October 7th City of Waupun
A man on Wilcox Street called police to report a man he knows stole $10 from him. The accuser later called police and said he found the $10 in his couch when he sat on it and withdrew his complaint.

October 6th Town of Menasha
Officers responded to a report of a male and female yelling at each other. Upon arrival, the officers found a mother and son were arguing about God. The son was trying to get his mother to follow Jesus.

October 9th City of Waupun
A man on West Franklin Street complained to police that the county owns the property next to him, and that the property has an apple tree on it that is attracting bees. He asked police to file a complaint against Fond du Lac County for not keeping the bees off his property.

October 14th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A woman reported a skunk with a jar stuck on its head, banging on her steps.

October 16th Village of of Rudolph
Police received a call from a woman reporting her neighbor’s goats were walking on her newly planted grass.

October 16th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A caller reported a group of five people wanted to start a fight during rapping conflict that had gotten out of hand.

October 10th City of Germantown
Police responding to a report of a domestic dispute at a residence discovered the source of the “argument” was actually the resident, who had his headphones on and was singing a profanity-laced song in the kitchen.

September 27th City of Nekoosa
A caller reported someone trying to break in through a bedroom window. An officer determined it was probably just the sound of a box falling in a back room.

October 10th City of Greendale
An apartment manager was cited for disorderly conduct after he became intoxicated and stole a pair of women’s underwear out of a washing machine.

September 29th City of Wauwatosa
A manager at Jimmy John’s was arrested after getting into an argument with an employee. The employee said the manager pushed him and punched him after getting into an argument about the proper way to clean a wall.

October 17th Town of Burnett
A woman called the sheriff’s department to report seeing an elderly woman sitting alongside the roadway and waving at passing motorists.

September 24th City of Menasha
An Appleton Street woman called police because she couldn’t “parent” her son. Police eventually found out she was upset because her 16-year-old son took a glass of wine away from her. She received a warning for 911 misuse because it was the second time she called that day when there wasn’t an emergency. Police also advised her they weren’t going to raise her teenager for her.

September 28th City of Glendale
A 32-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct after punching another man in the face during Oktoberfest at the Bavarian Inn. The two men were reportedly fighting over which one could speak better German.

September 22nd Town of Charleston
A Debra Court resident told police a male subject came to her residence twice in the past week, looked in the door…and laughed.

October 2nd City of Mequon
A 51-year-old Evanston, Illinois woman was warned for driving the wrong way on a divided highway. The woman said she was just following instructions from her GPS and was “not impaired… just confused”.

September 28th City of Mayville
Police responded to a domestic dispute. According to people at the residence a 49-year-old man and his 74-year-old wife were celebrating an anniversary and had been drinking. The woman’s son, a 52-year-old, got into an altercation with his younger stepfather. The 49-year-old stepfather injured his 52-year-old stepson in order to avoid getting hit in the head.

October 6th City of Waupun
An anonymous caller told police marijuana could be smelled coming from an apartment on West Jefferson Street. Police made contact with the renter who allowed police in. They observed three incense sticks burning, but no evidence of marijuana.

A man on West Jefferson Street said his neighbor has a smell of incense coming from their residence. The resident said he does burn incense but would not let police in. Police sniffed around but did not smell any illegal drugs. It is unclear from the police report, if they did or did not smell any incense.

A Park Street resident called police to report “strange things” happening to their property and that someone had burned holes in their trampoline.

October 7th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A woman reported a man, who identified himself  as “Jimmy Beam”, said he was going to blow up her daughter’s house.

September 23rd City of Waukesha
Police were called to the library on a report of a man wearing a mask and telling people he wants to change their diaper. Police advised the man on his unusual behavior and told him that wearing masks in public will draw attention.

September 14th City of Menasha
Officers were dispatched to a tavern on Tayco Street for a report of someone taking money from a tip jar. The bartender said a man let himself behind the bar and started pouring drinks. When the bartender noticed, she told him he had to leave. A short time later, she noticed $10 missing from the tip jar. Police found the man and searched him, but didn’t find the $10.00.

September 21st City of Portage
Police received a report of a man illegally trying to enter a locked retail store. The man, who registered a blood-alcohol concentration of .328 percent, mistook the store for his home.

September 27th Village of Port Edwards
A man called police and reported "having bad thoughts" at a park. An officer gave the man a ride.

September 15th City of Brown Deer
A woman was arrested for disorderly conduct after making threats because she was unhappy with her take-out order from Applebee’s. The woman had ordered spinach dip and when she got home it was cold so she called the restaurant demanding a refund. When told she could get a new order but not a refund, she returned yelling and swearing threatening to cause damage. When asked to settle down, the woman replied, "I can do what I want."

September 21st City of Germantown
A resident of an apartment building called police to report he heard a group of elderly females in the community room discussing "what a drunk he is," and would like an officer to respond to stop the rumors before they escalated. The responding officer made contact with the caller and one of the females, and both were advised to stop interacting with each other.

September 22nd City of Waukesha
Police were called to unplug a curling iron. The caller said they left for the airport for a week-long trip and realized they forgot to unplug their curling iron and were hoping police could help. Police reported the curling iron was successfully unplugged.  

September 28th City of Nekoosa
A  resident reported all the mailbox flags were up on mailboxes on her block. As a result, the caller’s mother was afraid to open her mailbox.

September 27th Town of Saratoga
A caller reported seeing a man on a horse was chasing another horse. Deputies determined the man was trying catch a runaway horse. 

September 28th City of Nekoosa
A woman called police and reported her son had called about four hours before, saying he would be home in about 10 to 15 minutes but that he had not yet returned home. The woman later called back to say her son had been out milking cows with a friend. 

September 19th Town of Dexter
A woman called the sheriff’s department and reported receiving a "scary" scam call. The call came from New York. Deputies told the woman they would NOT be going to New York to knock on that person’s door and tell them to stop.

September 18th City of Menomonee Falls
The owner of Thomas Orthodontics called police to report an unknown subject had illegally left food scraps on his property at. The caller told police he was having ongoing issues with this problem since Aug. 20, 2012, and during the latest incident an entire crock pot with chicken soup remnants was left at the front door of his business. This was the fourth documented complaint of a similar nature since 2012.

September 29th Town of Hubbard
A woman called the sheriff’s department to report seeing what she believed to be an alligator running in a corn field.

