June 25th City of Marshfield
A caller at a gas station reported a woman trying to drink gas from the gas pump. An officer located the woman and determined the woman was NOT trying to drink gas from the gas pump.

June 22nd Winnebago County
Authorities stopped a man who is walking around High Cliff State Park naked. The man did not say why he was naked and refused to tell officers what he was on.

June 15th City of Waukesha
Police were called to the Wal-Mart where a woman allegedly "whipped" her child with a Slim Jim beef stick. The caller said the female struck her young daughter with the beef stick after her daughter asked her to buy it for her. The child did not appear to be injured.

June 24th City of Marshfield
A caller reported her neighbors yell at her when she blows her grass clippings in their yard while mowing her lawn. The woman said the neighbors haven't threatened her. An officer told the woman to call back only if the neighbors make threats. The officer also suggested the woman blow her grass clippings somewhere other than her neighbor’s yard.

June 17th City of Rice Lake
A heavy set, 6-foot was seen hanging out in the women's bathroom at a retail store. The caller told police the man left in a car described as being "blue with fuzzy dice hanging from rear view mirror".

June 10th City of Menasha
A 14-year-old boy told police that a 17-year-old neighbor boy had tricked him into going into the backyard to look at something and when he did the 17-year-old started his skateboard on fire.

June 22nd City of Rice Lake
A 13-year-old girl called police to report "everybody is being mean" to her.

June 4th City of Phillips
Officers from the police department assisted a woman who had locked herself in a bedroom and was unable to exit the room. The woman indicated to police that the doorknob had broken. With the assistance of the Price County Sheriff's Department, police were able to gain access into the residence through a second story patio door, then opened the bedroom door and let the woman out.

June 17th City of Waukesha
Police responded to a residence where two teenagers were seen pushing a vehicle into a driveway. The teens told police they were pushing the vehicle because they were "too lazy" to go in the house and get the keys.

June 5th City of Menasha
A London Street resident told police his grandson called him and said that his mom was hitting him. Investigators found that the grandson was not following what his mother was telling him to do, and he was just upset that she yelled at him.

June 22nd City of Rice Lake
A man called police to report he is being harassed by his girlfriend. The man wanted to press charges but did not know his girlfriend's last name.

June 28th City of Sheboygan
Police responded to a report of an extremely intoxicated man with a bag on Indiana Avenue walking into trees and poles.

June 21st Town of Hubbard
A man called police several times to report that his neighbor had put a toy tractor on his vehicle. The man eventually called back and said that he and the neighborhood worked it out and was sorry for calling so much.

A woman called police to report someone had stolen the body for metal crane bird lawn ornament from her yard but left the legs behind.

June 10th Village of Jackson
An officer was dispatched to an apartment building, where a 43-year-old man complained that his older brother, who lives in another apartment, said the word, “Bang!”, which he took as a threat. When interviewed, the brother said that he didn’t say “bang”, although he did mutter to himself “douche bag”. The man told the officer he has no intention of injuring his brother but does believe he’s a douche bag.

June 12th City of Green Bay
A woman called for assistance after inadvertently gouging her eye with a makeup applicator.

June 7th City of Beaver Dam
A woman on North Main Street called police and reported that her husband refused to go to bed! An officer informed the woman that her husband is an adult who can decide when he wants to go to bed for himself and this is not a police matter.

June 2nd City of Waukesha
A caller reported hearing loud noises coming from an apartment. Police determined the noise, which was not excessive, was just people watching "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" and eating pizza. 

June 1st City of Franklin
A 61-year-old woman was taken into custody and cited for disorderly conduct after she yelled profanities at children and pushed a child. The woman was upset the children were walking on the lawn outside her apartment because it makes her dog bark.

June 7th Village of Jackson
A 43-year-old man called police to report receiving a harassing text message from the boyfriend of his ex-wife. An examination of the text messages revealed that the ex-husband had texted his ex-wife, criticizing the new boyfriend and suggesting that she join a church group to find a better boyfriend because all this one wants is sex. The new boyfriend texted back calling the ex-husband’s new girlfriend fat. The ex-wife was also sending texts. The officer told all three parties if they kept it up they would ALL be cited.

June 13th City of Sheboygan
Police were called to the religious bookstore on Broughton Drive to help someone get out of a pair of handcuffs.

June 8th Village of Saratoga
A caller reported seeing a man buying a bottle of vodka and then...pouring part of it into a bottle of soda.

June 5th City of Beaver Dam
Police received a call to help a 15-year-old child with their hand stuck in a cup holder. Responding officers removed the child’s hand from the cup holder.

June 8th City of Marshfield
A man call the police and reported he was walking in the street when something wet hit him. The man turned around and looked up and he again got hit with something wet. The man said the liquid came from a second-story window and smelled like urine. An officer made contact with the female resident. The woman was upset because her landlord had shut off her water and power. She said she didn't have any other way to dispose of her urine, and she did not think anyone was below her when she threw it out the window.

June 8th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A woman called police and reported that someone put a fish in her mailbox.

June 11th City of Marshfield
A 29-year-old man's pants caught fire while he was riding a city bus because he was using a lighter near sunscreen-soaked clothing. The bottle of sunscreen had leaked in the man's pocket, causing his clothing to become saturated as he rode on the bus. The man then accidentally ignited the sunscreen while he was operating a lighter.

June 12th Town of Grand Rapids
Police investigated a report of an attempted burglary where a person wearing a black mask showing only eyes rang the doorbell at his home. The attempted burglar entered the home, said he was very thirsty, and left when asked to.

June 5th Town of Rome (Adams County)
A man called police and reported that he is blind and his wife, who was on top of a table, was screaming that there was a large snake in their residence. A responding officer removed the snake.

May 22nd City of Greenfield
A woman called 911 to complain that the fish she bought at a local seafood store was bad. The caller was advised that bad fish was not an emergency, therefore, not an acceptable use of 911.

May 20th City of Waukesha
Officers responded to a domestic disturbance call after a man and his girlfriend began fighting. The man became angry after the woman wouldn't have sex with him. The woman reportedly had told the man that if he didn't get her cigarettes he wasn't "getting any."

May 27th Village of Shorewood
A female resident reported a call from a man who told her he admired her and when asked who he was he said “I can’t tell you”. He also said he didn’t like “her walk” and they would “have to work on that.”

