June 11th City of Waukesha
A 32-year-old prostitute (pictured) allegedly stabbed a 70-year-old man with whom she had agreed to have sex for money. The woman stabbed the man in the shoulder after they had sex and he attempted to pay her with two dollars in quarters and a pair of edible panties. The man said he didn't have any more money. The woman saw that the man had two additional pairs of edible panties and asked for those as payment. The man refused to give the woman the additional edible panties, that cost nine dollars each, because he said they were for other women. After stabbing the man, the woman fled with one pair of the edible panties.

June 9th Town of Union
A 36-year-old man became the first person ever arrested in the three-year history of the Blue Ox Music Festival. The man was arrested after he was found in a restricted area, "lying on the ground like he was on the cross on which Jesus hung". When police arrived, the man refused to get off the ground or identify himself. Officers were later able to identify the man from his driver’s license, which bears a photo of him wearing a spaghetti strainer on his head.

June 15th City of Green Bay
Police were called to Kohl's East where a man wearing a blue shirt, khaki pants and baseball hat was putting earrings in his mouth.

June 4th City of Neenah
Two women on Tullar Road were reported as being in the bathroom a long time. When the caller checked the bathroom, she said she found feces smeared ALL OVER. An officer confirmed that it is NOT fecal matter and not as extensive as the caller made it sound. It was actually a spot of mud on the wall about the size of a dinner plate.

June 6th City of Manawa
A woman was arrested after a nearly 3-hour standoff resulting from her anger over her lawn being mowed. After reportedly failing to comply with repeated warnings to clean up her yard and mow the lawn, two city workers were dispatched to do the job. After the job was nearly finished, the woman came running out of the house screaming obscenities and pointing her middle finger at a police officer who was standing by. The woman then went back inside the house and threatened to shoot police officers beginning the three-hour standoff.

June 12th City of Green Bay
Police checked on a man who had been sitting on a park bench all day on Jackson Street and was now swearing AT the storm.

June 10th City of Waukesha
A man in his 20s fell into a food freezer at Walmart while looking at a box of waffles with his eyes closed.

June 15th City of Green Bay
Officers responded to a report of a man on Knoll Terrace dancing outside in his underwear to really loud music.

May 30th City of Franklin
An alert resident contacted police after taking a photo of an 82-year-old man in the act of stealing coupon magazines from area mailboxes. Police attempted to pull the man’s vehicle over, but he sped off and was later taken into custody at his home. Police found coupon magazines belonging to 12 different people inside the suspect's van.

June 11th City of Oak Creek
A group of people who became annoyed by an angry, obnoxious drunken friend dropped the man off in the lobby of the police department.

June 2nd Village of Thiensville
Police were called to a nail salon where he woman was out of control and yelling and screaming at employees. When police arrived, the woman continued to yell and scream and fought with officers injuring two of them in the process. The woman was reportedly angry because the salon was booked and not able to do her nails that day.

June 8th City of Glendale
Two men who robbed a bank in Brown Deer were arrested after they attempted to cut through the front and backyards of a riverfront home in an effort to avoid police and drove their car right into the Milwaukee River.

June 5th City of Port Washington
A woman called police and reported they heard loud pounding and thumping on the door at her residence and she was not expecting anyone. A responding officer found the pounding and thumping was the woman's door blowing in the wind.

June 4th Village of Saukville
A Piggly Wiggly employee called police to report a man shoplifting in the store. Store employees said the man went to the meat department and ordered two fresh chickens and requested that the chickens be wrapped separately in only butcher paper. The man was then seen shoving the two chickens down his pants in the freezer aisle. When police confronted the man, he claimed he had left the chickens in the cheese department. According to police, the chickens were never found.

June 11th Town of Saratoga A woman called police to report a fire in progress. The woman called back several minutes later when she realized that what she thought was fire was just the moon shining through some trees.

A woman told police she was afraid her neighbor might injure her or children after her neighbor "whistled a threatening tune from a Clint Eastwood movie" at her.

June 9th City of Neenah
A caller on Lake Street requested police assistance after she had walked away from her car to look at the fire department’s "flashy lights" and now is afraid to walk back to her car because it's dark out.

June 7th City of Weyauwega
A resident called police to request assistance because she was trapped inside her car. The caller’s neighbor’s pet turkeys had completely surrounded the woman's vehicle and wouldn’t let her get out.

June 29th City of Beaver Dam
A woman on Front Street waved down a police vehicle. She told the officer she was upset because her partner was not pulling his weight with chores at home and wanted police to talk to him about it.

May 28th City of Port Washington
Police spoke with four teenage boys after receiving a report of someone finding a slice of cheese on their vehicle and seeing the teenagers run inside a house. The boys removed the cheese.

May 21st City of Menasha
Police were called for a small dog urinating on the caller's vegetable garden.

May 23rd City of Waupaca
Police were called to the Dairy Queen where a male and female were reportedly “out of it”. The male was described as wearing a pink sweatshirt and yoga pants the female was slumped over the Dairy Queen counter.

May 28th City of Waukesha
An anonymous caller reported seeing a woman picking at her skin and believed she must be under the influence of drugs. Officers arrived to find the woman was not on drugs but was merely peeling dry skin off her sunburned legs.

A man told police he saw what he believed to be three UFOs flying overhead around 10 p.m. According to the police report, the man described the UFOs as "red balls of light" speeding toward the moon and told officers he was concerned for airport traffic safety.

June 7th City of Weyauwega
A resident called police to request assistance because she was trapped inside her car. The caller’s neighbor’s pet turkeys had completely surrounded the woman's vehicle and wouldn’t let her get out.