September 24th City of Beaver Dam
A called notified police of seeing a man swearing and singing to himself and then went into a house. Police contacted the man and found everything was okay.

September 22nd  City of Wisconsin Rapids
A woman called police to report the smell of charcoal and lighter fluid. A responding officer discovered that the smell was from her neighbors were barbecuing .

September 25th City of Manitowoc
Police arrested a 44-year-old man on Mirro Drive after two people called to complain that he was walking around outside naked, urinating in a fire pit and playing his music too loud. When officers arrived, they could see the man naked in his bedroom through an open window. He put on his shorts, came outside and denied being outside in the nude. He told police he had been drinking bourbon.

September 23rd City of Waukesha
Police were called about a suspicious person. The caller said the man was laying down next to their car with a plastic bag and a large butcher knife. Police found the man who had fake knives for Halloween and said he had just laid down next to the car because he wanted to rest. 

September 21st City of Portage
Police were called to the scene of a disturbance at the Spinning Wheels Skate Center roller rink. A 34-year old woman was ordered to appear in court on a charge of battery to a child after police said she intentionally stuck out her arm and clothes-lined a an 11-year-old boy causing him to fall and bite his lip.

September 23rd Town of Lebanon
A woman called the sheriff’s department to report a theft. She told a deputy someone stole green beans from her freezer.

August 3rd City of Menasha
An officer responded to a report of a heated verbal argument between and man and wife that started because her brother made an offensive comment about Bears fans in front of his children. The wife told the officer they are “having trouble adjusting after moving here from Chicago five days ago”.

August 28th City of Shawano
Police and an ambulance were dispatched to a home of South Lincoln Street where a woman was struck with a broomstick while trying to break up a fight between her two sons. The son were reportedly fighting over the possession of 3 cigarettes.

August 17th City of Menasha
An officer responded a Ninth Street resident who called to report birds making excessive noise.

August 31st City of Marshfield
A resident called police to report the suspicious behavior of an unknown male. The caller reported the man would frequently bring items to her residence while occasionally wearing a fake beard and wig.

August 24th City of Beaver Dam
A caller reported a man on the front porch of a property kicking a bicycle chained to a porch. The caller asked the man what he was doing and he told him to “never mind” and then left in his vehicle. Police made contact with the man and he denied being at the residence.   

August 4th City of Menasha
A resident called police to report a group of three children were on his property, one of whom pooped on his porch.

August 24th City of Marshfield
A caller reported a 54-year-old neighbor was shouting inside his home and seemed to be arguing with someone. The man locked the door and refused to speak to officers who arrived on the scene. He was arrested when he attempted to exit the home but resisted and attempted to break free from the arresting officers. Police were not able to locate anyone else inside the home and it is believed he may have been arguing with himself.

August 28th Town of Beaver Dam
A woman called police to report a couple she did not know came to her door looking for cigarettes. When a deputy located the couple, they explained that they had gotten lost walking from the hospital, were in need of cigarettes and just thought they could locate some in the trailer park where the caller live.

July 26th City of Menasha
A 71-year-old Menasha woman called 911 more than 150 times since April. The woman reportedly called 911 regularly — sometimes several times a day — and hung up the phone when a dispatcher answered. When Menasha police called back to make sure everything was all right, the woman would deny having placed a call.

August 22nd City of Franklin
A resident called police to report that a maroon van with Voodoo dolls in it and dirty underwear hanging in the back was driving around the parking lot at gas station. Police found the van in a nearby parking lot and questioned the driver, who explained she was looking at the business because she was possibly buying it. She had no explanation for her Voodoo dolls and dirty underwear.   

August 25th Town of Beaver Dam
A resident called police to report finding an unknown woman cleaning the caller's vehicle. The woman was reportedly intoxicated and believed the vehicle she was cleaning was her own.

August 25th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A resident called police to report a man would not leave his residence despite being asked to do so. The man told a responding officer he couldn’t leave the residence because he had a headache.  

August 24th Town of Theresa
A man called police to report that sometime during the night… someone painted his mailbox.

July 28th City of Waupun
Police responded to a report of a man and woman having sex on the corner of East Main and Mill Streets. The responding officer observed a man and woman pressed up against a building. The woman swore at the officer and laughed while trying to put her clothes back on. The man, who was pantsless, with his genitals exposed, refused to identify himself and told the officer he was invoking his fourth, fifth and six amendment rights.

August 21st City of Oak Creek
A 44-year-old man was arrested after a witness reported that he was walking around naked near the tree line. Responding officers found the man was not naked. He just looked naked because he was only wearing a light pink thong.  
August 25th City of Wisconsin Rapids
An anonymous caller reported a vehicle traveling through the city that had children sitting on the floor because they were wearing wet swimming suits. 

August 25th City of Waukesha
Police were dispatched to a report of three men jumping on top of a Maserati in a car dealership lot. When police arrived they found the men who said they were up-and-coming rap artists filming a video for their latest rap song.

August 27th Town of Seneca
Police received a phone call from a man who said he accidentally stabbed himself in the leg AND set himself on fire. The call was discovered to be unfounded. 

August 21st City of Waukesha
A woman called police to report there were animals in her house and she would like a net put over them. The woman said there was one small animal by her washer and another one sitting on her purse. An officer checked the woman’s home and assured her there were no animals in the house.

August 23rd City of Greenfield
Police responded to a report of an argument between a man and a woman. The two told police they got into an argument over their children throwing sand at each other.

July 19th City of Neenah
Police responded to a report of a disturbance on Winneconne Avenue. When they arrived, a man would not allow officers to enter the home. An officer finally kicked in the door and discovered...two teenage girls arguing about a cell phone.

July 26th City of Wisconsin Rapids
Police responded to a report of a bag of vomit and needles. (Vomit and Needles – bad name for a band. Worse name for an entrée.)

July 26th City of Wausau
Police officers armed with assault rifles responded to a report of a man being held hostage. The man had sent a text to his mother asking her to wire some money because he was being held with a gun to his head. Police cordoned off the neighborhood for more than an hour before learning there was no gun and no hostage. Just a guy trying to trick his mother into giving him some money.

July 27th City of Marshfield
Officers responded to a report of a fight in progress. A 47-year-old woman reportedly became agitated and attacked a 38-year-old man. The woman was transported to the hospital after accidentally punching herself in the face.

July 19th City of Menasha
Police responded to a drug complaint. The man who called police told him that he had tried to buy marijuana from another person but the person failed to give him the marijuana he purchased.