May 28th City of Germantown
Police responded to a residence after a caller reported a man wearing a white tank top and jean shorts lighting off firecrackers at about 4:20 a.m.. Police located the suspect, a 31-year-old man, who admitted lighting off the fireworks because, he said it calmed his nerves.

May 10 Village of Oregon
A 34-year-old man went into the bank and asked the staff how they would feel if someone shot up a café or school before leaving. The man said he was just opening people's eyes about bad things that happen.

June 2nd Dane County
The 57-year-old pastor of a church was the victim of an armed robbery. According to police, the culprits made off with the pastor's wallet....and Bible.

June 2nd Dane County
Three men walking in a grassy area told police they were nearly hit by a car after the driver steered it off the roadway and at the pedestrians. The men were able to step out of the way. The driver, who is acquainted with at least one of the victims, told police he was just trying to make a point. It was not clear what point that was but, according to police, it had something to do with President Obama, Pontius Pilate, and "Planet Armenia."

May 31st Dane County
A 51-year-old woman reported the theft of a "big, mature, blue and green agave plant from her yard". The plant was described as being 4 feet wide, 4 feet tall, really heavy ... with 9 to 10 long pointy leaves with spines at the end of each branch. According to police, "no signs of struggle were visible" during the plant napping.

May 22nd Dane County
A woman told police she was touched inappropriately by a stranger. The woman told police the culprit was a white male in his 50s with long, dark, curly hair, wearing a blue kimono with a flower design. The witness said the suspect looked like "an overweight Alice Cooper".

May 16th City of Shawano
An employee of a convenience store on East Green Bay Street called police to report that two men and a woman entered the store, walked down the snack aisle together, took a stick of beef jerky and hid it.

May 10th City of Menasha
A caller reported someone entered a vehicle while it was parked in the driveway on Kaukauna Street and made off with a tea kettle, cheese graters and French coffee press.

May 14th City of Waukesha
A resident called police to report seeing a man who seemed confused and lost as he was walking down the highway. Police learned the man just wanted to purchase a comb from Kwik Trip. The officer ended up purchasing a comb for the man, which made him very happy.

May 24th Town of Richfield (Wood. County)
A man called police to report his wife was being unruly. The caller said the woman shoved him, smashed some groceries on the floor, and threw a frying pan with everything in it out the front door.

May 11th City of Waukesha
A caller reported a woman came to her apartment door and screamed at her at the top of her lungs and threatened her after finding tomatoes smashed on her vehicle. However, there was no evidence the caller was responsible for any of the tomato smashing.

May 9th City of Waukesha
A caller reported two people were throwing food outside from the second-floor balcony and hitting his car. The upstairs neighbor told the responding officer that his son threw one pancake off The balcony to feed the birds but it did not hit the caller's vehicle.

May 9th City of Waukesha
A caller reported to police that while he was taking a bike ride with his daughter his neighbor chased after him with a wrench. The man told officers that his neighbor may have thought the caller spit on him. However, the neighbor said the caller is just drunk and causing problems in the neighborhood.

May 16th City of Cudahy
A 45-year-old man was cited for disorderly conduct. According to police reports the man was throwing pieces of concrete and yelling loudly, while he drank a can of malt liquor. He told police he was “mad at the world and wanted to be arrested before he did something really bad.”

May 16th Town of Brookfield
Police were called to the scene of a fight in progress at Chuck E Cheese. The fight began when two children began to push and yell at another child. Parents and adults accompanying the children then became involved in an argument that consisted of a lot of yelling, racial slurs, two pepper shakers being thrown, and a bowl of bacon being used as a weapon.

May 6th Sauk City
Police responded to a complaint of a smell of burning plastic coming from a clothes dryer in an apartment building. Upon arrival, police found no odor and the dryer was not hot. The call or was actually just angry because the dryer was so full.

May 7th Sauk City
A homeowner called police and reported that someone came into their backyard and disturbed their patio furniture. The homeowner reported that one chair was placed in a hot tub, another chair was placed on front steps of the residence and two chairs and a table were moved to a corn field.

May 15th City of Germantown
An intoxicated man was asked to leave an elementary school after he made inappropriate comments to a teacher during an evening event. Police were told that the man made other parents feel uncomfortable when he told a female teacher that he would eat pie filling off her face.

May 23rd Town of Dale
The Outagamie County Sheriff’s Department responded to a situation on the Wiouwash Trail. Deputies arrested a man who pulled a handgun and brass knuckles in a dispute over a dog leash.

May 16th City of Waukesha
A woman reported at that a teenage neighbor continues to strike the side of her home when playing basketball in his driveway. She said she has tried speaking with the boy, but he told her that "it's just gravity" and to "let it go." When confronted by police, the boy didn't believe he was in the wrong and also told officers if they gave him a ticket he would write a three-page scientific letter to the judge explaining why it was "gravity's fault" and not his. Police strongly advised the teen to just move his basketball hoop.

May 15th Village of Pewaukee
A woman summoned police, telling a dispatcher that her son was being "held at bay" in the driveway of her home by four young males armed with Nerf guns. The caller also reported that the juveniles were currently in the act of wrapping her car with Saran Wrap. Officers responding to the report of the Nerf gun attack told the boys to stop their activities and leave the area. It was unclear if police confiscated the Nerf guns or the Saran Wrap.

May 15th City of Waukesha
Police were called after a female employee from a lawn service company going door to door reported a male at a residence started to rub on her shoulder and asked her if she wanted to see his two maple trees. The woman told police she felt "creeped out". Officers spoke to the man who said he had no intention to cause her any discomfort and that it was simply his way of telling the woman he wasn't interested in her product.

May 14th City of Waukesha
A woman called police because she said a bar near her apartment was is sending out "vibes," making people sick and brainwashing her family. Police checked and reassured the woman that there were no "vibes" coming through the house.

May 20th Village of Grand Rapids
A woman called police and reported a 10-year-old boy came to her door asking if she needed help with yard work. The woman told police that when she said "no," the boy got on his bicycle and left without stopping at any other homes, which she thought seemed suspicious.

May 18th City of Waukesha
Police were called to break up a physical altercation between an 18-year-old man and his mother. The altercation began when the mother came home and saw the son had not done the dishes.

