April 24th City of Franklin
A 68-year-old woman was cited for disorderly conduct after she allegedly threw and kicked items around her neighbor's lot line. As evidence, the caller gave police a video that showed the woman kicking at the rocks on the lot line and yelling, "Go blow yourselves."

April 25th City of Green Bay
Police were called to the Walgreens on East Mason to deal with a man who was disorderly and punching the walls. The man said he is angry that he did not get the Western Union money transfer he was expecting and needs that money to buy a dime bag.

April 18th City of Green Bay
An emergency rescue crew was dispatched to aid a man with a fishing lure stuck in his finger. The man had passed out but regained consciousness by the time the rescue crew arrived.

April 18th City of Greenfield
Police responded to a report of an intoxicate man crawling on all fours in the southbound lane of traffic on a busy street. Police took the man to his home and turned him over to relatives.

April 24th City of Greenfield Officers were called to the scene after a resident reported a suspicious man was pushing an ice cream cart through the neighborhood. When police asked the caller why he thought the ice cream vendor was "suspicious," he said because he thought it wasn't warm enough to be selling ice cream.

April 13th City of Menasha
An officer responded to a complaint of loud music coming from a van on Elm Street. Police could hear the music from several houses away. A man in the driver's seat was intoxicated and said he was outside playing music because his wife gets mad when he plays it inside the house.

April 19th City of Oak Creek
Police were called to a movie theater where a woman who was angry that another woman was sitting in her seat, dumped a full bucket of popcorn on the seated woman's head.

April 21st City of Oak Creek
An elderly woman called 911 to report she was being followed by a car and did not feel safe. The dispatcher informed the woman that the car that had been following her for 5 miles was a police cruiser with its lights and siren on. The officer was following her so he could cite her for lane deviations, driving without headlamps at night, and now, failure to yield for an emergency vehicle.

Police responded to a report of a raccoon chasing a construction worker.

April 23rd Village of Pewaukee
A suspicious man sitting in a parked car in a municipal parking lot at 1:20 AM was reported to police. When officers arrived, they found the man in the driver seat with a laptop computer open. The man told police he was working on a book about physics and found it easier to write in the car than he did in his house.

April 26th Village of Pewaukee
The manager of the Costco called police to report that despite repeated warnings, a delivery driver keeps pooping behind the store. The manager indicated that he was going to warn the delivery company one more time about the problem before asking for a citation to be issued.

A man called police to report his neighbors' 11-year-old son used profanity and shot Nerf darts at his car.

April 9th City of Waukesha
A woman called police to report that a neighbor man was giving sausages to her dog. The man told police he was giving the dog sausages to try to get it to stop barking. Police advised the neighbor to stop slipping the dog the sausages.

April 6th City of Menominee Falls
A man walked into the wine area at Costco and shoved a bottle of Dom Perignon champagne down his trousers. The man then had conversations with several employees before leaving with $200 worth of champagne in this pants.

April 12th City of Antigo
A man called police to report a woman curled up in a ball in a bush in his front yard. When police arrived, the woman was still curled up in a ball but now in the middle of the highway in front of the home. The curled-up woman told police she was just looking for her dog.

April 23rd Village of Howards Grove
Police responded to a report of two drunk men who pulled up in a vehicle, urinated in front of a group of women, and then drove away.

April 23rd City of Sheboygan
A caller on Larkspur Way complained to the police that when they yelled at some kids to get off their lawn the kids did not get off their lawn.

April 4th Village of Jackson
Police responded to the scene of a domestic disturbance. The disturbance started when a 24-year-old woman told her boyfriend that he didn’t treat her right and he threw a jewelry box at her, striking her in the stomach. The woman allegedly responded by punching a hole in the wall, dumping the cat food out on the floor and knocking over her boyfriend's Legos.

April 4th City of Neenah
A Union Street resident called police to report they have suspicions that their neighbor may have a pet turkey. April 9th City of Sheboygan A man on North 35th Street called police to request assistance because he was extremely constipated.

April 17th City of Green Bay
Police responded to a report of a woman in church pulling her hair.

April 4th City of Neenah An East Bell Street resident called police needing to speak with an officer. The man arranged to meet the officer at a restaurant. Upon arrival. the officer found there were no problems, the caller just wanted someone to talk to.

April 13th City of Horicon
A man who was taking a shower when he realized his garage was on fire, ran from his house wearing only a towel around his waist and into the burning garage to save his motorcycle. The man lost the towel while saving his motorcycle. A passerby stopped and helped the now naked man contain the blaze with the garden hose until firefighters arrived to extinguish it. At that time, the naked man returned to his shower.

April 3rd City of Waukesha
A caller reported while he was pumping gas into his vehicle at a convenience store when a man who seemed intoxicated drove up next to him and urinated all over his car.

April 11th City of Sheboygan
Police were called to 14th Street and Weeden Creek Road where numerous people chasing a small pig.

April 3rd City of Waukesha
A landlord of an apartment called police because he believed a tenant was damaging the inside of the apartment. The landlord told officers he saw the tenant picking up sticks in the front yard and taking them inside. Upon investigation, the officers learned the tenant was just using the sticks to make a centerpiece.