June 1st Village of Germantown
Police went to a residence after a man reported his neighbor was blowing an air horn to agitate his dogs. Police spoke to the neighbor, who said he was blowing the air horn because the dogs were barking. The neighbor was warned about blowing an air horn, and the caller was warned about his barking dogs.

June 4th City of Greenfield
Police were called George Webb's were a female patron threw a glass of water at a man who had spilled water on her table and then squirted ketchup on a female patron just for fun.

June 7th City of Marshfield
Police were called after an intoxicated man walked into a business three times and each time demanded to know, “what all the hollering was about?"

June 6th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A resident called police after they caught a woman stealing the caller's freshly laundered sheets and pillow cases right off the caller's clothesline.

June 3rd City of Sheboygan
Officers at the county jail were having problems with a prisoner who "wants to pee on everybody".

May 31st City of Antigo
Officers received a call reporting a man who was naked in the window of an area hotel while the caller's daughter had been outside mowing the lawn. Officers talked to the man who admitted to standing in the window naked but said he wasn't doing anything lascivious. Officers spoke with a female who witnessed the subject in the window. She told police she believes the naked man was just watching the girl mowing the lawn.

May 20th City of Greenfield
A resident reported she was possibly the victim of domestic abuse after an argument with her boyfriend. The resident told police she got into a heated argument with her boyfriend about cream of broccoli soup versus cream of potato soup, and which one is better with rice. The woman was advised on the criteria for what constitutes domestic abuse.

May 15th City of Neenah
A Henry Street caller, who was holding a rummage sale, requested police assistance with a baby squirrel who was scaring away potential shoppers.

May 18th City of Antigo
Police stopped a vehicle going 76 miles an hour in a 55 zone on Highway 47. The driver told police he was in a hurry to get to his girlfriend's residence because she had Snapchatted him that she was going to kill herself. Officers spoke to the girlfriend who said she was not suicidal and the boyfriend was probably just trying to get out of a speeding ticket.

May 24th Dane County
Police were called to an accident scene where a 27-year-old driver ran a red light and collided with a van. Nobody was injured. The man told police he ran the red light because God told him to do so. The man explained to police that he weighed the options of stopping at the red light or breaking the law on God’s instructions and running it. In the end, he said he decided to "go with God".

May 11th City of Menasha
A man on De Pere Street called police after his girlfriend woke him up yelling at him because he was snoring and told him to leave. The man did not deny snoring however had paid for a whole month’s rent and wanted some of his money back before he would leave.

May 15th City of Hales Corners
Police were called to McDonald's where a shirtless, intoxicated man was reportedly laying on the ground and wiggling.

May 12th Waupaca County
A resident called police to request they check on someone's well-being. They were concerned about a man in high heels and a skirt that they had seen stumbling and leaning against a building.

May 25th Brown County
A resident called police after seeing a baby wearing a diaper in the back seat of a vehicle while a man and woman were "engaging in relations" in the front seat of the car.

May 25th City of Oshkosh
Officers responded to a report of a vehicle theft at 3:35am on Nebraska Street. Police arrested the perpetrator, a 12-year-old girl who went joyriding without headlights on.

May 23rd City of Marshfield
A 19-year-old woman called police because her 17-year-old brother became enraged when she inadvertently woke him up and he began throwing things.

May 21st City of Wisconsin Rapids
A resident called police after someone created a fake wanted poster with his picture and name on it and began posting it around town.

May 20th City of Antigo
A resident reported that her fiancé just witnessed a man from a neighboring apartment, naked and performing a sex act on a door.

May 12th City of Manawa
Someone from the Police Department in Rolla, Missouri, called the Waupaca County Sheriff's Deaprtment and reported receiving a call from a Manawa couple that used to have a dog that sang and danced. The couple requested assistance because the dog...no longer sings and dances.

May 14th City of New London
A caller at ThedaCare Physicians on Mill Street notified the sheriff’s department of a man calling, threatening he will come to the clinic, strangle a particular employee, cut off his privates and shove them inside of said employee. Caller believes this is because they will not give him Vicodin.

May 12th City of Waupaca
A caller on North Washington Street reported people are in her house and she doesn’t know who they are. She thinks they may be high on drugs. The night before, the same people may have been at the house partying with the caller’s boyfriend, while she was not home. The caller said she woke up to a girl petting her.

May 5th City of Waukesha
Police removed a man from the YMCA after he told a room full of children and others that he and his new girlfriend were "on a seven-day sex spree" and he just needed to tell someone about it.

May 8th City of Waukesha
A woman told police that she was bitten by a snake and now thought it was inside her body. When officers arrived, the woman clarified that she wasn't sure it it was a snake though she wasn't in pain and refused medical attention.

May 12th City of Elm Grove
A man of undisclosed age was cited for disorderly conduct. According to police, while pulling weeds in his yard, the man’s pants and underwear were pulled down to the top of his legs with his buttocks completely exposed.

May 15th City of Wisconsin Rapids
Police were called to the Kwik-Trip where a man and woman were working together to try to steal a muffin.

May 15th City of Beaver Dam
A resident called police and reported seeing four people wearing clown masks and riding around on tricycles.

A resident called police to report that someone on social media claiming to be Osama Bin Laden was threatening to bomb the caller's home.

April 23rd City of Neenah
A caller on Parkside Court reported seeing someone in a vehicle throw garbage out his car window. The caller confronted the subject and told him to pick up the garbage, which he did. When the man left, the caller stated they saw him throw the garbage out the window again. An officer spoke with the driver who admitted he threw the garbage out the window the first time, but that he did not throw it out again. He was warned for littering.