May 13th City of Germantown

A patrol officer, with assistance from a Wisconsin State trooper, safely escorted several ducks across a busy four lane highway... where they then immediately fell into the sewer. The patrol officer, with the assistance of the Wisconsin State trooper, then successfully rescued the ducks from the sewer.

May 17th City of Waukesha
Police responded to Wendy's after a caller said they saw a man with a gun in the drive-thru. Police found the man, and identified the gun as…an e-cigarette.

May 7th Town of Ashippun
A five-year-old girl called 911 because she was scared of going to the dentist. The girl told the 911 dispatcher that she didn't know what the dentist was going to do to her. The dispatcher assured the girl that the dentist would make her teeth very pretty before the girl hung up.

May 7th Brown County
An elderly man called to report that women keep breaking into his home and climbing in bed with him. The man told the dispatcher he tries to talk to the women but they never respond.

May 4th City of Kaukauna
Personnel at a grocery store on East Ann Street spotted a man leaving the store without paying for two packets of dipping sauce valued at 39 cents each. The employee confronted the man who apologized and explained that he forgot about the small items and returned to the store and paid for them. By the time he had paid for the packets of dipping sauce, police arrived on the scene. After talking to the culprit and running a background check, police concluded it was an honest mistake and let the man go with a warning.

April 29th Village of Germantown
An anonymous caller reported two boys were getting very close to a goose. It is unclear if the caller was worried about the boys attacking the goose or the goose attacking the boys.

May 9th City of Sheboygan
A resident called police to report that when he checked on a man that he saw lying down by the lakeshore, the man told him he was just waiting for a perfect wave...but was not very nice about it.

April 28th City of Waukesha
Police were called to an apartment building where a man accused his neighbor of drilling a hole in the floor and blowing his cigarette smoke through the hole.

April 23rd City of Waukesha
A caller reported to police that someone put a tombstone in her garden that said "Rest in Peace". The tombstone is believed to be a Halloween decoration and not an implied threat.

May 9th City of Oshkosh
Police responded to a report of two drunken white males dancing in the middle of North Main Street.

May 4th City of Marshfield
A 30-year-old man called police and reported that he did not receive a graduation invitation that his aunt had sent to him a week earlier in the mail. The man had contacted his aunt to confirm she had sent it. The man believes that the graduation invitation had been stolen.

May 2nd City of Hales Corners
Police received a report of two men going door-to-door asking strangers if they had ordered the Mayweather-Pacquiao pay-per-view because they wanted to come in and watch it.

May 2nd Village of Germantown
About 100 people assembled on the north lawn of McDonald’s and started singing songs and cheering. The crowd then entered two motor coaches parked in the area and left before police arrived, so the intent of their singing and cheering remains unknown.

April 24th City of Waukesha
A resident called police because they felt it was suspicious that a disheveled-looking woman wearing pajamas was digging holes in a yard. Police discovered the pajama clad woman was just doing her gardening.

April 1st City of Beaver Dam
A caller informed police that a teen dressed as a wolf was yelling profanities at people in Stevens Park. An officer talked to the 14-year-old girl and she said she didn’t swear at anyone and she doesn’t talk to anyone.

April 5th City of Sheboygan
Police received a report of a man on Lakeshore Drive who was shot in the back with a blow dart fired from a passing vehicle.

March 30th City of Oak Creek
A caller reported that sometime between March 16th and March 30th someone had entered their garage and stole their red velvet cowboy hat.

March 31st City of Wisconsin Rapids
A caller reported seeing a woman wearing dark clothes walking down the middle of Highway 54. Officers contacted the woman who thought she was walking in a parade.

March 17th Village of Omro
Police received a report of a suspicious vehicle near Grant Street. The caller told police the vehicle was driving around the area very slowly. The responding officer make contact with the driver who was driving slowly to deliver newspapers.

April 3rd City of Shawano
Police received a report that a man who had to be rescued after he fell through the ice earlier in the week was going back out on the ice to retrieve the belongings he left behind when he fell through the ice.

March 11th Village of Jackson
Police were asked to check the welfare of a trailer park resident after he called his doctor’s office and was slurring his words and not making sense. Police found the 51-year-old man sitting in a lawn chair. His wife reported that he had been drinking vodka all day but the amount wasn’t unusual for him. The man said he had no intention of harming himself and he had called his doctor’s office because he was just looking for somebody to talk to.

March 27th Barron County
A woman called police to report another woman keeps texting "nasty" things to the caller. A dispatcher talked to woman who told them the caller's texts "aren't so nice, either."

February 22nd City of Rice Lake
A man called and threatened police that he would commit a crime UNLESS they gave him a ride home from the bar.

February 21st City of Rice Lake
An officer was dispatched to check on a vehicle that's been in a drug store parking lot for an hour. The officer determined that the owner has been sitting in the car the entire time watching movie trailers on her phone while trying to decide which Redbox movie to rent.

March 27th City of Fox Point
Police were called after a man who was later determined to have a blood alcohol level of .022 entered the BMO Harris Bank, approached a teller and asked “How do I rob this bank”.

March 20th City of Waukesha
Police responded to a report of a middle-aged man wearing no pants dancing in the street in front of the railroad crossing.

February 20th City of Rice Lake
A resident called police to report seeing an injured pigeon on the sidewalk. The dispatcher informed the caller that pigeons are not police jurisdiction.

March 24th Barron County
A caller contacted police to report her ex-boyfriend left a pill behind when he moved out. The dispatcher told the woman she could drop the pill in the drug drop off box at the police station. The woman told the dispatcher she didn't want to touch the pill and requested an officer come to her home and pick the pill up.

March 22nd Brown County
A 911 call was logged from a man who explained that he must have accidentally pocket dialed the emergency number while he was wrestling with a cow.

March 18th City of Green Bay
A man called 911 from a bar and reported that a female was trying to kiss him before suddenly hanging up.

March 7th City of Waukesha
A woman called police after she said a man was sitting on her picnic table that she says she shares with her neighbor. The neighbor, however, said the man was her boyfriend. She told the man not to sit at the picnic table anymore.

February 12th Village of Oregon
A 43-year-old man was charged with negligent handling of burning materials after he put lighter fluid on an entertainment center to burn it down far enough to fit into a dumpster.