April 6th City of Waukesha
A caller reported a noise complaint concerning the unit above her apartment at 4:07.am. Police determined the loud stomping came from a man and woman dancing to the video game "Just Dance" and jumping on the dance pad. The couple was cautioned by police and about early morning dancing.

April 14th City of Appleton
Police received a report of a 19-year-old woman at the intersection of Taft and Tellulah who injured her head and ankle when she fell off a moving vehicle while car surfing.

April 3rd City of Cudahy
Police cited a 38-year-old man for battery after he allegedly ran over another man's foot with his wheelchair because he was jealous that the man was talking to a female friend.

March 26th City of Greenfield
A woman called 911 at 11:40 PM to report her 38-year-old son was going to bed too late.

March 24th City of Greenfield
Police responded to a Citgo station after multiple callers reported a man was causing a disturbance by singing and dancing around inside the business. Officers spoke to the man, who stated he was happy and singing because he had just been released from the Waukesha County Jail.

April 9th City of Oak Creek
Police responded to an apartment after a caller reported hearing a physical altercation and a child screaming for help. An officer spoke to the resident and learned that the screaming was coming from the occupant's two children who were fighting over who got to use the iPad.

April 15th Village of Biron
The sheriff's department responded to a report of a Porta-Potty floating down the Wisconsin River.

April 13th City of Wisconsin Rapids
An employee at Kwik Trip called police to report a woman sitting in a white truck “cursing at the air.”

April 2nd City of Antigo
Officers responded to a call from a female subject reporting that when she went to her parent’s house, who are out of town, to check on a package delivery, she found the house had been broken into and ransacked. After the officers' arrival, it was determined that no burglary had occurred and that the home had been ransacked by a squirrel.

March 14th City of Waukesha A man called police and reported he heard a gunshot and then saw his brother lying on the sidewalk bleeding. The victim told police said he was trying to shoot a skunk but somehow missed and shot himself.

March 18th Dane County Police responded to a disturbance at an apartment building where a 60-year-old pants-less man was wielding a 4 inch knife and causing a commotion. Officers deployed a Taser to subdue the pants-less man who eventually explained that he was wielding the knife for protection after his plans to give a massage to a friend fell through.

March 10th Village of Jackson Police responded to a report of 22-year-old woman who was outside screaming that she had been burned. The woman told responding officers that she and her boyfriend had returned home from a bar and had gotten into an argument about tacos. The woman had not actually been burned.

March 17th Village of Germantown Police responded to McDonald's where a caller reported seeing a 9-year-old child driving a Toyota Highlander.

March 6th Village of Jackson Police pulled over a driver who was swerving down the road. The man told the officer that he had had "a couple of beers and a lot of sex”. The man then proceeded to fail the field sobriety test and blew a .16% on the Breathalyzer proving he lied about at least one of those claims.

March 11th City of Delafield Police responded to a residential burglary where a man broke into a home and snatched six to eight pairs of panties from an 80-year-old woman.

March 10th Village of Pewaukee A 48-year-old man tripped and struck his head trying to get into a horse drawn carriage in front of the American Family Insurance office.

February 27th City of Glendale A 41-year-old woman and her adult daughter were arrested after they attacked and punched a cashier at Burger King. The women were apparently angry because they believed the cashier disrespected the mother by not allowing her to use 12 coupons to pay for one meal.

March 9th Dane County
A 20-year-old man was spotted on a surveillance camera in a store stuffing bags of candy in his shirt and down his pants. When the man was caught, containers popped open as evidence spilled out inside his trousers. Once outside, the man asked the arresting officer, "Can you take the sushi out of my pants?" According to the arresting officer, "Only then did I realize the man had a plastic carryout tray of sushi and condiments stashed in his waistband". The officer then heard a " crinkle, crinkle, crinkle", the unmistakable sound of rubbing plastic and retrieved a second tray of sushi from inside the culprit's underpants".

March 3rd City of Neenah
A caller reported a vehicle cut the caller off and was speeding up and not allowing her to change lanes. Police spoke with the teenage driver and he told officers he feels he needs to "teach other drivers a lesson" when he feels he is wronged.

March 8th City of Waukesha
A resident called police and complained about a man who was cutting wood with a buzz saw on the sidewalk in front of his house at 11:45 p.m. The man told the responding officer he didn't realize that cutting wood was against the law.

March 7th City of Franklin
A "quick change" scammer stole $150 at Walmart. The male suspect purchased a 50-cent gift card at a register and then requested change for several bills in his hand. As the cashier was changing the various denominations, the male grabbed the bills off the ledge by sleight of hand, eventually leaving with $150 of the store's money.

February 22nd City of Greenfield
Police responded to a home after the resident reported his neighbor was shining a laser into his house. Officers spoke to the neighbor, who admitted pointing a laser at the home but said he did it because the resident intentionally flashed his headlights at him. He agreed to work things out with the caller, but the caller refused. Officers advised both the caller and his neighbor to act like adults.

March 15th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A man called police and reported someone broke into his home and drugged him and his cat. The man later called back and reported someone had stolen his cat, cat food and cat litter.