July 30th Village of Port Edwards
A woman called the sheriff's department to report her teenage son threw a chair in the oven.

July 30th Town of Saratoga
A man walking in the woods called authorities to report encountering a cow named... Trixie.

July 29th City of Wisconsin Rapids
Officers who responded to a hold up alarm at an area restaurant, found an employee who had gotten stuck in the freezer and pulled the alarm to have someone come get him out.

July 26th City of Waukesha
A man called police to report strange and frightening noises outside his apartment. The culprit was identified as a bullfrog.

July 30th City of Waukesha
Police investigated a report of a man making employees at a Mobile station feel uncomfortable. Employees called police to say the man kept staring in the store and making Star Wars references by asking employees to join him on the “dark side.”

July 30th City of Waukesha
An officer reported disorderly conduct by the owner of a bicycle shop after he observed the man making rude gestures out the windows of his business at the passing officer. According to the officer, he was patrolling downtown and saw the bicycle shop owner, “jumping up and down in the front window of his store making obscene gestures and screaming obscenities.” The officer said the man would not exit his store to speak with him about what had angered him.

August 1st Town of Grand Rapids (Wood County)
A woman called police to report she believed her son might be drinking while playing mini golf.

July 27th City of Waukesha
A man called police asking them to remove his girlfriend from his residence because, “she is driving him crazy with gossip.”

July 27th City of Waukesha
An employee at the Academy Hair Salon called police to report a disorderly woman who became angry and started yelling and cursing and refused to leave because stylists were unable to dye her hair the color she requested.

June 29th City of Waupun
A woman on Cochran Street called police to report seeing a man sitting on a curb and...doing nothing. Investigating officers found the man was just delivering newspapers when he ran out and was now waiting for someone to bring him more. After officers departed the scene, the man resumed...doing nothing.

July 3rd Village of Eland
A woman called police to report that her stepdaughter is causing a disturbance. The caller told police the  angry stepdaughter was standing in the driveway where she was loudly swearing because someone left a cake in the refrigerator. The same caller also indicated that her son had thrown sand in a pitcher of beer at a baseball game.

June 3rd City of Chilton
An employee of a convenience store on  East Chestnut Street called police to report a man stole one can of beer from the cooler. The culprit was apparently wearing latex gloves so as not to leave any fingerprints.

June 7th Village of Harrison
Police received a report of a suspicious person selling children's books door-to-door on Sweet William Drive. The caller told police the man's eye contact and body language made them very uncomfortable. The man also had a very well-drawn map which the caller seemed to think was very strange

June 30th Town of Beaver Dam
A 57-year-old woman called police to report that a 60-year-old man was threatening to toss her bricks into a field. Contact was made with both parties and the man was warned about his behavior.

July 2nd City of Shawano
Police received a report of a bunch of people on Butternut Road "all driving like a-holes".

June 29th City of Portage
Police received a report of a man who took a sub sandwich in the bathroom of a business and then attempt to leave with it in his pants. Investigating officers found two empty mayonnaise packets on the bathroom floor.

June 23rd City of Glendale
Police and firefighters responded to a fire alarm at an apartment building. A 61-year-oldwoman told police she pulled the alarm because she was locked out of her apartment. When told that wasn’t what the fire alarm was for and she would be cited, she said she wasn’t worried because what else was she supposed to do.

June 30th City of Germantown
A woman called police to report two people “engaged in a sexual act” on the soccer field.

June 8th City of Oak Creek
Someone stole seven ceramic dwarfs, valued at $100, from a yard leaving behind a ceramic Snow White.

July 1st City of Waukesha
A man was taken into custody for disorderly conduct after threatening an employee at a pizza place. The employee told police the man told her, “Once I get down there, you will not be able to walk out the door".  The caller was reportedly angry with her because she could not hear him over the phone and asked him to repeat himself.

July 5th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A man called police to report he found a loaded clip to a gun behind a washing machine. Responding officers identified the loaded gun clip as actually being a cigarette lighter.

June 14th City of Menasha
Police responded to a gas station on a report of a man acting strangely. The caller told police the man was sitting on the pump stands and when asked to leave refused. When police arrived, the man told officers he was upset because the gas station employee called him "'Sir', and in reality, his ancestors date back to the Queen of England so this makes him an Esquire", not a "sir".  Police told the "Esquire" to leave the premises.

June 30th City of Sheboygan
Police received a report of a juvenile stomping on the roof of a car on 6th Street. Police discovered the boy was just stomping on the car to help his dad get the convertible top closed.

June 26 Village of Tigerton
A caller on County Trunk M reported a bull chasing their grandchildren.

June 25th City of Shawano
Police responded to a report of a man  kicking trees on East Green Bay Street. The man told the responding officer that it was part of his MMA fight training. The officer suggested the man train elsewhere and noted that for an MMA fighter the man did not have very good balance.

June 25th City of Shawano
Sheriff's deputies responded to a report of a car that drove into a swampy area on North Cattau Beach Drive. The driver told deputies she lost control of the car while trying to swat a bee. The woman was not injured. The police report failed to state the condition of the bee.

June 27th City of Shawano
An employee of a business on South Main street called police to report an eight-year-old boy who refused to leave the store. The employee told police the boy was wearing a backpack, sitting on the floor in the middle of the store and would not move.

June 22nd City of Marshfield
A 19-year-old Neillsville man was cited for theft after allegedly stealing a piece of framed artwork that was hanging in the men's room of the Kentucky Fried Chicken.

June 22nd City of Marshfield
A woman on South Locust Avenue called police to report someone had entered her home and poured themselves a big bowl of cereal and water.

June 26th  Village of Port Edwards
A man called police to report a car pulled into his driveway and the driver looked in his window and knocked on his door. Officers determined that the driver was a pizza delivery man trying to locate the correct address.

June 15th City of Mequon
A 52-year-old man was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after fighting with another man. The man, who was intoxicated, became angry when he found ferrets in a cage in the victim’s car saying they shouldn’t be locked up. He removed the cage and then attacked the victim. No injuries were reported.

June 21st City of Waukesha
Police responded to a report of two little girls seen putting ducklings in a lunch box. Police made contact with the two little girls who had two baby ducks in their lunchbox that police released. Police advised the girls against putting baby waterfowl in their lunchboxes.