March 7th City of Horicon
Officers responded to Kwik Trip where they cited a 25-year-old man for the theft of four Hershey’s Cookies and Cream candy bars valued at $5.16. The man was previously warned by the manager the day before for stealing cheese. The suspect stated that he knew what he was doing was wrong and had money to pay for the items but that he had an eating disorder and is always hungry so he took the candy.

March 13th City of Juneau
A 13-year-old boy called police and reported he was being harassed by an adult male and female on South Street. When police arrived, the adults accused the 13-year-old of breaking ice chunks over their "children’s head". All parties were counseled.

February 22nd City of Menasha
An officer observed a passenger get out of a van in front of the police station. The passenger told police she was upset about her mother yelling at her and claimed her mother struck her with a strainer. The mother said her daughter started an altercation by taking her younger brother's phone charger.

February 21st City of Waukesha
A caller reported receiving text messages from an unknown number that read, "I am cheating on you with your mother" and "I hid the body. Now what?" Police contacted the person responsible for the texts who informed them that he had simply sent them to the wrong number.

February 5th Village of Oregon
A 19-year-old man was charged with theft after surveillance video at Kwik Trip showed him putting a frappuccino down his pants.

February 21st City of Waukesha
Police were called after a man returned home after the time his wife told him to be home. The couple is going through a divorce and her lawyer said to have police respond if her husband did not follow all her rules. Police said there isn't anything legally the police department can do about a curfew set for an adult.

February 26th City of Verona
A 54-year-old man accidentally accelerated abruptly and drove through a wine store. Nobody was injured but one twenty-minute parking sign and 1600 bottles of wine were destroyed in the crash.

February 5th Village of Oregon
A 49-year-old man called police to report he paid an unknown woman $50 and a pack of cigarettes for "companionship". However, the woman then left in an unknown vehicle. The man did not know the woman's name but referred to her only as "Beautiful Laquehsa".

February 6th Village of Oregon
A 50-year-old man called police and reported his vehicle had been broken into while parked outside the high school. When an officer arrived, it was discovered that the car had NOT been broken into but that the door was ajar because the man had closed it on the seatbelt.

February 20th City of Neenah
A person asked to speak to an officer about a man who approached her at the Neenah library and asked if she recognized him before giving her an autographed photo of himself. Police learned the man was a marathon runner..

March 4th City of Marshfield
A resident called police to report someone had left a suspicious Ouija board in front of his house. The man later called back to request police discontinue their investigation of the incident.

February 23rd City of Portage
Police responded to a report of a 32-year-old man who was told he could not drive while drunk to the Chinese restaurant to get missing packets of sweet and sour sauce.

February 13th City of Menasha
A woman on Second Street called for police assistance because her 14-year-old daughter was upset about being assigned additional chores and was yelling, cursing and slamming the door.

February 14th City of Waukesha
A caller in an apartment advised police of a noise complaint after hearing a man and woman scream at each other and the woman say what sounded like "Ow, you're hurting me." The caller also reportedly heard some moaning from the apartment. Police determined the sounds came from three intoxicated residents being loud while playing a spirited game of Yahtzee.

February 26th City of Beaver Dam
Police were called to a Wayland Street Address after two men and two women got into a fight over milk and cereal. No arrests were made.

February 21st City of Beaver Dam
Someone told police two kids were messing around with a bike that had been in a bike rack. An officer arrived on the scene put the bike back in the bike rack.

February 16th City of Mayville
A 39-year-old man called police and reported that a 42-year-old man came home intoxicated, was cursing and began throwing coffee filters at him. The 42-year-old coffee filter thrower was arrested for disorderly conduct.

February 16th City of Waukesha
A caller was concerned because a man who was in the bathroom of the cosmetology training facility for more than 10 minutes after he had claimed he had lost a bet at work and has to dress like a woman. The man had also asked the caller, if she thought he would look better in a skirt or dress? The man eventually left the business in a black-and-white dress without any further problems.

February 21st City of Germantown
Police responded to a residence after a caller phoned 911 to report his father turned off the electricity to his bedroom. When officers spoke with the caller and his father, they discovered the father disconnected the electricity to his son’s room because the son refused to turn down music that he was playing excessively loud, and police warned the son about the proper use of 911. However, shortly after police left the residence, the son called 911 again to report his dad still had not turned the electricity to his room back on. Police returned to the home and arrested the son...who is 31-years-old...for misuse of 911.

January 2nd Town of Menasha
A 51-year-old man reported that his TV, cellphone and some food were taken from his room after he was arrested on December 27th. The man suspected a roommate was responsible. A check of pawn shops revealed that the TV had been pawned by the roommate. When an officer went to speak with the victim to make arrangements to retrieve his television and the victim answered the door for the officer while smoking marijuana. The victim was cited for possession of marijuana and taken to the Winnebago County Jail for violating the terms of his bond from the previous arrest.

December 20th City of Prairie du Sac
A person house sitting called police and reported the homeowner’s vehicles were missing and have now been returned. After an investigation, police determined that the vehicles were NOT taken. The house sitter had only dreamed it happen.

January 6th City of Waukesha
A woman called police stating she is in the woods in an old town that looks similar to Old World Wisconsin and people are using the same needle to treat each other for anaphylactic shock. After police made contact with the woman at her apartment she said she had a dream and dialed 911. She told police she was quite embarrassed by the incident.

December 15th City of Prairie du Sac
Police responded to an security alarm activation at a fitness center. When police arrived, they found a member had pushed the panic button on purpose just to see what would happen.

January 13th City of Beaver Dam
A man called police to report that someone drove on his lawn in the Avenue and hit his snowman. There appeared to be no damage other than the snowman. The value of the snowman was not available.

December 25th City of Menasha
A male on Third Street reported that he had been beaten. The man refused medical attention and just wanted a police escort to his home. He ultimately jumped out of the ambulance and jogged home.

An employee of a car dealership on Green Bay Road called police to report an “odd” man on their lot asking staff members to pronounce strange words.

A Byrd Avenue resident reported that a male in an SUV was parked in the bowling alley parking lot staring at the house and making the caller uncomfortable. The man in the SUV told police he was just doing crossword puzzles. Police told the man to take his crossword puzzles and do them somewhere else.

December 24 City of Neenah
A man on Forest Avenue called police to report he was watching as an SUV pulled up to the front of his house and a man out, grabbed the baby Jesus from his front yard and fled in the SUV.