March 13th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A man reported to police that his neighbor put a screw in his fence.

March 15th City of Beaver Dam
A man told police that people in the Wal-Mart appear to have a large amount of ammo and one person was wearing a “Rambo-style bullet belt.” Responding officers found the people in question were just installing a stereo.

March 10th City of Antigo
Officers responded to a report of two people "fornicating" in the backseat of a vehicle in a parking lot on Clermont Street. Officers were unable to locate any fornicators.

March 18th Dane County
A Madison resident taking advantage of the police department's Unpaid Ticket Resolution Day, decided this would be a good time to clear up a couple of old parking tickets. Police received a letter containing a pair of $2.00 bills to pay for two parking tickets the sender received...in 1959.

Police received a report that a motorist in a Ford Escape was mooning other motorists through their sunroof. Police responded to the vehicle owner's address and questioned the passenger, who said he put his head through the sunroof to say hello to a friend and that the caller must've mistaken his head for his naked butt.

March 13th City of Sheboygan
Police responded to a report of a man drunk in church and creating a disturbance at St. Paul's.

February 25th Town of Menasha
A 26-year-old woman was cited after she had repeatedly called 911 throughout the night for a variety of circumstances. Each time officers and paramedics arrived at her address, the woman refused to answer the door.

February 27th Town of Menasha
A resident called police as he was upset the neighborhood kids were playing football in the road in front of his home. The man stated some of the kids will sit down in his driveway and periodically they will go into yards to retrieve errant passes. The officer told the man that as long as the kids were not obstructing traffic he was not going to stop them from playing football.

March 9th. City of Green Bay
Police were called to a home where a man was trying to stick various things in his mouth including a phone charger.

March 13th City of Sheboygan
Officers responded to a complaint from the BP station where the guy who was drunk in church earlier was now sitting on some milk crates after shoplifting.

March 10th Town of Cameron
A service station employee called police and reported a drunken man in the business. The employee told officers he threw the man out after he tried to drink the store's beer.

March 26th Village of Hilbert
Police found a man and woman sleeping in the truck that was running with its lights on. The man was uncooperative and wearing boxer shorts and his pants were on the dashboard.

March 7th City of Wisconsin Rapids
Police received a report of a woman wearing only black-and-white pajamas chasing a man down the street.

March 5th Village of Pewaukee
Police were called about an unidentified couple in their mid-20s who reportedly used a counterfeit $50 bill to pay for $20 worth of Girl Scout cookies.

March 7th City of Oak Creek
Police responded to Game Stop, after an employee called 911 to report an "unruly" customer was banging on the door and yelling to be let in at 11:40 p.m. An officer spoke to the customer, who stated he was told he could pick up a video game that was going to be released at midnight. An employee told police there was some confusion over the pick-up time but allowed the customer to come into the store and pick it up.

A man called police and reported he ordered a gold tooth, valued at $31.49, from a California company, but the company shipped the tooth to the wrong address. An officer contacted the resident where the tooth was delivered, but the resident claimed he had no knowledge of any gold tooth.

February 17th City of Menasha
An anonymous caller on Ninth Street reported it sounded like someone was building something by sawing wood and dragging it around. Officers spoke to the resident who stated they were just making smoothies, but REFUSED to show officers the smoothie maker.

March 5th City of Oshkosh
Police were called to Target where a man was masturbating while wandering around the store.

February 23rd City of Neenah
A Haylett Street caller called police and reported she's being harassed by someone via text messages regarding a baby quilt she made and wants the harassment to stop.

February 26th City of Marshfield
An employee of a local business reported that at a 31-year-old man called the company and threatened to show up and harm staff if they didn't stop mailing him paperwork. The man said that by mailing him paperwork, the company is wasting paper causing too many trees to be cut down. When told that company policy is to send out certain forms by mail, the man said he was going to place the employee and other staff members in a wooden box and sink them in the Wisconsin River.

March 3rd City of Sheboygan
Police were called after a drunk man fell off his seat on the bus when it turned onto Michigan Avenue and he didn't seem to notice.

February 22nd Village of Germantown
Police responded to a grocery store after a caller reported someone was throwing rocks off the roof. Officers found a female on the roof, and the Fire Department responded to assist her off the roof safely. It is unclear why the woman was on the roof or why she felt the need to throw rocks at customers.

February 29th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A caller reported a possible prowler in a pickup sitting in front of their house. The caller said it was the second day the pickup was there. A responding officer discovered the driver was just a guy eating his lunch before going to school.

February 16th City of Bayside
A male was arrested for disorderly conduct after a 911 call reporting "a naked man humping" in a car behind a business. The man drove away but returned to the same location a short time later where he told police he had taken off his clothes because he was hot from work. The man also admitted he might have "humped the back seat."

February 25th St. Croix County, Wisconsin
Charges were brought against a 65-year-old Spring Valley man related to an incident that happened last summer. According to investigators, the man accidentally killed a neighbor’s horse when a bowling ball he shot out of a cannon during a 4th of July celebration crashed through the roof of a barn a half mile away and hit the animal in the head. The man admitted to police he shot a total of 10 bowling balls and 10 bowling pins out of the cannon that day.