June 13th City of Waupun
Officers stopped two 18-year-old man who we're DRIVING a couch down Main Street. The men had put the couch on a frame with wheels, attached a gas-powered motor and were moving it from one house to another. The couch also had a sign on the back reading "Caution. Slow moving object." (not the couch pictured!)

June 6th City of Menasha
A Mathewson Street woman reported that her neighbor was moving things on her property. Police contacted the neighbor, who admitted to moving bread so she would not have to look at it out of her window. However, the neighbor said the woman and man at the residence purposely throw bird seed on her roof to antagonize her. The woman who called police admitted the behavior and both she and the man were issued warnings for disorderly conduct.

June 17th City of Shawano
Police were called to an East Richmond Street location where a resident complained about the smell of bad toast. When officers arrived, they were unable to locate the smell of bad toast, however, they did smell that was believe to be marijuana.

June 13th City of Shorewood
A woman called 911 to report that someone in her building was snoring so loudly it was keeping her awake. The woman told the 911 dispatcher that she needs to get at least12 hours of sleep every night. The caller was informed this was not a police matter.

June 14th City of Germantown
A resident called police to report her neighbor was in his own yard and looked in her direction but DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE HER! Police advised the resident that she would be cited for any further unfounded calls.

June 16th City of Germantown
Police received a call from a woman reporting that people at her place of employment were wearing her “colors.” The resident stated she felt coworkers are wearing clothing colored the same as previous vehicles she owned and believes a former coworker was telling them to do this.

May 26th City of Shawano
A homeowner on West Curt Black Road called police to report someone had stolen her asparagus. The caller told police they had noticed the driver of a silver Dodge pickup truck checking out their property a few days earlier. The caller speculated that the pickup driver might be the asparagus thief.

May 22nd City of Mequon
A 76 year-old man and a 73-old woman were cited for disorderly conduct at an apartment complex. The woman told police the man pushed and grabbed her after she told him he needed to take a bath and cut his dog’s toenails.

May 29th City of Fond du Lac
A woman filling a bathtub In her apartment for her six-year-old child heard neighborhood kids shouting obscenities. The woman told her six-year-old to turn off the water in the tub while she went outside to talk to the parents of the children who were shouting obscenities. The child forgot to turn off the water in the tub and it overflowed. When the woman saw the apartment complex maintenance man, she asked him to come in and help her clean up the mess. When the man refused because he was off duty, the woman began shouting obscenities at h in the middle of the parking lot. The maintenance man called police and the woman was cited for shouting obscenities.

May 25th City of Hales Corners
An officer who stopped to assist the driver of what appeared to be a disabled vehicle. However, the officer discovered the vehicle was not disabled, but rather, that the driver had stopped her car because she was deathly afraid of spiders and believed one was crawling on her hand. The officer assisted the driver by checking for spiders in the vehicle and she was sent on her way.

May 18th City of Oak Creek
Officers responded to Mainstay Suites after the front desk clerk reported there was a woman in the parking lot who was too drunk to walk. While officers were en route to the hotel, the clerk called back and stated that a man just wheeled the woman through the lobby on a luggage cart and went into the elevator. An officer spoke to the man, who stated the woman was too heavy to lift without assistance, so he used a luggage trolley to take her back to the room. The man also told police he had taken the woman to senior prom in 1964 and was reuniting with her for the weekend.

May5th City of Waukesha
A caller reported that his neighbor went into the woods, picked up the caller's dog's feces and placed it on his doorstep with a note stating “clean up after your dog.” Police advised the caller to clean up after his dog, and the neighbor to avoid leaving profane notes regarding dog feces.

May 30th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A 15th Ave. north resident called police to report their neighbor's garbage was beeping. Responding officers found a smoke alarm disposed of in the garbage can.

Police responded to a report of an elderly drunk woman sitting on a bench and yelling at passersby.

May 24th  Portage County
An employee of Skis Meat Market in Custer called police to report having caught a 33-year-old culprit in the act of trying to make off with cheesy popcorn and a beef stick.

May 29th City of Wisconsin Rapids
The 21st Avenue South resident called police to report that woman came to her house and asked for a cup of sugar.

May 29th Village of Rudolph
A woman called police to report that her neighbor was opening a sewer cover and kept sneaking over and cutting her grass.

May 27th City of Wisconsin Rapids
Police received a call from a man reporting that his brother's girlfriend was yelling at him.

May 28th City of Waupun
Police received a report of about 10 kids lingering around vehicles. Police found the kids were putting Post-It notes on friend's cars. Police instructed the kids to return to the cars and remove the Post-It notes.

May 25th City of Waupun
A woman called police to report that a cat had wandered into a bar. Police told the woman they don't pick up cats and advised her to shoo the cat out the door.

May 30th City of Horicon
Police ticketed an ambulance driver after he move the barricades and entered the closed East Lake Street bridge. The driver told police he moved the barricades because he was on his way to pick up a patient at the hospital and his boss was angry that it was taking so long.

May 18th City of Waupun
A resident called police to report that a woman about a block away keeps taking pictures of her daughter. Police talked to the photographer, who said she is only pretending to take photos, so people feel they are being watched so they follow the rules. Police advised the woman to stop doing that.

May 22nd Village of Bonduel
A East Bowler Street woman called police at 4:00 am to report her sister and some guy were at her home and wouldn't leave. While the woman was still on he phone to police, the sister started throwing beer bottles at her.

May 21st City of Shawano
Someone called police to report the smell of marijuana coming from an East Fifth Street residence. Responding officers found the smell was actually coming from a skunk.

May 20th City of Waukesha
Police received a report a missing envelope that contained a $5 bill. The caller said the envelope was on their kitchen table and when they returned, it was missing. After a search by police, the missing envelope was located on a kitchen chair where it had apparently been blown by a ceiling fan.

May 20th  City of Nekoosa
A woman reported someone got into her residence and spilled jelly on her clothes.

May 20th City of Wausau
Police responded to a report of a woman shoplifting beef sticks. When confronted by police, the woman apologized and offered to pay for what she had shoplifted. She then began pulling merchandise from her purse, including a bottle of lotion, two packages of beef sticks, a stuffed animal and several bookmarks before pulling a number of scarves from her bra. As she pulled the scarves out the scarves, several thousand dollars of heroin popped out of her brassiere.

May 17th Village of Biron
A woman reported people at her door were refusing to leave unless she bought them cigarettes.