January 4th City of Stevens Point
A man called police to report his son was extremely intoxicated and had a no drink order against him. When police arrived, they gave the son a Breathalyzer test but his blood alcohol level was so high it didn't register. The son was also arrested three weeks ago. At that time his blood alcohol level was .435.

January 9th City of Marshfield
A man called police after he found a 6-foot-tall wooden Easter bunny and large wooden Easter egg in his yard. Responding officers impounded both the egg and the Easter bunny. A neighbor has since come forward and admitted he constructed the bunny and has been moving it from yard to yard, leaving Easter eggs behind, for fun. He said he plans to contact police to see about getting his bunny back. However, he added, "I think he should stay in jail for a couple days to learn a lesson".

December 28th Dane County
A woman called police to report damage to her vehicle. The woman told police that since having her car washed and waxed, a wild turkey keeps pecking at it causing numerous scratches to the body and fender of the vehicle. The woman told police she has tried to get a photo of the turkey in the act but has been unable to do so. However, the woman did point out several piles of turkey poop around her car as evidence. Police suspect the turkey could see his reflection in the shiny clean cars surface, and thought it was another bird. Police suggested the woman put an old mirror near the car to refocus the turkey's attention.

December 24th Dane County
A man reported the theft of his Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini with a cracked screen while attending a Christmas party at a local bar. In the report he filed with police, the man indicates that theft occurred when, "The holiday spirit moved me to sing Karaoke, so I set my phone on the table my co-workers and I were at. My song came on and I started belting out the sweetest tune you ever heard. It moved my co-workers so much that they came to cheer me on leaving our table and my phone up for grabs.

January 5th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A 29-year-old man called 911 about 6:30 AM and told police that after a late night of drinking he woke up locked in a dark, dank place and didn't know where he was. Police traced the man's cell phone signal to a tavern where the drunken man had been drinking the night before. The extremely intoxicated man had apparently staggered down to the cellar where he passed out and got locked in when bartenders closed up for the night. Officers contacted the tavern's owner, got the key and let out the drunken patron out of the cellar.

December 28th City of Waukesha
A man called police to report someone stole his crutches that he needs to walk. According to the caller, the crutch thief was wearing a Dallas Cowboys jacket.

January 1st Village of Shorewood
Police stopped a 34-year-old driver who they saw weaving in traffic and running a red light. The man told police, “I don’t want to waste your time with tests. I’m drunk!”

December 29th City of Oak Creek
A caller asked police to check on a swan that was in the city pond because she was concerned that the swan could not live long in the cold water. An officer checked the area and discovered it was a fake swan.

January 2nd City of Brookfield
Two juveniles were banned from Brookfield Square Mall after attempting to pull pranks on women in the Boston Store. One suspect would film the women as they entered fitting rooms while another waited in the stall dressed as a clown. The pair of juveniles had previously been involved in a similar incident at JC Penney.

December 25th City of Waukesha
Police were called as several people were spotted trying to break into the backdoor of Denny’s. The suspects were reportedly all dressed like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

December 28th City of Waukesha
A caller reported people in an apartment were fighting and throwing things for the last five hours. Police determined there was no criteria for a domestic disturbance after learning the noise was coming from a woman who said she woke up with an asthma attack and began trashing her apartment and cursing as she looked for her inhaler.

A woman entered the lobby of the Police Department and demanded that her clothes be tested for poison. The front desk clerk told her the police station does not offer such services. The woman then stormed out and left a garbage bag of clothes. The woman returned sometime later to pick up her clothes.

A caller reported a woman was naked in the hallway of a motel yelling at a man to get out. Police advised the woman, who was highly intoxicated, of her behavior and lack of clothing. The woman told police she could not recall why she went into the hallway naked.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call from a woman on Eland Avenue. The caller told the dispatcher she was trapped in her house because there was a large raccoon frozen to her sidewalk in a puddle of its own urine right at the foot of her stairs. A deputy responded to the home where he used a large bowl of warm water to thaw the puddle of frozen urine freeing the raccoon who then ambled off under his own power.

January 11th City of Beaver Dam
Police responded to a call from the employee of the Community Library reporting a 51-year-old man was bathing in the restroom. The responding officer spoke to the man who explained he was just cleaning up after pooping his pants.

March 23rd Dane County
Police were called to a 30th birthday party after a the party's organizer allegedly punched the DJ, and destroyed his equipment because she did not like his song selections. The bloodied DJ wasn't sure what he had played to made her so upset. The woman fled the party with an uncut birthday cake before police arrived and remains at large.

April 21st City of Shawano
Police responded to an incident involving two parked cars at Hillcrest School. The wind caught the door of one of the cars blowing it open and dinging the other car. The driver of the dinged door car was reportedly very upset. When police arrived, they issued to citations to both drivers since they were both illegally parked in handicapped spots.

April 29th City of Chilton
A caller reported a "bloody man" was walking around a store on East Chestnut Street. The man told responding officers, "This is what happens when you help your kids".

May 3rd City of Cudahy
A 50-year-old man was arrested for violating terms of his probation by visiting his ex-girlfriend’s apartment. The man said he knew he was violating the probation terms by visiting her, but told police “the woman is crazy and the sex is amazing.”

May 9th City of Greenfield
A 911 caller reported two elderly females were arguing with staff at the American Legion Post after they were allegedly caught cheating at bingo. The women then reportedly went outside and started yelling and banging on the windows. Police were unable to locate the elderly bingo cheaters but confirmed they were last seen traveling eastbound in a silver Ford Expedition.

May 15th City of Waukesha
A woman called police to report she was slapped in the back of the head by a male co-worker. The accused assailant admitted his actions to police but told them he only slapped the coworker in the back of the head because his manager told him if he did so she would give him a dollar.

June 10th City of Waukesha
A woman called police and claimed her boyfriend stole $350 million from her. She also told police he forced a cat to lick him all night long because he is a sex addict.

June 28th City of Appleton
Police arrested a 52-year-old man they believe is responsible for damage and vandalism to numerous air-conditioners in Appleton, Menasha and probably Neenah. The man allegedly spent recent nights riding his bicycle around the area and randomly ripping the control switches out of the air conditioning units. The man reportedly told officers he committed the acts because he just doesn't like air-conditioners.