February 20th City of Neenah
A Byrd Avenue woman called 911 to ask for the phone number for Rogan's Shoes. The woman told police there was no emergency, but she sounded very confused.

February 14th City of Neenah
A caller on Professional Plaza called police to report a female keeps walking into her apartment unwelcome and unannounced. She wanted the woman to be told she can't just walk into people's apartments.

February 11th Town of Menasha
An 18-year-old man was arrested for first offense OWI after he was stopped and told officers that he had just “smoked a bowl".

February 17th City of Cudahy
A 51-year-old man was cited after he refused to leave a home and defecated on the balcony. According to police reports, "this seems to be an ongoing issue" between the man and the homeowner. The homeowner welcomes the man, "the two of them drink until both are highly intoxicated," then the 51-year-old man does his thing and calls police to have his guest removed. This was the fifth such incident in the past three months.

February 12th City of Greendale
A female wearing a black coat and a black fur hat shoplifted a hot pink-colored stripper pole at Southridge Mall and fled with the stripper pole in a red Nissan Altima with tinted windows.

February 14th City of Glendale
Police responded to a report of two girls, 15 and 16, causing a disturbance by yelling and fighting near the food court at the mall. When security told the girls they had to leave or police would be called, one said, "I don't give a crap. They ain't arresting me." Police were called and the girl was arrested.

February 27th City of Sheboygan
Police responded to a report of a disturbance on North 13th Street where a man was cutting stuffed animals with a knife.

February 23rd City of Sheboygan
A Sibley Court resident called police for assistance after his drunk wife fell off her chair and he couldn't pick her up and put her back on her chair by himself.

February 22nd City of Sheboygan
A North 4th Street man with swollen genitalia called police.

February 25th Waupaca County
The sheriff's department investigated a report of an elderly person tapping someone with their cane.

Feb 19 City of Wisconsin Rapids
Police responded to an apartment for a complaint that an individual had their television on and was playing their pornography way too loud.

February 3rd Stanley Township
A caller reported there is a loose call in deep snow. The responding officer advised the cow may belong to The owner of the Sales Barn. The person the officer spoke to at the Sales Barn said the cow was sold to a man from Amery in Polk County.. The man from Amery had been trying to get the cow into the trunk of his car and it got away. The officer says the new owner couldn't fit the 800 pound cow in his small car because there was a 400 pound cow in the backseat and another cow in the trunk.

February 1st City of Wisconsin Rapids
A man called police regarding an angel who keeps contacting him. The man was not sure If the angel was a male or female, or how the messages were being received. The man told police he believes the angel might be from Arizona.

February 11th Brown County
Resident called police and reported someone had entered his apartment and opened his package of hot dogs. The man called back a short time later to report that they had also taken his Ramen noodles. 

January 31st City of Neenah
A caller on South Commercial Street reported they had a lawn ornament stolen over a week ago and now it has suddenly reappeared. Investigation found the garden ornament was "missing" because had just been buried under snow and had "reappeared" when the snow melted. It did not appear there was any criminal activity.

February 2nd City of Greenfield
A man and a woman were taken into custody for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at a convenience store. The two caused a loud disruption pounding on the bathroom door and yelling because it was occupied.

January 27th City of Waukesha
Police were called to the Best Western Hotel where three people were causing a disturbance in the lobby. The people were upset that the staff that cleaned out the hotel room they stayed in two days ago did not save perishable food they left behind. The people were offered $15 for the food that was tossed but demanded more money. 

January 30th City of Glendale
Police were called to pick and save or two women were caught shoplifting cupcakes and waffles.

January 25th City of Chilton
An employee at Wal-Mart called police to report a subject had a suspiciously large number of expensive Legos in his cart. They were afraid the subject may run out the front door with the cart full of Legos.

January 31st City of Marshfield
Police responded to a report of a fight at a bar. While on the scene, staff indicated that they also wanted a drunken, shirtless man removed from the premises. In the parking lot, the drunken, shirtless man began asking his brother to punch him.

January 30th City of Marshfield
A store employee called police and reported a customer was attempting to purchase earrings but the store does not sell any type of jewelry. The earrings were in the original package with price tag attached. Please run able to determine how the earrings got in the store for what was the place of origin.

January 18th Village of Sherwood
A Carriage Court resident called police because they believe that their neighbors' dog was barking excessively. They told police, the dog barks for 2 to 10 minutes at a time exactly 2 times a day.

February 12th City of Manitowoc
The County Metro Drug Unit searched a house on South 14th Street after receiving information from Manitowoc County Sheriff's Office personnel, who smelled marijuana while at the location to find a man wanted on a local warrant. Officers found six teenagers inside the residence, about a half pound of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and one live 3-foot-long crocodile.

January 9th Town of Rudolph
A 25-year-old man is facing charges for spitting at a police officer while attempting to steal a tractor.