May 19th City of Wisconsin Rapids
An officer responded to an anonymous report of a man on a four-wheeler, followed by two pedestrians with open intoxicants. The officer determined the "open intoxicant" they were  imbibing was...iced tea.

May 22nd City of  Shawano
Police responded to a report of a vandalized vehicle on East Division Street. The culprit left behind a note on the car reading, "Sugar daddy, you are blocking our view".

May 11th City of Neenah
Police were dispatched to Cameron Way for a man who checked into a hotel with his daughter and was acting strange. Employees at the hotel were concerned for the child’s safety because he drove to a motel in a car that had a tire that had been flat for some time. Then the man asked an employee to throw away a bag of clothes and he was in possession of pornography. Officers determined nothing criminal was going on.

May 21st City of Shawano
An Acorn Street woman concerned about her brother called police after finding several text messages on his phone that used the word "grits". She was concerned that "grits" was slang for drugs. The brother claimed it was slang for cigarettes.

May 20th City of Shawano
Police received a report of a 5-year-old girl in a blue dress on Lincoln Street climbing up a power pole.

May 23rd Town of Hubbard
A man called the sheriff's department to report someone rang his doorbell.

May 21st Town of Chester
A woman called the sheriff's department to report that the belt came off her tractor and she believed it might have been an act of vandalism. A responding deputy determined it was not vandalism. The belt was just old and cracked.

May 12th City of Shorewood
A resident called police after picking up “several pieces of dog feces” from their yard. The caller wanted police to do a DNA test on the pieces of feces so the dog could be located and the owner punished.

May 10th City of Fox Point
A woman was cited for damage to property after putting a 12-inch scratch on the side a car. The woman told police that she lost her balance as she walked past the car and scratched it by accident. The car belonged to the woman’s ex-husband.

May 16th City of Franklin
Police were called to the Salvation Army Store where they arrested a man for shoplifting a Beavis and Butthead video tape, valued at 49 cents.

May 16th City of Oak Creek
Police and firefighters responded to a fire alarm at Tanglewood Apartments. An officer spoke to a resident who stated his wife accidentally triggered the alarm as she attempted to hit a cockroach that was climbing up the wall near the fire alarm. An officer spoke with the apartment manager who confirmed the apartment building does have cockroaches.

May 14th City of Waukesha
Police received a report of two women and a man having sex in front of a window with the blinds open. When police arrived “sexual relations” were taking place just inside the window. When police tried to contact the people inside, one of the women slammed the door in their face.

A resident called police to report that people who they reported were having sex in their car the day before are now driving past their home and honking their horn and flipping them off.

May 2nd City of Portage 1:16 AM
Police responded to a report of a man who was incapacitated and lying in a hallway on E. Howard Street. The 41-year-old man, Sean Pendergast, was reportedly intoxicated. Officers took Pendergast to the police department to spend the rest of the night in the lobby. However, in the morning police found that Pendergast allegedly had urinated over handmade baskets that were provided to him and on furniture. The blankets had to be disposed of and the furniture was sanitized. Pendergast was cited with criminal damage to property.

May 2nd City of Portage 12:49 PM
Police received a report of a man who was allegedly intoxicated and urinating in public. When police arrived, they found the man passed out inside a portable toilet. The man, Sean Pendergast, was charged with disorderly conduct.

May 7th City of Portage
Police investigated a report of the man on West Albert Street who allegedly claimed that he was robbed by two people. Responding officers found the story was false and arrested the man, 41-year-old Sean Pendergast, and charged him with obstructing an officer.

May 9th City of Portage
After keeping his nose clean for two days, police responded a report of a man on Conant Street who was allegedly intoxicated and bleeding from a cut on his nose. Police arrested the man, Sean Pendergast on a charge of bail jumping and with being  intoxicated in violation of a court order.

(Prior to last week, Pendergast was no stranger to altercations with the law. Among his previous brushes with police, in November 2010, he was charged with felony battery of a police officer after allegedly kicking a policeman in the head while intoxicated. The assault allegedly occurred a mere six hours after Pendergast had been released from the Columbia County Jail where he had just served over a year. At the time of the arrest Pendergast had a blood alcohol level of .384.)

May 7th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A woman called police to report her neighbor was raking yard waste into her yard and throwing pinecones at her house.

May 8th City of Appleton
A Walden Avenue woman called police to report someone had thrown eggs at her home several times in the past week. A beer bottle was also left on her porch with an egg balanced on it and a note left that read "move bitch before I kill you." A neighbor's surveillance video showed a 62-year-old man committing the acts. When confronted, man initially denied the crimes, then reportedly admitted his guilt to police. He also said he did not know the woman and made the threat against her life because "it just something to do."

May 1st City of Germantown
A resident called 911 to report that her neighbor’s motion-activated yard light shines into her bedroom, making it difficult for her to sleep. The woman was advised to close her drapes and was also warned about misuse of 911.

April 27th City of Oak Creek
A man received minor injuries after he drove his vehicle off the roadway and into a ravine. The man told police he was turning when his pizza slid off the seat and he reached for it, causing him to swerve off the roadway. The man injured his nose in the accident but refused medical attention.

May 2nd City of Waukesha
A woman called 911 to ask why police were at her door earlier. She began shouting and using profanities at the dispatcher indicating that she had been sleeping. When the dispatcher told her that calling 911 for a nonemergency was grounds for a citation she told the dispatcher to write  her a citation and to  “Stick it up my butt!”

May 9th City of Shawano
Police were dispatched to aide a 15-year-old who was babysitting two children who were apparently stuck in the bathroom.

May 7th City of Shawano
Police responded to a report of a vehicle illegally parked in an Amish buggy spot at the Wal-Mart.

May 4th City of Beaver Dam
Police responded to a report of middle school kids catching fish and throwing them back in the water. They were also heard to be making loud sexual remarks. Police made contact with the students and gave them a warning and their parents were notified.

May 2nd City of Wisconsin Rapids
A woman called police to report finding a suspicious gallon-size zip-lock  bag with a thick, cloudy yellow substance inside laying on the grass near a busy intersection. Investigating officers determined it was a 5 pound bag of macaroni and cheese.

April 15th City of Omro
An Adams Street resident reported a person sitting in a vehicle outside their residence and wanted police to check out the situation. An officer made contact with the subject who said he was “just wasting time” before work listening to the radio.