July 13th City of Franklin
A 33-year-old man called police to report a man called him a "pervert" and pulled a gun on him. The caller himself was arrested after police determined the reason the other man called him a pervert and pulled a gun on him is the man had caught the caller in the act of peeping in his windows.

July 8th City of Oak Creek
A driver flagged down a police officer and reported herself for speeding and not wearing a seatbelt. The woman promised the officer she would not speed anymore and fastened her seatbelt. No citations were issued.

July 24th City of Portage
Police responded to a report of a disturbance at the county fairgrounds where they found two boys in the cattle barn fighting over the placement of a manure pile.

July 10th City of Menasha
Officers received an anonymous complaint about a rummage sale in progress. Officers contacted the resident who said there was no sale in progress and that all items laying in the driveway are just her children's toys.

July 11th Village of Jackson
An officer stopped an SUV for blinding oncoming traffic with its high-beams. The driver, a 35-year-old West Bend woman, was believed to be drinking and admitted she already had a suspended license for two prior OWI convictions. The woman also told police she was hiding a cell phone in her vagina. Jail staff used a metal detector and determined that there was no cell phone in woman's vagina.

A caller contacted police to report someone broke into their car and left a pack of beef jerky.

August 24th City of Oak Creek
A jogger flagged down police to report that a dog being walked by its owner just bit him on the scrotum.

August 9th City of Waukesha
Police responded to a report of a man who said he was "stuck in his brother's car" and kept honking the horn, while yelling "I just want to get out of the car. I can't get out of the car". Responding officers found the man was just extremely intoxicated and couldn't figure out how to open the door.

July 15th Village of Jackson
A man told police that he saw a woman in a vehicle intentionally try to run over a flock of geese. Using the license plate number, police located the driver. The woman told the officer that she didn’t try to run the geese over but “thought it would be funny to drive at them fast so they would fly away”. None of the geese were injured. According to police, no further action was taken because “there’s no law against being an immature moron.”

August 23rd City of Oak Creek
A resident called police to report receiving a phone call from an unidentified male who told him that he would "gut him and leave him in the woods" if he didn't pay his ex-girlfriend $80 for a cat toy.

August 23rd City of Greenfield
Police received a 911 call from a woman reporting a robbery in progress at Starbucks. The caller stated her 14-year-old daughter went inside and then texted her mom that the business was being held up. A police investigation revealed the girl actually texted her mom, “Hold up at Starbucks,” meaning the line was long and the number of customers inside was holding her up.

August 31st City of Oak Creek
Police responded after a 911 caller reported at least three vehicles were parked near his residence and the occupants were outside, yelling at each other. The responding officer found 15 people in the area, who stated they were just looking for ghosts. They were all told to leave and come back during daytime hours despite their protests that ghosts only come out at night.

August 27th City of Waukesha
A man called police to report finding strands of blonde hair in the back of his pickup truck. The man told police he was unable to tell if the blonde hairs came from a human being or an animal. Police determined the blonde hairs...were actually hay.

August 28th City of Waukesha
A man called police to request an ambulance for a 55-year-old woman. Police learned the woman wanted an ambulance because she was bleeding after popping a pimple on her face.

September 5th Dane County
A man reported to police that while his 2000 Ford Taurus station wagon was parked, someone stole the brand new right front tire from the car and replaced it with an flat balding one. The victim filled out an official police report noting "This hot rod of a car of mine seems to attract petty thuggery, obviously due to envy. I'm sure the perpetrators imagine (rightly so) a balding, middle age potbellied family man proudly cruising the city, his comb-over flowing out the half open window. I can understand their jealousy but can't condone it. I think fair punishment would be for them to one day find themselves balding and middle aged."

September 6th Dane County
A 23-year-old woman was awakened by the sound of her front door crashing in. Unsure what to do during a burglary, the woman grabbed her cell phone, hid in a closet and Googled "What to do during a burglary?". Google advised her to call police so she did.

September 9th City of Waukesha
A caller told police she saw a man carrying a baby in a dog kennel. When police arrived at the scene, they discovered it was a small dog in the kennel, not an ugly, hairy infant.

September 16th Village of Biron
A man called police and reported that he could hear people trying to break into his home. The man called police back three more times before police arrived at his residence to investigate. Responding officers believe that what the man heard was actually several falling pinecones.

September 23rd City of Waukesha
The police and fire departments rescued a man who was stuck inside a trash bin behind Dunkin' Donuts. The man told police his wife left her dentures at Dunkin' Donuts earlier in the day and was looking for them. While standing on a pallet and looking in garbage cans for the missing dentures, the man fell in and was unable to get out.

September 6th City of Neenah
A Congress Street resident called police to report hearing people yelling and screaming. Officers responding to the report found several adults engaged in...a spirited pillow fight.

September 24th Village of Shorewood
The resident called 911 because a nut got stuck in her teeth while she was eating a Hershey bar with almonds. Police instructed the woman to contact a dentist.

September 21st City of Waukesha
A domestic disturbance was reported after the caller thought she heard someone get hit and saw a female outside crying. The female said she wasn't crying and had just gone to the car to think after a verbal argument with her niece over macaroni and cheese.

September 24th City of Franklin
A 42-year-old man arrived at work at Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company and subsequently stripped down to just a necktie and boxer shorts in what was described as a "creative way to get fired".

September 30th City of Waukesha
A woman reported that her apartment had been repeatedly entered by someone over the past year and a half. The woman told police that the person who has been illegally entering her apartment keeps taking her "better quality chicken breasts" and replacing them with "lower quality" chicken breasts.

October 9th City of Waupun
A resident called police and reported that his two dogs were stuck together after mating and asked for officer assistance in getting them apart. Police contacted a local veterinarian who advised them to leave the dogs alone and nature would take its course. Prior to police leaving the residence, the dogs separated.

November 5th City of Waukesha
Three girls between the ages of 12 and 15 found a cigarette lighter on a sidewalk outside the Waukesha Public Library. A caller reported the girls had used the lighter to light a Cheeto on fire and were attempting to smoke it.

November 13th City of Neenah
A caller on Bergstrom Road told police that a male who was just terminated had threatened to come back and cut off someone’s hands with a machete. The former employee was mad because someone had taken his soda.

August 14th Town of Emmet
A resident called the sheriff's department to report someone left empty McDonald's bags in his driveway. The area McDonald's was contacted to have them check their surveillance video recordings to see if they could identify a suspect based on the time on the receipt left in one of the bags. Deputies were unable to obtain the security video needed to aid in the investigation at this time.