January 30th Village of Balsam Lake
Police responded to a 911 call about erratic driving. The responding officer located the pick-up truck in question which turned out to be driven a nine-year old girl driving her intoxicated mother and the mother's intoxicated boyfriend the couple’s 11-month-old baby was strapped into a car seat. The nine-year-old allegedly drove the truck for miles, weaving in and out of oncoming traffic. Fortunately, there were no accidents and no one was hurt.

A man called 911 and reported people were threatening him, but he wouldn't give his address because he needed to go get a pizza first. The man said he couldn't go to the Police Department because he hadn't eaten all day and needed pizza. When a dispatcher told him to call back after he had eaten and not use 911, the man began swearing and calling the dispatcher names.

February 1st City of Waukesha
A man reported cigarette butts missing from his apartment. The man told police he believed someone took the cigarette butts to possibly frame him for a crime.

December 10th Village of Oregon
A 75-year-old man called the police and reported repeated threats due to his research on government conspiracies, which he said often upsets people. The man said he was delivered a package and because he had gotten them in the past he knew it would contain a plastic duck. The man said he sent a similar package he recently received to a postal inspector in Florida to have him look over. The man just wanted the incident documented, and said he did not know who has been sending him plastic ducks.

January 29th City of Waukesha
A resident notified police they believed a domestic disturbance was going on at an apartment and thought the woman that lived there was being abused. Responding officers discovered the man who lived there was alone and simply watching "Galavant," a musical comedy television show.

February 3rd City of Marshfield
Police were called after a woman was attempting to park her car when she mistook the windshield wiper control for the drive shifter and drove into a fence.

January 30th City of Waukesha
A security guard saw a vehicle in the parking lot of a car dealership with a sign in the window that read "this car is going to be BOMBED". Police found only a small canister on the floor in the backseat that turned out to be an air freshener. It was believed an employee placed the note in the window just so no one would enter the vehicle. 

January 31st City of Waukesha
A woman called police after a man attempted to crawl into her window because she wouldn't answer her door. The man said he tried to enter the house because he wanted his slippers. The woman ended up giving the slippers to the man, who was advised by police on his behavior.

January 6th Village of Jackson
Officers were dispatched to a local factory regarding an employee who, after being terminated, caused a disturbance. A supervisor told police they informed the man he was being terminated because of his vulgar language in front of other employees, including repeatedly saying “mother****er” in the break room. The man reacted by using various versions of the f-word, such as “f*** this”, “mother ****ers”, and “f*** this place”. He was warned that the police would be called if he didn’t calm down; the man replied, not surprisingly, “F*** the police”.

January 19th City of Waukesha
A caller reported her apartment was entered and her cellphone was stolen. However, later in the day the phone was found in the refrigerator mixed in with some tomatoes.

January 17th City of Menasha
A female on First Street called police because she wanted her boyfriend removed from their home because he locked himself in a room and would not talk to her. The woman said her boyfriend had a new contact number in his phone and he would not explain why he was friends with the 22-year-old female. The boyfriend said he locked himself in the room to get away from the woman until she sobers up.

January 16th City of Waukesha
A caller told police he found a bullet inside his vehicle. The man told officers that two weeks earlier, he had noticed a hole in the roof of his car, but at the time didn't think much about it, assuming that someone who didn't like him had drilled a hole in it.

January 19th City of Greenfield
Someone defecated in the children's playhouse inside the Public Library. A library employee told police they believe it was done intentionally by an adult due to the size of the feces.

January 20th Village of Germantown
Police responded to Pro Health Care after an employee called to report a woman was acting erratically inside the clinic. The woman was reportedly talking with a puppet on her hand and lifting up her shirt. The woman left the clinic before police arrived and ended up in the lobby at the Police Department, where she complained of abdominal pain.

January 31st City of Green Bay
Police responded to a disturbance were a man wielding a fishing rod was threatening a man defending himself with a baseball bat.

January 20th City of Waukesha
A caller felt it was suspicious a plastic bag was near the fire hydrant. The caller said the bag was there for a day. Police said there was nothing suspicious as it was simply a trash bag. Officers responded to the scene and discarded the bag.

January 21st City of Waukesha
A caller reported a vehicle has been circling a business for the past 15 to 20 minutes. Employees of a nearby business were afraid to leave with the vehicle driving around. Police talked with the driver who was just playing a game on his phone that required him to pick out certain landmarks around the city. The driver was advised and moved along and the employees were escorted to their vehicles.

January 17th Village of Jackson
A woman told police that she received a text message reading: “Could you lower the noise. It is pretty disturbing and my son is asking if you’re hurt”. Police traced the sender who told them she meant to send the message to her upstairs neighbor. She told police she was just trying to tactfully address the neighbor’s intense romantic vocalizations during sex.

January 16th Village of Jackson
A West Bend man called the police and reported that his 52-year-old estranged wife called him from her Jackson workplace. The conversation was along the lines of, “You’re a f***ing a**hole” and “I hope you have another stroke and this time it either kills or paralyzes you”. After being warned, she told the officer that she had nothing further to say to her husband.

January 28th City of Sheboygan
Police responded to a call from somebody at the Mead Library. A man accused a teenager of throwing something at his car. The teen denied throwing anything. However, according to police, the man "wigged out".