April 25th City of Greenfield
A resident called police after someone made an inappropriate request in regards to an ad she posted on Craigslist. The resident told police she was selling a pair of pants on Craigslist and a subject replied to the posting and asked her if she would sell him her underwear.

April 25th  City of Greenfield
A caller reported a suspicious male was “lingering” around the park. The caller told police the man, described as a white male about 50 years old went in the Porta Potty near the back end of the park and when he exited he had changed from his work clothes into a white dress. The caller further stated that when the man noticed he was being watched by the caller and her family, he “high-tailed it out of there”. Police checked the area but were unable to locate a man wearing a white dress.

April 25th City of Waukesha
A resident in an apartment called police to report their neighbor is shining microwave frequencies inside their apartment. They said the frequencies travel through their body and are irritating their body.

April 28th City of Waukesha
A woman told police as she was leaving her residence when a man started walking toward her with something in his hand, possibly a meat thermometer and car key. The woman said the man walked up to her residence and said, “I just came to look at your cat” and then left in a blue vehicle.

April 27th City of Franklin
A man reported his neighbor called him a derogatory name and "flipped him the bird". The neighbor admitted to "flipping him the bird" after the other man was "staring him down." Police advised both men to avoid contact with each other.

May 2nd Village of Rudolph
Police received a report of a woman who had gone missing after going outside with the dogs. Responding officers located the woman in her home taking a shower.

Police were dispatched on a call of two people apparently panhandling between Arby’s and US Bank holding up a sign that read “Hungry, Hungry, Hippies.”

April 8th City of Menasha
A man on Willow Lane called police to report that someone entered his wife's car overnight and stole her owner’s manual.

April 20th City of Shawano
A woman on South Main Street called police to report seeing a red vehicle that had some kind of plastic tubing hanging out of it. The woman said she thinks it looked suspicious and should be investigated by police, however, she added that she may just watch too much television.

April 22nd Wood County
A woman called Wood County Jail, swore about random things and then hung up.

April 22nd City of Franklin
An employee at a dentist’s office called police after a man she did not know called the business, addressed her as “sweetie,” and then asked her to hold on while he tied himself to a door.

April 17th City of Oak Creek
Officers responded to a home after the resident called to report a female subject, whom he knew, came into his room while he was asleep and started screaming at him at about 1 a.m. The officer spoke with the female who stated she was upset because she sat on the toilet seat which had been urinated on by the resident.

An officer responded after receiving a call that a young child was riding a bike in the rain. The officer located the bike rider, a 14-year-old boy, who admitted that he was running away from home because his computer just locked up while he was surfing for porn. His mother had recently put an anti-porn security device on their computer, and had warned the boy it would cost $300 to unlock the computer if he attempted to surf for porn. The officer called the boy’s mother and came to the scene to pick up the boy and his bike.

April 22nd City of Shawano
Police responded to a call from a resident on North lake Street indicating that a neighbor lady was spitting at her family and their vehicle.

April 4th City of Fox Lake
A woman called police shortly after noon to report she was locked inside a business. The business owner returned and let the person out. The owner told the officer he did not know a patron was in the store when he locked the doors to run to the bank.

April 4th City of Fox Lake
An officer responded to a Forest Street location for a report of someone “smoking dope in a car.” The officer made contact with a woman who admitted she had been in her car but said she was not smoking marijuana. However, she admitted to the officer that she “wished she had some to smoke.”

A woman called police to report someone threw “spit wads” at their window. She told police it’s a “continuous problem”.

March 28th City of Waukesha
A man called police to report his dog found a stick in the woods that looked like it was made into a weapon. The caller requested that an officer come to pick up the stick. An officer came and found the item to be “Just a stick; nothing more, nothing less.”

April 4th Wood County
Police received a call from a woman complaining that her nose hurt. When police arrived at the woman's residence they found the woman was actually a man and was wanted on a Juneau County warrant. The woman, er man, was taken into custody.

March 31st City of Oshkosh
Police arrested a man for his seventh drunk driving offense after he crashed into a telephone pole and drove away. Officers located the man by following a trail of fluid and car parts.

March 31st City of Wisconsin Rapids
A woman called police report her neighbors had glued her mailbox shut. The responding officer found there was just something wedged in the mailbox.

April 3rd City of Wisconsin Rapids
An employee at IGA Quality Foods called police to report a theft. He told police that EVERY Wednesday a man comes into the store and steals a newspaper and buttermilk.

April 4th City of Wisconsin Rapid
Police responded to a report of a man in Perkins Restaurant throwing the non-dairy creamers.

March 29th Village of Weston
A 31-year-old man was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana. The man was found behind the Qwik Trip  where he was reportedly dancing around his vehicle while urinating.

March 30th City of Wausau
Police were called a restaurant were a man was throwing pizza.

March 26th City of Oak Creek
Police were called to a stopped Amtrak train at a railroad crossing. A railroad employee found a 38-year-old woman topless in the vestibule of the forward train car and asked  her to put her shirt back on. A short time later, the train conductor found the woman in the same location but this time she was completely nude. When police arrived, the naked woman was sitting on the floor of the train car with her eyes closed holding onto a beaded necklace.

March 3rd City of Platteville
University officials reported the theft of cake pans, cookie sheets, cookie and cake mixes, muffin mixes and frosting all stolen from a 19-year-old student's locker.

March 26th City of Greenfield
A 44-year-old woman was arrested for disorderly conduct after she became intoxicated and began yelling at her neighbor’s wife and called her neighbor’s daughter fat.

March 29th City of Greenfield
A man was cited for misuse of 911 after he called the emergency line three times to report his wife was trying to take his cellphone away from him.

March 29th City of Franklin
An employee at Whitnall View Motel called police after discovering that customers who had been thrown out of the motel a couple hours earlier had damaged a bathroom and left a can of tuna in the ceiling.

April 1st City of Oak Creek
Police and responded to Pennzoil Plus after receiving a report that a woman fell in the oil bay area. The woman was reportedly looking at her cellphone and walking behind her car while getting an oil change, and she stepped into the oil changing well, dropping about six feet to the bottom.

March 28th City of Oak Creek
Officers responded to a call from a customer in Woodman's parking lot.  The owner stated he parked in the lot and when he returned his car was covered in toothpicks. The officer spoke to the store manager, who reported a lot of juveniles had been in the store but she was unsure if any of them purchased an unusually large number of toothpicks.