August 16th Dane County
Police were called to the Henry Villas Zoo after a 24-year-old woman who loves giraffes, climbed over a fence into the giraffe enclosure. Wally, a two-year-old, 12 foot tall giraffe, licked the woman's cheek before turning around and kicking her in the face. The woman was not seriously injured. It is unclear if the kick to the face dampened the woman's love of the tall mammals.

July 12th Dane County
A 26-year-old woman with a box full of guinea pigs walked into Pet World and tried to put her guinea pigs in with the store guinea pigs. When the store manager told her she couldn't do that, the woman became angry and told him it was not his store but rather it "belongs to the animals". When police arrived, they tried to coax the woman out of the store. However, the woman yelled "I am sorry, my babies" and hurled the box of guinea pigs at officers. Police arrested the woman. The box of guinea pigs were unharmed.

November 5th City of Portage
Police responded to a request for an officer at a home on River Street about 2 AM. When the officer arrived a woman asked him to make her a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. The officer woke another family member to handle the issue.

When police arrived the vehicle was unoccupied, and the juvenile was inside the restaurant with his parents. The juvenile told police he was upset because he wanted Cousins instead of Taco Bell so he stayed in the vehicle and honked the horn. The parents told police their solution will be to take him to Cousins when they are done at Taco Bell.

December 2nd City of Wisconsin Rapids
A resident called police to report finding a cigarette butt in his driveway despite the fact that no one at his home smokes.

November 14th City of Waukesha
A caller reported a woman with no teeth was wiggling the door handle to her apartment. The caller indicated this has been an ongoing problem.

November 18th City of Waukesha
A woman reported to police that a man stole her driver's license and wallet a week ago and that this has been an ongoing problem the past 25 years.

November 17th City of Waukesha
A woman called police because she thought someone was walking around inside her house. When police arrived, the woman immediately apologized and said she must have been dreaming.

November 22nd City of Wisconsin Rapids
A man called police and reported someone took his binoculars from his tree stand. The man told police he followed some tracks in the snow and heard another man yell "Hey, looking for your binoculars?"

November 21st City of Oak Creek
A resident reported some unidentified person was banging on her windows and doors at about 6:45pm. The victim stated the same thing occurred the night before, and that someone had vomited on her porch. The responding officer checked the outside of the residence but could not find any damage. He did, however, find a gift card on the porch with a note attached that read, "Sorry for the throw up".

November 9th City of Neenah
A woman called police to report someone was ringing her doorbell over and over and knocking and would not go away. She did not answer the door. Police found a female sleeping in a car outside the home. The woman turned out to be the caller’s sister-in-law who just wanted a place to sleep.

November 10th City of Menasha
Police were called to Maplewood Middle School after a juvenile allegedly took a sandwich from the lunchroom, concealed it under his lunch tray and left, making no attempt to pay. The middle school student said he had no money to pay for it. The lunch staff asked him to go to the office but he refused and had to be escorted there where he admitted to stealing the sandwich to police.

November 26th City of Portage
Police responded to an incident at Walmart. An adult and two teenagers allegedly sprayed a liquid dust cleaner onto the floor, causing it to be very slippery and argued loudly with store employees when confronted.

A resident called police at 8:14 PM and reported snowplows were disturbing the peace.

Three girls between the ages of 12 and 15 found a cigarette lighter on a sidewalk outside the public library. A caller reported the girls had used the lighter to light a Cheeto on fire and were attempting to smoke it.

October 30th Village of Oregon
A 17-year-old girl was charged with disorderly conduct after an 18-year-old coworker reported the girl took a picture of her while she was working and posted it on Snapchat with a caption that read "chlamydia infested whore".

November 12th Dane County
Police responded to a report of a female deer with a broken leg laying on the side of the road and two bucks attempting to have sex with her. When officers arrived and sounded their siren, they spooked the smaller of the two bucks and he ran off but the larger, ten pointer was unswayed. According to the police report, the officer, fearing the buck could soon end up in traffic, and knowing the doe must be put out of her misery, decided it was time to go "mano a mano," or in this case "mano a bucko."  As he recounted the tenseness of the moment, the officer said it felt a little like an old western: the sheriff and the outlaw staring each other down. The buck stomped. The officer stomped. The officer raised his arms to simulate a big rack, and he charged, yelling at the buck. The buck stood his ground, steam now coming from his nostrils. About this time, a second officer showed up, and the first instructed the second to do an end around and come at the buck from a different direction, "hooting and hollering". The second officer obliged, and the two officer's combined ruckus did the trick. The buck ran off, and the first officer humanely dispatched the doe. After the doe was dead, the large buck returned and again tried to have sex with her and again had to be scared back into the woods with more hooting and hollering.

November 11th Shawano county
A caller reported hearing what sounded like somebody kicking or stomping on the ground. They requested an officer drive-by with their window rolled it down to see if they heard the same thing.

November 9th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A resident called police to report someone had stolen their pizza cutter.

November 4th City of Waukesha
An intoxicated man, who claimed he is from Gotham, called police saying he was assaulted at a bowling alley. The responding officer found that the assault consisted of another patron throwing a bar coaster at the caller, resulting in no injuries.

November 3rd City of Greenfield
Police responded to a report of two intoxicated people harassing and swearing at the bartender and manager at Applebee's because they weren't allowed to order food off the children's menu.

November 9th Dane County
Staff members from a downtown bar were able to corral a drunken man who was wielding a fire extinguisher. Witnesses told police he had used the fire extinguisher  to break a window at the bar. When arrested, the man was reportedly yelling and screaming unintelligible things and then in the back of a squad car, the man loudly proclaimed to be "Spartacus."

November 7th City of Greenfield
A resident reported a neighbor was outside banging on pots and pans for about an hour. Police made contact with the woman, who stated she was upset because she believed her neighbors had stolen her pots and pans.

November 3rd City of Mequon
Police were called to a business where an employee, unhappy about being fired, responded by ripping a cabinet off-the-wall, throwing things around the office, and going outside and urinating on the side of the building.

September 13th City of Verona
Police responded to an emergency call to aid a 13-year-old stuck in a baby swing.