January 14th Wisconsin Dells
A vegan woman called the police and reported that a friend tricked her into eating a strip of bacon. The friend justified his actions by stating that he was tired of her "constantly talking about how great being a vegan was." No charges are being pressed as the woman discovered she greatly enjoyed the taste.

January 7th Village of Germantown
Police responded to a residence after a caller reported loud noises coming from his neighbor's house at about 7pm. Police spoke to the neighbor, who said he was just singing along to Pearl Jam. He was told about the complaint and agreed to use headphones. Police responded to the residence again about an hour later after another neighbor reported someone was yelling loudly inside the home. They headphones didn't make the singing along to Pearl Jam any quieter.

December 29th Town of Menasha
A 66-year-old man on Easy Street was cited for damage to property after he had gotten into an argument with another man that was plowing snow at a residence as he believed that the snow was being pushed too close to his home and potentially causing damage. The man yelled at the plow driver and pounded on his truck causing a dent.

January 7th City of Franklin
A 23-year-old man was taken into custody after he allegedly exposed his penis to employees at a bakery. It was reportedly no long john.

January 5th City of Franklin
Two 22-year-old men and a 21-year-old man were taken into custody for disorderly conduct after they smashed a gallon of milk, threw an egg and opened packages of Gummy Savers and ate them in Walmart.

January 9th City of Brookfield
A woman called police to report that while she was going up to receive communion at St. Dominic’s Catholic Church somebody stole her purse.

December 30th City of Menomonee Falls
Police and emergency personnel responded to a house fire. The fire reportedly started after the homeowner cleaned out his fireplace and placed the hot ashes in a garbage bag full of Christmas wrapping paper.

January 1st City of Waukesha
A caller reported juveniles were "up to no good" with one of them lying underneath a pickup truck in an underground parking garage. Responding officers found six 13-year-old girls playing hide-and-seek.

January 3rd City of Waukesha
A caller reported their neighbors were being loud. The people in the apartment were just upset over the Green Bay Packers losing to the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday Night Football. Police determined the noise wasn't excessive considering the circumstances.


January 14th City of Wisconsin Rapids
An anonymous caller told police that a man wearing flannel was “walking on water” by the boat landing.

Someone on North Spring Street notified police that they witnessed a man and woman who were arguing about ice cream.

Police were called to rescue a plastic, light-up Santa Claus lawn decoration from a basketball hoop.

January 7th City of Sheboygan
Police received a report of a man on 7th Street who had taken off his shoes and much of his clothing and was walking southbound in a snowsuit with his pants on his head.

December 23rd City of Menasha
A man on Racine Street reported to police that he got punched in the mouth for no reason. After talking to the man further, he admitted it was more like a slap than a punch. Eventually, the man admitted that it was more of a shove than a slap. According to police, there was no visible injury from the shove. The officer made contact with a man at the residence who stated the caller showed up intoxicated and was trying to pick a fight but nobody wanted anything to do with him so the caller was sent on his way.

December 27th City of Waukesha
A 14-year-old girl called police and reported that while she was home with three other children having a slumber party and someone was banging on her parents' garage door. Responding officers found it was the fathers of the children at the house who were trying to scare them. Both fathers were intoxicated and not very cooperative with officers.

December 28th City of Whitefish Bay
A 40-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct after he sprayed a neighbor with pepper spray because the neighbor blew some snow in his yard.

December 25th City of Menasha
Officers were called to a 2nd Street residence to investigate a loud music complaint between two roommates. The male party was intoxicated and wanted to dance to loud music, while the female wanted to just watch TV. Officers worked to find a solution for more than 20 minutes until male suddenly said that he wanted to leave for the night and called his brother to pick him up.

December 26th City of Waukesha
A caller thought a driver was intoxicated after seeing a slow moving vehicle up on the curb that had been swerving all over the road before striking the curb. Police found the woman was not impaired and that her slow and erratic driving was simply because she was looking at Christmas lights she had never seen before.

December 20th Village of Brown Deer
An 82-year-old woman called police requesting an officer  because she says she heard someone chanting, "ISIS is good, ISIS is great" while they were having sex. Police advised the woman to call back if she heard the chanting again. When later asked about the incident, Brown Deer Police Chief Mike Kass replied, "maybe we’re taking see something, say something a little too far?"

December 2nd Town of Menasha
A resident on East Shady Lane called police for assistance in speaking with his adult son about hygiene issues as he does not wash his clothes or bathe very frequently.

December 3rd City of Waukesha
A caller who was eating in her car with her children in the parking lot of Culver's told police she witnessed a couple engaged in oral sex. The female in question called the responding officer that after getting into an argument with her boyfriend while in their vehicle she made up with him by "hugging his lap" before going into the restaurant.

December 14th Village of Jackson
A 28-year-old man called police and reported that earlier in the day his wife became upset when she found a receipt for condoms and a teddy bear in his possession. The man told police his wife was now drunk, angry and throwing baby socks at him.

December 1st City of Menasha
A 15-year-old boy was given a kitten by his girlfriend, but found his older sister is allergic to cats and he then gave the cat to another person. The boy later found out that his girlfriend wanted the cat back and asked for police assistance in retrieving it. Contact was made with the person who now had the cat and he reluctantly said he would return the cat.

