gardening.

A caller informed police that a teen dressed as a wolf was yelling profanities at people in Stevens Park. An officer talked to the 14-year-old girl and she said she didn’t swear at anyone and she doesn’t talk to anyone.

Police received a report of a man on Lakeshore Drive who was shot in the back with a blow dart fired from a passing vehicle.

March 30th City of Oak Creek
A caller reported that sometime between March 16th and March 30th someone had entered their garage and stole their red velvet cowboy hat.

March 31st City of Wisconsin Rapids
A caller reported seeing a woman wearing dark clothes walking down the middle of Highway 54. Officers contacted the woman who thought she was walking in a parade.

March 17th Village of Omro
Police received a report of a suspicious vehicle near Grant Street. The caller told police the vehicle was driving around the area very slowly. The responding officer make contact with the driver who was driving slowly to deliver newspapers.

April 3rd City of Shawano
Police received a report that a man who had to be rescued after he fell through the ice earlier in the week was going back out on the ice to retrieve the belongings he left behind when he fell through the ice.

March 11th Village of Jackson
Police were asked to check the welfare of a trailer park resident after he called his doctor’s office and was slurring his words and not making sense. Police found the 51-year-old man sitting in a lawn chair. His wife reported that he had been drinking vodka all day but the amount wasn’t unusual for him. The man said he had no intention of harming himself and he had called his doctor’s office because he was just looking for somebody to talk to.

March 27th Barron County
A woman called police to report another woman keeps texting "nasty" things to the caller. A dispatcher talked to woman who told them the caller's texts "aren't so nice, either."

February 22nd City of Rice Lake
A man called and threatened police that he would commit a crime UNLESS they gave him a ride home from the bar.

February 21st City of Rice Lake
An officer was dispatched to check on a vehicle that's been in a drug store parking lot for an hour. The officer determined that the owner has been sitting in the car the entire time watching movie trailers on her phone while trying to decide which Redbox movie to rent.

March 27th City of Fox Point
Police were called after a man who was later determined to have a blood alcohol level of .022 entered the BMO Harris Bank, approached a teller and asked “How do I rob this bank”.

Police responded to a report of a middle-aged man wearing no pants dancing in the street in front of the railroad crossing.

February 20th City of Rice Lake
A resident called police to report seeing an injured pigeon on the sidewalk. The dispatcher informed the caller that pigeons are not police jurisdiction.

March 24th Barron County
A caller contacted police to report her ex-boyfriend left a pill behind when he moved out. The dispatcher told the woman she could drop the pill in the drug drop off box at the police station. The woman told the dispatcher she didn't want to touch the pill and requested an officer come to her home and pick the pill up.