April 24th City of Sheboygan
A resident on Rowe Road called police to report a man had kicked his door repeatedly. When he answered the door, the kicker said he was "chasing the devil" and then left.

April 24th City of Neenah
A Briggs Lane resident called police and reported someone rang their doorbell and left a large, orange traffic barrel on the front porch.

May 2nd City of Sheboygan
A bus driver called police to report a traffic backup caused by the line of people out the door and into the street waiting to buy one dollar subs at Jimmy John's.

April 24th City of Greenfield
Police responded after a caller reported a woman was lying on the sidewalk at about 1:50pm. The woman told the officer she was lying on the sidewalk because she was frustrated that her toilet was continuously running. The officer fixed the woman's toilet.

April 26th City of Menominee Falls
A man was taken into custody for disorderly conduct for allegedly pointing a knife at a female coworker at a healthcare office. The victim told police the man picked up a folding knife on his desk, pointed it at her and told her to get away from him after she asked him, “How ya doin?”.

April 27th City of Brookfield
Police were called to the high school where 2 17-year-old boys who had been bantering with one another before it eventually escalated to striking each other with badminton racquets.

April 26th City of Antigo
Officers responded to a call from a resident reporting that his neighbor dumped around 200 dead fish on his property. The neighbor may be cited for fishing without a license.

April 24th City of Fox Point
Police were called after two men at a pharmacy were seen stuffing bars of Irish Spring down their pants.

April 19th City of Waukesha
A man called at 6:44pm to complain to police that his downstairs neighbor was "whistling too loudly". The man was not whistling when police arrived but officers advised him of appropriate noise levels when whistling.

April 25th City of Wisconsin Rapids
Officers responded to a domestic disturbance that occurred because of an argument about air conditioning.

April 27th Town of Grand Chute
Police were called to Denny's where one customer allegedly threw a paper airplane at another customer. The paper airplane reportedly struck the other customer in the foot. The paper airplane thrower has been permanently banned from this Denny's.

April 23rd City of Greenfield
Police responded a report of 180 oxycodone pills stolen from a residence. The resident told police he was waiting for a “lady friend” to come over and join him in the shower when the theft occurred. Later the man admitted "a hooker he knew only as 'Brittany'" stole the pills. The man told police he paid $100 for Brittany’s services the day before, and she offered to come back the next day and join him in the shower. After the resident got into the shower the woman came into his home, stole his pills and left.

April 21st City of Weyauwega
A woman called the police to report her minister is "spiritually harassing her". As a result, the woman finds that after she leaves her church, "weird things happen."

April 12th City of Waupaca
A resident called police and reported that someone entered his wife’s unlocked vehicle and stole their store-bought Easter egg coloring kits.

April 22nd City of Clintonville
Please received a call from a woman reporting that someone put a soda can over her TV antenna so the TV would no longer work.

April 15th City of Waukesha
Police were called after a 4-or 5-year-old boy reportedly harassed a group of teenagers by grabbing one and swearing at the others.

April 15th City of Waukesha
Following complaints from the staff, police physically removed a couple from the House of Hospitality.

Police cited a 61-year-old woman for trying to hit people with a broom.

April 4th City of Racine
Police were called to the public library where a 49-year-old man had borrowed a copy of the movie The Bodyguard and was watching it on his laptop. After a library employee spotted an open beer can he was informed he could not drink beer in library. The man became upset and stormed out of the library taking with him his laptop with the library's DVD of The Bodyguard still inside. Officers were dispatched and located the man fleeing on his orange bicycle. As the man got off of his bike the DVD copy of The Bodyguard fell to the ground. Police recovered the DVD and returned it to the library and the man was arrested for theft.

April 13th City of Green Bay A caller notified police that her sister is going to cause a disturbance at Parkside Animal Care Center on Military because she is mad that her cat was taken to the vet and she didn't want it to be taken to the vet.

March 26th City of Greenfield
Police arrested the manager of a McDonald’s after her supervisor reported she was allegedly authorizing refunds for Big Macs and then keeping the money. Between mid-January and March 24th, the woman reportedly kept refunds amounting to $3,827.17, the cost of 1,071 Big Macs.

April 4th City of St. Francis
Officers were called to an apartment where a 35-year-old woman told police that she had received phone calls she believed were from actor Kiefer Sutherland. The woman was advised it was a scam and to ignore the calls.

April 1st City of Waukesha
An anonymous caller notified police of a homeless person sleeping in the park. Responding officers found the man was not homeless. He was just drunk, laying on the baseball diamond and "enjoying the weather". Police allowed the drunk man to continue enjoying the unseasonably warm conditions.

April 9th City of Waukesha
Police subdued a man with a Taser after an anonymous person reported he and a woman were having sex in the bathroom of the public library. The man reportedly requested transportation to the hospital because he "couldn't feel his ankle or toes" after the Taser shock.

April 13th City of Beaver Dam
A woman called police to complain that McDonald's would not serve her. A responding officer talked to McDonald's employee who explained they didn't serve the woman because she was trying to walk through the drive-through.

March 29th Village of Germantown
Police contacted a resident after hey staff member at his clinic reported the resident stated he was going to “load up on ammo” after not being able to receive his medication. The resident informed police that he told staff he was going to “load up on gumbo,” not ammo.

March 26th City of Neenah
A Mulberry Lane caller told police that someone smeared fecal matter on various items in his house and a window was broken a week ago, but he just finally got around to reporting it. Officers found the call unfounded, as were previous calls from the same caller.