Two men on Plank Road were in a confrontation involving much pushing and shoving during a celebration of their uncle's life.

Police responded to the Fed-Ex Office Print Shop after an employee reported a female came into the business and complained about someone stealing her eyebrows.

October 29 City of Wisconsin Rapids
A man called police to report his wife was throwing spaghetti, and soaked the phone in the spaghetti.

November 20th City of Waukesha
A resident called police and reported seeing a suspicious male dressed in all black clothing stopped in front of his house and move around his leaves with a pitchfork. A search by police failed to locate the man.

November 21st City of Oak Creek
A female was taken into custody for domestic violence/disorderly conduct after she punched her mother in the arm repeatedly while her mother was driving her to work. The woman allegedly started punching her mother because she forgot her work at home, and she blamed her mother for allowing her to forget it.

November 10th City of Waukesha
A woman, who had been drinking vodka from a water bottle in the tanning room for two hours, was given a cab ride home from Sun Tan City.

November 14th City of Waukesha
Staff at Marco's Pizza called police to report a man called the business 33 times offering to sell them marijuana. Police left a message on the man's phone telling him not to contact Marco's unless he actually wanted to order food.

November 23rd City of Oshkosh
A caller reported waking up in the middle of the night and finding a stranger touching their feet.

November 20th City of Germantown
A 22-year-old woman was cited for disorderly conduct after an incident. According to police reports the woman was quarreling with her mother, threw a banana at her and hit her with a shoe.

November 25th City of Sheboygan
Police were called to the intersection of Fond du Lac Avenue and Leavens Avenue where traffic was being blocked by two Chihuahuas.

November 21st City of Waukesha
A caller told the police he saw a male wearing a dark-colored jester suit and a clown mask. He didn't say or do anything but the caller felt the person was intentionally trying to scare people.

November 24th City of Wauwatosa
An unarmed 65-year-old man threatened to "shoot everyone at Sam's Club" in a dispute over a pan he was returning.

December 5th Winnebago County
Police were called to the scene after a man fell and hit his head while attempting to carry a case of beer on his bicycle.

December 1st Dane County
An unidentified man called police and told them he was a "psychic" and that he thought there was an "elaborate conspiracy" involving a white car he saw in a motel parking lot. He told police he believed the car's occupants had a strange 'aura' about them." Responding officers discovered the car had been used in a series of thefts and arrested the driver and passenger.

Police responded to a complaint from a resident at an apartment complex. The caller told police he was going to play his guitar in a commons area when another resident walked up to him and told him that, if he did, he was going to take the guitar and "shove it up his ass".

November 2nd City of Oshkosh
A bundle of dolls were found floating in the Fox River near the railroad bridge on Pioneer Drive. The dolls were wrapped in a pink chiffon blanket and had ropes tied around them with a brick.

October 30th City of Oak Creek
A man called police and reported his ex-wife came into his home and left feces all over his bathroom. According to police, the feces was in the toilet, on the floor, and on the walls. The ex-wife admitted it was her feces but claimed it was an accident.

November 1st City of Waukesha
A caller reported a domestic disturbance after hearing a lot of yelling and things being thrown around at a neighbor's apartment. Responding officers determined the noise just stemmed from a man's TV remote breaking. As a result, the man started yelling at the television because he was unable to switch it from the World Series to the Packer game.

October 26th City of Mequon
Two Concordia University students were arrested for theft of Halloween skeletons taken from neighbors' yards the previous week. One of the students admitted to police that she had taken one skeleton. She then wrote the names of all the bones on that skeleton and was using it to study for one of her classes.

November 2nd City of Wisconsin Rapids
A woman called police and reported a neighbor trying to get into her house. According to responding officer, the neighbor was trying to get his partially-used bottle of body wash.

November 1st City of Sheboygan
Police responded to an emergency call from an 8th Street location where a resident was choking on a Dorito.

October 26th City of Whitefish Bay
A woman was issued a loose pet citation after her cat "jumped out of a pumpkin" and bit a boy.

Police responded to a home to investigate a report that a local man using Twitter, threatened to kill a co-host on the Home Shopping Network. The resident, who told police he was from Switzerland, stated he was mad at the Home Shopping Network host because he was making fun of Switzerland. He admitted sending three tweets stating, if the host didn't stop making fun of the Swiss, he was going to murder him. After speaking with the suspect, officers contacted police in St. Petersburg, Florida (where The Home Shopping Network is located), and advised them that the suspect was just upset and had no intention of going to Florida and murdering anyone.

October 19th City of Glendale
A man threatened a shoe store employee with a pair of scissors and ran off with a pair of pink "Breast Cancer Edition" UGG boots valued at $155.

October 31st City of Green Bay
Police received a report of a suspect dressed as Batman stealing others Halloween candy.

Police responded to a report of a man in a dress throwing lipstick at cars.

An intoxicated 17-year-old Fox Point boy was arrested during a high school football game after he ran naked onto the field wearing only a black mask. He was arrested as he attempted to get dressed. The boy was reported stumbling around and when asked how much he had to drink replied, "Does it matter? I drank a lot."