March 17th City of Ashland
Police received a call from someone at a bar reporting a female acting strange. The caller said that when someone asks the woman a question she only answers by saying "Bob Dole". Dispatchers asked if the woman was harming herself or anyone else and the caller said no. Dispatchers then advised that it is not illegal for someone to answer "Bob Dole".

March 2nd City of Ashland
Someone accidentally dialed 911. Dispatchers could hear a female saying “Every time we have soup he always finds a bone in it and he says I am trying to kill him. I told him if I was trying to kill him he would be dead a long time ago.” She then goes on to mention life insurance. Police called the number back and the woman said her young daughter had her phone and must have accidentally dialed 911. Dispatch was still concerned due to the nature of the conversation in the background.

March 26th City of Portage
Somebody stole a 150 pound 2' x 4' granite slab with the names of the past members from the lobby of the Elk's Lodge.

March 18th City of Mellen
A caller told police that a subject known to her walked into her house and pushed her then left. The caller said that she believes the person is in a van with the ladder heading toward "the house poor people live in  by the Dollar General".

March 28th Village of Biron
A sheriff's deputy and a police officer responded to a report of a man punching an aquarium.

March 18th City of Wauwatosa
Police were called to Home Depot where they arrested a 46-year-old man who was trying to falsely return two buckets of screws.

March 18th City of Waukesha
A man called police and asked to have his girlfriend removed from their apartment. He said they weren’t getting along because she’s a heroin addict and he’s a vampire.

March 20th City of Waukesha
Someone called police to report that “two people dressed as Batman and Robin” had walked into a convenience store. When police arrived, they found the two people were actually dressed as Batman and Spiderman (not Robin) and they told officers they were just having fun.

March 26th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A woman reported the driver of a vehicle in front of her in line at a car wash backed into the car wash and stole a wash she paid for. When she confronted him, the man called her obscene names and left.

March 7th Town of Menasha
A resident contacted police requesting officers to check his home between 3:50 and 4:10am  for Aliens. An officer was able to check the home during that time he did not notice any aliens on the roof or in the yard.

March 10th City of Greenfield
A 22-year-old woman was arrested for disorderly conduct after she shoved a waitress during a loud argument at Grainger's Pub. The argument allegedly began when the waitress told the woman the restaurant was out of mozzarella sticks.

March 20th Village of Gresham
A resident called police to report receiving a threatening email from their Avon lady. The caller said that they had sent the Avon rep a check for more than the amount of their order. When the caller asked the Avon lady to reimburse them she said that she belongs to a gang and that If the caller didn't watch out the Latin Kings will mess her up.

March 17th City of Beaver Dam
Police responded to a report that three subjects were being loud and possibly fighting. Police found the subjects to be arm wrestling outdoors for fun. Police told them all to go inside.

March 21st City of Nekoosa
A woman called police to report that a man stole $600 from her and said she couldn't have it back until he got out of jail because he didn't want her to leave him while he was incarcerated.

March 20th City of Wisconsin Rapids
Police received a call from woman reporting pornographic material blowing all over the area.

March 8th City of Menasha
Police responded to a report of harassment from a man who said his neighbor texted him in an ongoing dispute asking if he "needed to call the cops or load his shotgun to end this dispute." When police questioned the neighbor he said he made the comments out of anger. The neighbor was angry that the respondent blew his car horn  at his deaf dog to get out of the driveway.

March 18th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A woman called 911 because her car was stuck in the driveway. She mumbled something unintelligible and hung up. When the 911 dispatcher called her back, she said she would find someone else to get the car out of the driveway.

March 19th City of Portage
A man on Pinery Road called 911 to report receiving incorrect change from a vending machine.

February 28th City of Sauk City
A subject called police and reported that his friend asked him to go out for a cheeseburger and the caller said he did not want to go.

March 16th City of Portage
Police responded to a report of an extremely intoxicated man driving through the drive-through area at McDonald's. Police said the man, while at the order microphone, told the employee he might be difficult to understand because he was drunk. The man then pulled forward and struck the side of the building.

March 11th City of Waukesha
Police received a report from someone at a railroad company of a man walking down the railroad tracks carrying a kitchen sink.

February 18th Shawano County
A 911 call was received that sheriff’s deputies believe was a “pocket dial”. According to the report, all that could be heard was the sound of an adult male saying, "Flush the toilet when you poop and get your finger out of your nose" followed by the sound of a child saying "Why are there so many rules?"

February 14th City of St. Francis
Police were called to a home where an angry 36-year-old woman had reportedly drunk one and a half bottles of wine in 40 minutes. She then directed her anger at the boyfriend, throwing a skeleton-shaped bank that she had purchased for him as a Valentine’s Day gift at his head. The woman then poured a flavored ice drink she had purchased from a gas station over the man’s head. The altercation continued as the man then took a vase containing flowers he had purchased for her as a Valentine’s Day gift and dumped the flowers and water over her head, saying “Happy f’’n Valentine’s Day.” The woman then threw the skeleton bank at the man’s head a second time, this time striking him and smashing the gift. She then began kicking the man in the groin, to which he reportedly responded by saying “Please stop kicking me in the balls.”

February 17th City of Oak Creek
A 32-year-old man was cited for disorderly conduct after he spit at a woman and her son during a verbal argument. According to the victim, the man allegedly spit at the boy and the spit bounced off the boy's head and hit the woman in the left cheek area.

February 14th City of Waukesha
A man called police to report there are “vampires in the city … and he had marks from them.” Police spoke with the man who “had two bites on his forehead that looked like popped pimples.” The man said the vampires work at an auto store “and look like regular people except … their faces are blue because they are dead and they are able to get into his apartment through the walls.”

February 17th City of Wittenberg
Some children came to the Police Department and turned in a set of dentures they found on the sidewalk outside the hardware store.

February 10th City of Waukesha
A caller told police he had gone out on his balcony and stripped naked after he had received a call from two men identifying themselves as detectives who instructed him to do so, so they could make sure he didn’t have a weapon. Police informed the man that someone was playing a prank on him and that if he received any more calls instructing to take off his clothes on his balcony, he shouldn’t do so.

February 4th City of Greenfield
A woman called 911 requesting assistance for her boyfriend who was having some kind of reaction. When questioned by police, the woman admitted that the reaction started after the boyfriend smoked her Fentanyl patch, prescribed to the woman for chronic pain management. Police also found a crack pipe in the man’s pants pocket. The man told police he hadn’t smoked crack in a long time and that it must have been in his pocket for a years.