March 13th City of Menasha
A female on Manitowoc Road called police because her daughter would not let her out of her room because she would not give the girl her a phone charger. The caller wanted the juvenile removed from the house as she did not feel safe but was told by police that that was not an option. Neither party was willing to leave the house, and both parties were unruly and began to yell and scream at officers.

March 31st City of Waukesha
A woman told police her local cab driver was driving recklessly before he dropped her off. The woman said that the driver nearly struck a semi-truck and when she asked him to slow down he reportedly responded by telling her about baseball cards.

March 12th City of Appleton
An officer noticed a Pontiac sedan parked for a second night in a portion of a lot that doesn't allow parking. The car appeared to be unoccupied, but an officer found a couple in the back seat. The man told the officer they go to the park for “cuddle time” since their residences are full of kids.

March 28th City of Brookfield
A 19-year-old man was taken into custody for disorderly conduct after being seen defecating on playground equipment.

March 29th City of Waukesha
A woman told police she found a "smelly bag of drugs" in a used car she purchased from a car dealer. When officers arrived at the woman's home in they discovered the bag was full of...mothballs not "smelly drugs".

March 6th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A woman called the police to report someone dumped chocolate milk on her car and now...the electric window does not work.

March 27th City of Waukesha
An anonymous caller reported seeing a woman standing at the side of the road screaming "come and get some of this" to passing vehicles. The woman did not appear to be injured or in distress when officers arrived and just walked back into her residence without speaking to them.

April 3rd City of Wisconsin Rapids
A caller told police he found an intoxicated man who said he was lost. A local taxi company said they would not give the man a ride because he got upset and started yelling at the driver when the driver wouldn't let him bring his open beer in the cab.

A woman called 911 from the Blackstone Restaurant claiming her pancakes are cold, there is not enough syrup on them and not enough cheese with her eggs. She told police she wants her money back so she can go eat across the street.

March 16th City of Neenah
A Meadow Lane resident called police because her neighbor put his smoke detector on the front porch and it keeps going off, causing her dog to bark. The neighbor would not answer the door when she asked him to take his smoke detector back inside the house.

March 27th City of Green Bay
A city bus driver called the police and reported that a man driving a white truck next to the bus on University Avenue is naked from the waist down.

March 18th City of Greendale
Police were called to Wal-Mart where a heavy-set man in his 50’s was standing in the check-out line with his erect penis exposed.

March 28th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A person reported finding a wine bottle with a cloth shoved in it and liquid inside and thought it could be a Molotov cocktail. An inspection by responding officers revealed that it was a bottle with cigarette butts and water.

March 22nd City of Franklin
Police were called to Wal-Mart where a 60-year-old man was eating a box of sugar for which he had not paid.

March 24th City of Greenfield
Police received a report that a man became irate and aggressive at the U.S. Post Office. The man was apparently upset because the mail carrier at his apartment building lost the key to his building and buzzed his apartment to get inside.

March 20th City of Mequon
A 60-year-old woman was cited for her second OWI, resisting/obstruction, unreasonable speed, open intoxicants after she passed a squad car going 69 mph in a 35-mph zone. When stopped, the woman got out of her car holding a cup of beer and quickly poured it out. When asked if she’d been drinking, the woman replied, “Oh my stars and little fishes.”

March 26th Sheboygan County
A Sheriff’s Deputy encountered a semi driver who believed he was being chased by a werewolf. The deputy found no trace of a werewolf but did discover that the semi was dragging a very large boulder. (police call)

March 13th City of Waukesha
A woman called police to report a man in a parked car near her house was listening to "sad love music" too loudly for about 90 minutes. Officers arrived and found the man listening to "Fast Car" by Tracy Chapman at a slightly excessive volume.

March 12th City of Menasha
Officers were dispatched for a possible disturbance on Traders Road. Responding officers discovered the disturbance was just two brothers arguing over a necklace.

March 25th City of Columbus
Police were called after a woman at Kwik Trip punched man in face because he didn't hold door open for her.

March 11th City of Waukesha
Officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute. However, when officers arrived at the apartment, they found it was just a man and woman using a Samsung virtual reality device, and the woman had started crying after seeing a realistic video of a snake.

March 15th City of Brookfield
Police responded to a report of child abuse at Toys R Us after a man was observed pushing his son. The man told police that he had just pushed his son out of pain after the boy had hit him in the crotch for not buying him a toy.

March 9th Village of Fox Crossing
A resident on Imperial Lane called police to report finding inappropriate drawings of male genitals on his car within the past 30 minutes. The drawings were fortunately in window paint and were easily removed. The man suspected that his ex-girlfriend had done this but did not have proof. The officer spoke with the ex-girlfriend, who initially was not cooperative on the phone but a little more forthcoming when the officer visited her in person. She admitted to vandalizing the man's new girlfriend’s car but not her ex’s. The officer was able to verify her whereabouts during the time the vandalism had occurred.

March 9th City of Greenfield
A highly-intoxicated man called 911 because he was upset about being thrown out of a bar and was mad because his friend was still being served. When police arrived, the caller said his friend was supposed to drive him home and he didn’t want him to drive drunk. After being warned about the proper use of 911, one of the men walked home and the other was given a ride home by police.

March 17th Village of Pewaukee
Officers were called to a residence for a report of an argument between two people. Police learned the argument was about being “shorted” a taco at Taco Bell. The situation resulted in the two people arguing over the uneven number of tacos and who was entitled to the last one. Officers determined that both parties had been drinking and did not meet the criteria for domestic disturbance.

A caller reported a man walking down the street covered in mold.