November 15th City of Madison
Police responded to a report of an injured pedestrian. When they arrived on the scene, they found a 22-year-old Nebraska man suffering from facial injuries. According to witnesses, the man intentionally ran into traffic in an attempt to jump over a moving taxi cab and failed in his attempt, sustaining the facial injuries in the process. After police cited him for "Sudden Pedestrian Movement", the man gave the officers an expletive laden statement in which he said he "hopes the Huskers defeat the Badgers" and that he promises to "never try and jump over a moving car again".

September 20th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A woman called police and reported that a bird feeder was tipped over at her mother's residence the previous night. The caller told police her mother has some "very shady" neighbors whom she suspects of tipping the bird feeder. The woman requested additional patrol to assure the safety of her mother's bird feeder.

September 16th City of Shawano
A man called police to report findings traffic cones in the roadway. The man told police no construction was going on so he assumed they were put there by someone who was "just goofing off".

August 23rd City of Verona
A man flagged down a police officer to report his intoxicated friend had gotten lost…and fallen through a barn roof.

Police received a 911 call where they could only hear children and adults talking in the background. It was eventually determined that the family's seven-year-old daughter had called 911 because she had overheard family members discussing how thankful they were that they never had a reason to call 911. The responding officer explained to the girl what 911 is.

September 16th Village of Biron
A man called police and reported that he could hear people trying to break into his home. The man called police back three more times before police arrived at his residence to investigate. Responding officers believe that what the man heard was actually several falling pinecones.

September 9th City of Waukesha
A resident called police to report they thought a person might be hanging from a tree in front of a house. The caller believed it was a Halloween decoration but couldn’t be sure. Police found that it was in fact a mannequin Halloween decoration in the tree.

September 8th City of Greenfield
A resident called police to report her live-in boyfriend called her “retarded and stupid” while standing in her “she-cave”. Police determined nothing physical took place and told the two to leave each other alone. The same resident called 911 again 35 minutes later to report her boyfriend called her “stupid.” Officers again advised them to leave each other alone and both were warned about misusing 911.

August 28th City of Waukesha
A man called police to request an ambulance for a 55-year-old woman. Police learned the woman wanted an ambulance because she was bleeding after picking a pimple on her face.

August 30th City of Waukesha
A woman called police to report ongoing problems with her neighbor who was flipping her off, spitting in her direction and saying she is going to beat "the crap out of her." Both women said they were good friends until about two weeks ago after a falling out over the woman undercooking some chicken she made for her neighbor. The neighbor told her not to make her food anymore, but the other woman keeps making it anyway.

September 8th Village of Port Edwards
A person calling from a business reported a job applicant became upset when she learned she needed a resume to apply for a job so she went outside and hit her own car with a baseball bat and then left.

September 6th Dane County
A 23-year-old woman was awakened by the sound of her front door crashing in. Unsure what to do during a burglary, the woman grabbed her cell phone, hid in a closet and Googled "What to do during a burglary?". Google advised her to call police so she did.

August 27th City of Waukesha
A man called police to report finding strands of blonde hair in the back of his pickup truck. The man told police he was unable to tell if the blonde hairs came from a human being or an animal. Police determined the blonde hairs...were actually hay.


September 1st City of Waukesha
A woman called police to report receiving a phone call from a man who asked her if she wanted to hear him slap his genitals.

September 5th City of Whitefish Bay
Police were called to check on the well-being of an elderly woman who was seen walking down the street carrying deer antlers and a clown picture. The woman told responding officers she did not need any help and was just coming from a rummage sale.

September 5th Dane County
A man reported to police that while his 2000 Ford Taurus station wagon was parked, someone stole the brand new right front tire from the car and replaced it with an flat balding one. The victim filled out an official police report noting "This hot rod of a car of mine seems to attract petty thuggery, obviously due to envy. I'm sure the perpetrators imagine (rightly so) a balding, middle age potbellied family man proudly cruising the city, his comb-over flowing out the half open window. I can understand their jealousy but can't condone it. I think fair punishment would be for them to one day find themselves balding and middle aged."

September 1st City of Portage
Police took a report of a 53-year-old man who urinated on the side of a building. Police said they spoke with the suspect who denied the accusation. Police arrested the man however, after receiving a second report of him urinating on the entrance to another building.

August 19th City of Greenfield
A caller reported a Port-A-Potty was knocked over sometime between 6 and 7 a.m. The caller told police the same Port-A-Potty was also knocked over on August 6th and August 18th. The caller requested a special patrol watch to keep an eye on the Port-A-Potty.

August 23rd City of Greenfield
Police received a 911 call from a woman reporting a robbery in progress at Starbucks. The caller stated her 14-year-old daughter went inside and then texted her mom that the business was being held up. A police investigation revealed the girl actually texted her mom, “Hold up at Starbucks,” meaning the line was long and the number of customers inside was holding her up.

August 15th Village of Harrison
A resident on Fire Lane 10 called the sheriff's department to report a theft. The caller indicated that their neighbor keeps stealing their garbage.

August 31st City of Wisconsin Rapids
A woman reported that another woman got out of her vehicle and spit on her because she was taking too long at a business.

September 1st City of Beaver Dam
Police responded to a call from a 78-year-old woman who was upset about the price of her haircut at Cost Cutters. The woman's husband eventually intervened and paid for her haircut.

August 12th City of Verona
Police responded to a missing juvenile call from the senior center. Upon arrival, officers located the boy in the parking lot. The boy explained that he had come to the senior center to play cards with his grandfather. But having never played that particular game before he made a mistake which caused the other elderly players to be mean and make fun of him so he left.

August 31st City of Oak Creek
Police responded after a 911 caller reported at least three vehicles were parked near his residence and the occupants were outside, yelling at each other. The responding officer found 15 people in the area, who stated they were just looking for ghosts. They were all told to leave and come back during daytime hours.

August 22nd City of Greenfield
A manager at Speedway called police to report a man wearing an orange shirt and khaki shorts enters the store every day, buys a cigar, picks up one of the lighters for sale off a display and uses it to light up his cigar and then places the lighter back on the display before leaving. The responding officer advised the manager to stop selling the man cigars if he didn’t want him using their lighters.

August 21st City of Waukesha
A caller reported seeing a suspicious man in a public park. The caller told police the man was in the park by himself and walked into the bushes where he appeared to be hiding. When the caller asked the man why he was hiding, he replied "I'm looking at the flowers."