October 31st Town of Vinland
Police and fire crews responded to a report of a semi full of cheese on fire.

October 15th City of Glendale
Police were following up on a suspicious car when they saw the man in a patio door window naked and screaming. The man was next seen running naked in the hallway while continuing to scream. Police found Oxycodone in the man's room along with heroin and cocaine "packaged for sale."

October 13th City of Oak Creek
A white male in his 40s, stole a "Sale" sign and an 8-foot-by-13-foot "Open During Construction" banner from outside an adult toy store and fled in a silver pick up.

October 28th Village of Hartland
Police responded to a report of two men fighting at a local bar. When police arrived, the instigator of the fight was gone. Police eventually located the man hiding behind a tombstone in the village cemetery.

September 18th Village of Oregon
Police responded to a report of horseplay in the cart corral at the grocery store. A 17-year-old boy reportedly told a 16-year-old boy that he would punch him if he sat on a grocery cart while he was trying to collect it from the parking lot. The 16-year-old sat on the grocery cart and the 17-year-old reportedly delivered on his promise. Police warned both boys about their behavior.

October 30th City of Green Bay
Police shut down part of Shawano Avenue after a very drunk woman thought she heard gunshots in her basement. A search of the basement by police turned up no evidence of shots being fired in the building.

A Gould Street resident called police to report that a woman near the Family Center Ice Arena was dancing on the sidewalk and “shaking her booty” at passing vehicles.

October 20th City of Rice Lake
A deputy responded to a callers report of a "crazy" neighbor throwing stuff on the caller's porch. The deputy spoke with both neighbors who agreed to stay away from each other and their residences and to quit putting mental health counselors' business cards on each other's lawns.

October 4th City of Appleton
Police assistance was requested at the intersection of Plank and Midway Roads where a man and his son were trapped in a Porta-John by a large dog.

October 24th City of Sheboygan
Police were called to handle a disturbance involving "the most uncooperative 10-year-old girl I've ever met".

October 17th Hales Corners
A customer at A&W ordered a root beer and then stole the mug it was served in. When the customer, a 51-year-old woman, returned the mug to the Hales Corners Police Department and ask them to return it to the business, she was cited for theft.

October 21st Town of Marshfield
A resident called 911 and requested to go to prison.

October 20th City of Marshfield
Police responded to the parking lot of Pick 'n Save for a report of a physical altercation. A cabdriver told police that when he reached toward the back seat to accept cab fare, a passenger told him “you think you’re god’s gift to men” and then slapped him in the face. The cab driver said he did not know why the woman was mad. A witness confirmed the story to police, and a disorderly conduct citation was issued against the woman.

October 9th City of Beaver Dam
A man called police and reported that a student in Beaver Dam Middle School was shining a laser pointer at other students.

October 17th City of Beaver Dam
A 55-year-old man reported that a 62-year-old man was yelling insults at him. The 62-year-old man was upset because, he said, the other man was staring at him.

October 16th City of Juneau
An officer responded to a report of a loose rooster. The officer reported he had no means by which to capture a loose rooster and was unable to determine where the loose rooster came from or how it became loose.

October 10th Village of Hartland
Police are seeking disorderly conduct charges against a 42-year-old woman after she reportedly got into a drunken argument with her husband and flung a DVD case down some stairs inside their home. According to the incident report, both the man and woman had been drinking in the evening while watching a DVD and started arguing when she threw the case the disc was in down the flight of stairs.

October 16th City of Wisconsin Rapids
The grandmother of a 34-year-old man called police saying he was hallucinating and sweating, under the influence of something, and running around the house in his underwear.

October 11th City of Waupun
Police received the report of someone in the National Bank outside of regular business hours. As they investigated, a woman ran and hid in another room of the bank. After police located the woman, they learned she was an IT employee working on a problem. She told them she ran and hid because she was startled there was someone else was in bank outside of regular business hours.

Police were called to Tigerton High after someone Saran Wrapped a naked blowup doll to a post in front of the school.

October 11th City of Bayfield
A man called police to report  several people were drinking at the bar. He says it boggled his mind that he went to the bar to watch the game and he was drinking Pepsi while everyone else was drinking alcohol.

October 14th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A child called 911 and told police she was excited and happy about being a butterfly for Halloween and about being a big sister to a new baby.

October 6th Village of Pulaski
A resident called police to report a woman at whom he had hurled insults, "flipped him the bird".

October 13th Village of Biron
Police responded to a report of somebody in a park making howling sounds….and kicking leaves.

October 4th City of Waukesha
A caller told police her dog was being blamed for feces in the basement of an apartment building. However, the caller said it appeared to be human feces so she wanted officers to look at the feces and determine it came from a dog or human. Police determined the feces was from a dog but were unable to identify from whose dog the mystery feces came.

October 5th City of Germantown
A restaurant operator called police to report the theft of used cooking oil from a 2,500-gallon drum kept by the dumpster.

October 12th Village of Saratoga
A resident called police to report someone wrote "wash me" in the dirt on their car.