March 4th City of Waukesha
Police arrested a 50-year-old man who urinated in front of a Girl Scout's cookie sale table at Wal-Mart, then reportedly attempted to shoplift before passing out in a motorized scooter inside the store in the middle of the afternoon.

March 7th City of Waukesha
A man who reportedly crashed his car into a street sign then drove over the curb and onto some grass told an anonymous bystander who witnessed the incident that he "wasn't drunk, just having a very bad morning".

March 9th City of Brookfield
Police responded to a report of a neighbor dispute. The complainant also told police that that day the neighbor had smirked at him and said something under his breath that he did not understand but made him feel intimidated and afraid for his safety. The complainant also told police that his neighbor "continuously vomits in his driveway" throughout the night.

March 8th City of Port Washington
Police received a report of a suspicious person in a residence where the lights were all out in the house and someone was walking around with a flashlight. Contact was made with the adult resident at the house and she advised police they were playing flashlight tag with their young child...who was winning.

March 3rd Town of Bern (Marathon County)
Police charged a 56-year-old woman with putting an assortment of pills in her bosses coffee. The woman reportedly confessed to police that she put caffeine pills, water pills, anti-anxiety medication and eyedrops solution in her bosses coffee for about three weeks. Her boss contacted police after finding what the police report called a "slummy lump" at the bottom of his coffee cup for a couple weeks. The woman told police she did not intend to kill her boss with the pills, she was only trying to make him sick enough to forget about $2000 he loaned her.

March 9th Village of Rudolph
A woman called police and reported that while her 10-year-old son was waiting for a bus, a man in a car drove by and threw a $5 bill at him.

March 13th City of Wisconsin Rapids
Police arrested a man and a woman after a caller reported they were acting strangely and the woman was dancing in a parking lot.

March 14th City of Green Bay
A man called police to complain that his Mcdonalds fish sandwich was not right. The color requested police come to his home to investigate what is wrong with is McDonald's fish sandwich. 

March 14th City of Sheboygan
Police responded to a report of an old man stuck on a toilet.

March 15th City of Beaver Dam 
A 22-year-old woman told police that while she was shopping at Walmart, a man wearing a kilt bent over and exposed himself to her. An officer reviewed the video footage and deemed the exposure unintentional.

February 25th City of Brown Deer
A woman reported the theft of her wallet by a man she met on the dating app “Plenty of Fish”. The man, known only as “The Legend,” took her wallet with $2 cash.

March 7th City of Menasha
Police were called to Gegan Elementary School to stop a kindergarten student who is tearing other children's artwork off the walls and telling the teacher to "Shut up, bitch".

February 22nd City of Menasha
An employee at an office that offers free tax assistance and preparation, called police to report receiving threatening voicemails from a customer. The customer was upset because they wouldn't do her taxes and, in the second of two threatening voicemails, could be heard saying, "You can tell your tax people to die and eat my poop!"

February 12th Village of Jackson
Police were called to a residence regarding a 19-year-old man who was fighting with his parents. Further investigation revealed that the man shoved members of his family and threatened to spray his mother with Old Spice.

February 24th City of Oconomowoc
Police were called to an apartment for a report of a neighbor dispute. A resident said a bag of rotting meat was placed in front of an apartment door, and later it was in front of his door. He said he put it back in front of the door he had first seen it in front of. Later, he saw the neighbor put the bag back in front of his door. Both denied they had originally set out the bag, and police could not determine who originally put out the bag of rotting meat.

February 4th Village of Jackson
Police were called to a residence where someone vandalized their property by pouring Spaghetti-O’s on their walkway.

March 1st City of Green Bay
A resident at a Commanche Avenue location called police to report a woman who may or may not be a prostitute passed out in the laundry room.

February 19th City of Neenah
An employee of a retail establishment on Gillingham Road stated a male tried to pay for an item with a Canadian coin. When the employee refused, he said he didn't care and took the item anyway.

February 24th Village of Hales Corners
Police went an apartment after receiving several complaints about a man and a woman yelling and screaming inside. Police discovered there was only one man inside the apartment, who admitted he was yelling at himself because he was just given a 60-day notice to vacate, presumably for making too much noise.

February 24th City of Menasha
A caller at a Wittmann Drive location reported finding drugs and drug paraphernalia in a business parking lot. According to the caller, they found pipes and two plastic bags filled with a green leafy substance that appeared to be marijuana lying in the parking lot in a Disney's Alice in Wonderland bag.

January 29th City of Waukesha
An intoxicated woman thought her husband was trying to start their garage on fire after the two had an argument at their home. According to a police report, the man merely turned on a meat smoker in the garage to keep warm after his wife locked him out.

January 30th City of Waukesha
Police received a report of a man wearing a cape jumping in and out of traffic. The caped crusader was gone by the time police arrived.

January 23rd City of Neenah
A vehicle on South Park Avenue was idling in the driveway of the Neenah pool with one male occupant and no lights on. When an officer drove into the lot, the driver turned on the lights and left. After making a traffic stop, the officer found the driver was... perhaps the last person on earth still playing Pokemon Go.

January 24th City of Neenah
Police responded to reports of a woman on South Commercial Street going door-to-door asking people for money so she could buy cigarettes. Officers made contact with the woman who said she realized after she started it wasn't a good idea.

January 23rd Village of Fox Crossing
Officers responded for a report of a woman screaming in an apartment on Wilson Street. Officers spoke with a 34-year-old woman, who said that she was mad at her roommate. As officers investigated, it was determined that the woman was actually alone and the roommate she was yelling at was not in the apartment.