February 5th City of Madison
Police cited a 60-year-old man at McDonald’s after the man created a disturbance at the nearby Hong Kong Café. The owner of the café said the suspect was asked numerous times to leave since he was just hanging out and not dining and he eventually sat down on the dining room floor in the middle of the restaurant, asking “Why are you hating on me?" When police searched the man, they found he had 75 chopsticks in his right pant leg that he admitted stealing from the Hong Kong Café.

January 29th City of Neenah
A 23-year-old man sought police assistance at his apartment after he found a bone in the wall of his kitchen. The bone was exposed when the man’s son knocked off a portion of a board while playing. Investigators sent photographs of the bone to a University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh anthropologist, who identified it as a rib bone from a pig.

February 14th City of Shawano
A woman called police and reported that someone had broken into her home, stole her cigarettes and replaced them with different ones that looked just like hers.

February 11th City of Shawano
Police received a report of a pregnant cat that was walking funny.

February 9th City of Portage
Police responded to a report of the theft of a cake shaped like Spongebob Squarepants.

February 4th City of Mayville
Police responded to Mountin’s Piggly Wiggly where an 82-year-old man was caught in the act of stealing a copy of USA Today. The man admitted to stealing copies of the paper sporadically over the last two years. He immediately paid $104 in restitution. The manager told him he was not allowed to return to the store which upset him more than paying the restitution.

February 3rd City of Wauwatosa
A 37-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for punching another woman at Mo's Irish Pub. She accused the woman of bumping into her without saying “sorry”.

January 31st  City of Wauwatosa
Police arrived on the scene of a car accident to find the driver pleading with a witness to not arrest him. The witness informed the driver he was not a police officer. A police officer, however, did arrest the man after he blew a .25 on the Breathalyzer.

January 26th City of Waukesha
A woman called police and requested assistance in removing a “a naked picture of her 17-month-old daughter on Facebook. The picture of the toddler was posted by her grandma and she is refusing to take it down.”

January 31st City of Waukesha
A “hysterical 13-year-old” boy called police because his mother was “upset with him for being mean to her.” The boy told police this mother had taken away his iPod because he called her “stupid”. He wanted police to make his mother return the iPod.

January 30th City of Waupun
A person at the Kwik Trip recorded two instances of shoplifting, one on January 27th and the other on January 29th. On each accession, a man that they know was with a woman allegedly  stole a “Lunchable” snack pack.

February 1st City of Stevens Point
A 20-year-old woman was cited for excessive noise. The woman told police she was having a loud party to get back at her neighbors, who have loud parties.

February 6th City of Stevens Point
A 15-year-old boy was cited with retail theft after police say he walked into the dining area at a grocery store where he ate two doughnuts and Cheese Whiz, then left without paying.

January 20th City of Waukesha
A caller reported a “vehicle in the area that has the gas nozzle hanging out of the gas tank.” A woman “drove out of the Speedway with the gasoline nozzle still in the vehicle. She then put the nozzle in the back of seat because she “had to get home for a bowel movement.” The nozzle was returned to Speedway.

January 30th City of Shawano
Police received a report of a “strange man” that has been coming by Sacred Heart School on more than one occasion. The man claimed he needed to see a priest because he had the devil inside him. He was initially given some Bible information about the devil.  However, he returned and  spoke with a priest and according to police dispatchers that  may not have ended well.

January 24th City of Oak Creek
A convenience store employee called police after a 51-year-old man became loud and boisterous, kicked a shelf over and chased the employee around the store with his wheelchair after he found out his lottery ticket wasn't a winner.

January 30th Village of Mattoon
Police received a call from someone at Donna’s Village Pump where a drunk man reportedly walked in, grabbed a beer out of the cooler and just sat there drinking it.

January 20th City of Glendale
Police were called to a home where obscene drawings were made on the driveway using either whipped or shaving cream. Police report that some rubber bands were also found on the driveway and lawn.

January 26th City of Greenfield
A resident called police after he heard a man singing Christmas carols very loudly. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate the late January caroler.

January 20th City of Waukesha
A woman called police to report that her 12-year-old daughter was “throwing furniture and biting the cats.”

January 26th City of Beaver Dam
Police received an anonymous report that a man was exposing himself at the Wal-Mart Supercenter. Police made contact with the 26-year-old man who told officers that his pants had fallen down accidently and that it was not intentional. The police report did not indicate if the man was at the store to buy a belt.

January 28th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A caller told police a woman was microwaving cats and then putting them in the freezer. Authorities believe the call was unfounded.

January 29th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A woman called police to report the front door of her neighbor’s house was open. Investigating officers found the people inside were hot, so they had opened the door.

January 30th, Orange City, Florida
A 19-year-old man was arrested on drug paraphenalia possession charges while driving a tow truck.  Police say dispatchers overheard a conversation about drugs on their radios and one of the men involved mentioned the word Harry and said he was driving a tow truck.  Police pulled over the suspect a few minutes later, searched the tow truck and found a crack pipe. Police say the man wasn't hard to find, since the sign on the side of the tow truck read "Harry's Towing."

January 6th Hungry Horse, Montana
A man who called to ask for police assistance indicated that he could not physically detach his drunken girlfriend from himself. The man told police that his girlfriend was really drunk and would not let go of him.

January 11th Steamboat Springs, Colorado
Officers helped a drunken man who was jaywalking and got stuck in the snow on a median. The man was given a ride across the street by police.

December 19th Evergreen, Montana
A man called police to report that his ex-wife attempted to run him over in a parking lot. At the time of the call he did not want to press charges against the ex-wife because they were grocery shopping together.

December 17th Athens, Georgia
Police were called to the scene of a domestic dispute between a woman and her naked boyfriend who were embroiled in an argument about “Democrats and Republicans. When asked why he was naked, the boyfriend explained he had just lost at a game of strip beer pong.

December 12th Rome, Georgia
A 27-year-old man named Bill Cook was arrested after a manager at the Wendy's restaurant on Martha Berry Boulevard complained that he was acting strange and disturbing other customers.  When police asked for the man’s ID, he provided bogus information. In a search, officers found a note in his pocket, reading, "How Bill Cook intends to rob the Wendy's on Martha Berry Boulevard and get away with it," followed by lists labeled "Plan A" and "Plan B."