January 24th Village of Fox Crossing
A clerk at a convenience store called to report that a car has been parked in the back with someone in it for awhile. An officer located the car and found the driver was asleep. The driver, a 19-year-old man, told the officer that he had four beers earlier and drove to the convenience store parking lot as he likes to listen to music and didn’t want to wake his parents.

February 7th City of Oak Creek
A man called police and reported that he helped a stranger change a flat tire in the parking lot outside Kwik Trip. After the tire was changed, the driver gave the man a hug for helping him. During the hug, the driver picked the pocket of the man who helped him, stealing his $650 Samsung Galaxy S7 cell phone and about $30 in cash.

February 7th City of Oak Creek
A man was charged with disorderly conduct for his behavior while he was being charged with disorderly conduct. Police had been called to the Motel 6 where the man had been evicted for being loud. As the man was being taken into custody, he purposely poured a can of beer on to the motel carpet. While booking the man, he then "exposed his penis and urinated on the booking room floor" earning himself the second disorderly conduct charge.

February 4th City of Greenfield
An anonymous caller reported seeing a “pretty bird” under the freeway and wanted police to make sure it was okay. An officer responded to the area and found that the "pretty bird" was a colorful pigeon and was just fine.

January 29th City of Glendale
A 34-year-old man at Buffalo Wild Wings was cited for disorderly conduct after he received his order of chicken wings and then began to throw them around the restaurant in anger because he didn’t get barbecue sauce. When removed from the restaurant, the man continued to yell, saying he just got out of prison.

February 11th City of Oshkosh
A caller reported a man on Vine Street, near the UWO campus, who appeared to be drunk and had a handgun at a house. About 30 minutes later, the man went outside and fired the gun into the air. When police arrived, the man told them he fired the gun because he just "felt like doing something crazy".

February 9th Town of Saratoga
A man called police and reported finding underwear in his house that do not belong to him.

December 11th Village of Omro
An anonymous caller reported a male subject walking northbound between Scott and Main Streets in the middle of the road, deviating back-and-forth. Another caller reported the man running through his yard, yelling and eating snow. Officers located the man in another yard, partially dressed, eating snow and making a snow angel. The man was transported to the hospital to stay until the controlled substance he had taken had worn off.

December 26th City of Antigo
Police received a call from a female subject requesting a ride to the store from officers to get cigarettes. Officers informed the woman that they do not do that and offered to give her the phone number for the transit system. The woman then told officers that getting the cigarettes was a matter of life or death and that if she did not get them she may end up "whacking herself". Officers told the woman she needed to get a ride from someone else.

January 4th Dane County
An employee at Ho Chunk casino called police after finding a plastic bag containing a "golf ball size amount" of heroin on the floor. Police checked surveillance camera video which revealed the plastic bag dropping out of the sweatpants of a recently arrived gambler. Officers located the gambler seated at a slot machine waiting to collect is $1500 winnings. According to the police report, "that is where his luck ran out".

December 26th City of Oak Creek
A woman was arrested after grabbing another woman’s purse out of her shopping cart in a checkout line at Pick ’n Save and then running out of the store and into a waiting cab. A security employee was able to stop the cab from leaving the lot and the woman was taken into custody. During the investigation police discovered the woman did not have any money to pay her $20 fare, so she had the driver stop at the store so she could run inside and steal a purse.

December 22nd City of Waukesha
Police received a report of a man who threatened to "shoot up" Fredrick's Hallmark Shop after a manager there refused to give him a cash refund for items he returned.

December 23rd City of Oak Creek
Police were called to an apartment complex where a man allegedly pulled a gun and threatened one of his neighbors during an argument about their loud snoring.

December 24th City of Oak Creek
A woman was taken into custody for disorderly conduct for pounding her fist on the registration counter and knocking over a Christmas tree in a motel lobby.

December 30th City of Oak Creek
Police went to Woodman's for a report that a man was bothering other customers while walking around the liquor department, opening bottles of alcohol and drinking out of them.

December 18th City of Greenfield
A Pet World employee called police and reported that a heavyset white male with a beard and a heavyset white female wearing glasses and a blue headband stole their Uromastyx (spiny-tailed lizard).

December 21st Village of Pewaukee
A woman called police to report an unknown person had decapitated her snowman.

December 22nd Village of Grafton
Police arrested a man for shoplifting after he fled a store with 28 DVDs stuffed down his pants.

January 5th Village of Oostburg
Police responded to an emergency at the Pizza Ranch where a male who accidentally used his mother's cosmetology bag, is bleeding profusely from a razor cut.

December 31st City of Antigo
A man police had been informed was driving erratically, pulled into the parking lot of the walk-in clinic and entered the emergency room. Officers were informed that the man had eaten a handful of rat poison two days earlier when he was intoxicated and looking for some candy. The man was cited for operating with a suspended license.

December 13th Village of Omro
A Larrabee Street resident called police because she said she had heard her boyfriend's car start up and move, but her boyfriend is currently out of town. Responding officers found no tracks around the boyfriend's car which was parked and covered in snow.

December 8th City of Green Bay
A woman who cut her finger slicing onions called 911 for advice.

December 1st City of Waukesha
A man nearly caused an accident and almost struck the curb various times. According to police, the caller who reported the incident believed the man was driving drunk. However, the driver passed every field sobriety test police administered. The man explained to officers that he was probably swerving because he was filling out a job application while driving.

November 3rd City of Antigo
A woman reported to police receiving a call from a woman who told her she would send her a bill for $500 if she didn't renew her subscription to TV Guide. The caller told the officer she gave the woman her credit card number but later thought it might be a scam and canceled her credit card.

November 20th City of Menasha
A caller on Broad Street wanted to report an after-the-fact disturbance. He told police that he was not getting along with his ex-girlfriend and she was calling him names. She also took the crackers he was eating and threw them on the ground.

November 21st City of Glendale
Police arrested a shoplifting suspect after he was spotted shoving cookie dough down his pants.

November 15th City of Neenah
A caller witnessed a bus driver get out of his bus and walk down the street “checking garbages”. The driver was warned about his behavior.

November 28th City of Waukesha
Staff at an elementary school counseled a third-grade student after the boy threatened to bring a gun to school. A police report said the school staff eventually determined the boy was talking about a Nerf gun and the issue was resolved.

November 28th City of Waukesha
Police were called after two men got into a shouting match inside a public restroom when one of them became upset about how much time the other was taking while using the stall.

December 2nd City of Oak Creek
During a traffic stop, police noticed an unlicensed 9mm handgun with loaded magazine concealed in a child safety seat occupied by the driver's infant son.

December 6th Village of Grand Rapids
Police responded to a report of a man who had gotten out of his vehicle and was waving at passing drivers.

December 6th Village of Nekoosa
A man called the police and reported there was a white man with tattoos on his arms "bouncing around the convenience store".

December 7th City of Sheboygan Police responded to a report of a car accident on Knepprath Road. One vehicle was overturned and on its hood. The driver was uninjured but refused to get out of the overturned car because it was too cold outside.

December 3rd City of Beaver Dam A resident reported to police that someone stole a roll of toilet paper and placed a dirty diaper in a cupboard.

November 9th City of Menasha
Officers were dispatched for a report of damage done to the roof of a building on Main Street by an individual burning crayons.

November 30th City of Delafield
Police received a report at about a suicidal woman on the phone with the Internal Revenue Service. Police contacted the woman who said she is not suicidal. She had only told the IRS employee that “just talking to them makes her want to kill herself.”

November 1st Village of Jackson
A cell phone caller reported to police that women were exposing themselves inside a school bus she was following. An officer stopped the school bus. The driver said that the passengers were returning from Australian Thunder from Down Under, a Vegas-style show featuring scantily clad, chiseled-featured young men gamboling about the stage. “The women, though bouncing off the ceiling like kids who overdosed on Peeps, denied exposing themselves”.

November 22nd Village of Brown Deer
A resident called police and asked for assistance after she said her husband, who is “an international oil driller” working in Ghana, had sent her $3.5 million that was being held for her at O’Hare Airport in Chicago and she must send $8,500 in order to get the money. She had previously wired $20,000 to her husband, whom she had never met,but only talked with and married over Skype. Police informed the woman that this was a scam and that she's not married.

November 24th City of Waukesha
A resident called police after finding a carton of eggs on their porch with a threatening message written on it. According to police someone had written the words “This is your last warning” in black letters on the egg carton.

November 23rd Village of Germantown
Officers responding to a call removed a male customer from the Wal-Mart. The customer was apparently upset and causing a disturbance because he did not receive black Friday deals a day early.

November 12th Village of Omro
A caller informed police they had heard people talking and voices coming from the drain pipes.

November 9th City of Neenah
A caller on Adams Street called police to report someone had stolen her cat and she has a suspect in mind. The cat was eventually located… in the caller’s home.

November 20th Village of Brown Deer Police were called to check on the well-being of a man seen along the side the road yelling and waving his arms. Responding officers found that the man was fine; just listening and dancing to music on the roadside.

November 21st City of Greenfield
Police responded to a report of a gas station robbery. According to reports, the suspect was brandishing a semi-automatic weapon and was dressed as a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle.

November 23rd City of Oak Creek
An officer went to the Motel 6 after a caller reported hearing arguing and slapping coming from an adjoining room. The responding officer determined that the two people in the room were both deaf and slapping each other’s hands while they were signing during an argument. The officer advised the deaf couple to not make so much noise.

November 30th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A man called 911 and aid something woke him up and then he hung up the phone. An investigating officer discovered the man had been awakened by a bird that had flown into the side of his house.

December 27th City of Marshfield
A woman reported a dispute between her two teenage sons that resulted in them "wrestling around." An officer determined their alleged "wrestling around" was not a domestic abuse incident.

November 13th Village of Omro
A resident called police to report that while they were sleeping, they were awakened by their doorbell ringing. However, when they went to the door there was no one there. Police responded and also found no one at the door.

October 14th Town of Brookfield
A man was cited for disorderly conduct at Motel Six. A hotel desk clerk reported that the man, who was a guest, had approached her and told her that he loved her and asked her for a kiss. The employee declined. The man then went into the parking lot where he ate a flower before returning and telling the employee that he wanted to make love to her.

October 13th City of Waukesha
Police decided that there was no credible threat to a woman who called to tell them she thought she was at risk because she is "better than God".

October 27th City of Green Bay
A man in his 50s, riding a bicycle on Doty Street stole a case of beer right out of a beer truck and rode off with it.

October 28th City of Portage
Someone dressed as Pennywise the clown was sitting on a bench near the levee in the middle of the afternoon. Officers cruised past a couple times but did not confront the clown who was reportedly well behaved and posed for pictures with curious passersby. There were no reported incidents other than a couple motorists who flipped the clown off.

October 15th City of Waukesha
Officers responded to a report of a male in a cape holding a light saber and playing in a field.

October 16th City of Waukesha
A man told police he was concerned the "Mexican mafia" was following him for a few days and asked for police assistance. The man told officers he had "no idea" why the mafia would be following him but was concerned about it nonetheless. Police did not find any evidence to suggest the report was true.

October 10th Village of Fox Crossing
Officers were dispatched to a business on Holly Road where a naked man was seen climbing a fence.

October 19th Village of Germantown
Police went to a residence after a caller reported that a 3- or 4-year-old child with blonde hair was covered with a red blanket and sitting at the end of the driveway. The responding officer discovered the “girl” in question was a Halloween decoration.

October 27th City of Manitowoc Police
were called to a business near the airport. Investigators believe at least two suspects broke into a locked vehicle and stole more than 500 medium-sized bags of Frito Lay chips.

October 16th City of Brown Deer
An employee at Pick N Save reported the theft of a 72-piece order of fried chicken. A woman had ordered the chicken and then walked out without paying.

October 22nd City of Oconomowoc
Police cited a woman for disorderly conduct after receiving complaints from a neighbor who said she would not stop knocking on her door. The complainant said the woman had been knocking on the door day and night for several months.

A resident called police to report she was “scared of a clown painting” her roommate had brought home. Police told her there was nothing they could do about her roommate’s clown painting or her taste in décor.

October 9th City of Green Bay
A resident misdialed, accidentally calling 911. The caller told the dispatcher they accidentally dialed 911 while trying to get the phone number for Ben Carson's presidential campaign.

September 27th City of Chilton
A Robin Avenue resident called police to report they believed their television remote control was stolen. They told police they believed it was taken by a known party who was visiting for dinner. The remote was later located.

September 30th City of Sheboygan
Police responded to a call place from the west side McDonald's. A female customer was causing a disturbance and yelling something about ice cream.

September 30th Village of Jackson
A landlord called the police to inform them that one of his tenants was claiming that people were climbing over her balcony to steal spices.

September 15th Village of Jackson
A resident called police to report that his 89-year-old neighbor wanted him to remove some plants from his yard, insisting they were ragweed. He tried to explain that they were goldenrod plants and not harmful. The neighbor then cut the plants down and left a note, “This is ragweed and it causes hay fever. You have been warned and the cops have been called”.

October 13th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A woman called police to report someone posting inappropriate things on social media. The woman told police the unknown person was posting under the name "Zippy the Zipper Klown".

October 12th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A caller reported a clown on a swing set. Police determined it was a monster, not a clown, and that everything was all right.

October 13th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A woman reported seeing a man spray something on the street, drop the spray bottle and run. The man then came back and picked up the bottle. When police arrived, the man explained to officers that someone had stolen his gaming system and he was wetting footprints in the sand to see which direction the thief was heading.

September 30th City of Waukesha
Police responded to a report of a small group of protesters outside a bar using a bullhorn to warn against drinking and to preach about God.

September 25th City of Waukesha
A man reported that his 11-year-old daughter was "offended" by the sight of their elderly neighbor picking up sticks in his yard while wearing only a Speedo.

October 3rd Village of Pewaukee
Police were called to the County Technical College to meet with a teacher who said he made a student turn in “the crude beginnings of a 24-inch sword.” The teacher said it was unknown who made the sword, and it is against school policy to build weapons in class.

September 26th City of Sheboygan A resident called police to report that there was a man wearing a backpack in the parking lot of the Kwik Trip mooning passersby.

September 26th City of Waukesha
Police spoke to a man who was walking around while examining a pair of women's underwear and reportedly put them on over his pants. A police report said the man told officers he found the underwear "a long time ago" and could not explain why he carries them around with him.

October 1st City of Marshfield
A taxi driver called police and reported that a woman recently complained to his boss about a cab ride he gave her. The woman told his boss that he told her that if she gave him a kiss and showed him her breasts, the cab ride would be free. The man told police this conversation never took place and that the woman was just upset with him because he would not take her through the drive-thru at McDonald’s.

September 22nd City of Neenah
A caller on Elmwood Drive complained to police that it appears as though someone broke into her house. Several items were misplaced, a table was moved and a cabinet door was left open. It was eventually revealed that the woman's husband was moving things around and didn't tell her.

October 3rd City of Sheboygan
Officers responded to a report of a drunk man dancing on top of a railroad car.

October 1st City of Beaver Dam
A 33-year-old man reported that a woman ran out of a house naked and slapped his car.

September 27th City of Greenfield
Police responded to a residence after a 911 caller reported her cat was stuck in her cabinets. After the cat was rescued by police, the caller was warned and advised about the proper use of 911.

September 26th City of Mequon
Five girls were cited for disorderly conduct after fighting in a hallway outside the cafeteria of the high school. The fight broke out after one of the girls tweeted that one of the other girl's had an ugly baby.

September 30th City of Marshfield
A man reported someone entered his home and took money, a cellphone charger, an extension cord, garbage bags, toilet paper, chicken breasts, and a frying pan.

This week, we dedicated one of our Wisconsin Small Town Crime Wave segments to just some of the state's clown stories from the last week. 

October 5th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A local resident called police and asked to speak to an officer about clown activity in Wisconsin.

October 4th City of Beaver Dam
Someone told police that a person is dressed as a clown near Beaver Dam Middle School.

October 9th Village of Kimberly
A clown dressed in camouflage and carrying a hammer was spotted in Sunset Park.

October 8th City of Sheboygan
Police responded to a report of three clowns on 17th Street squirting mustard on vehicles.

October 4th City of West Bend
A seventh grade student representing herself as a clown, allegedly sent messages to six classmates. The messages from the "clown" included statements like "Do you want to play?" and "if you see a red balloon just know I was there". Police took the 12-year-old girl in to custody after she admitted sending the messages as a joke.

October 7th City of Sheboygan
Police charged a 20-year-old man who earlier in the week was found running through an alleyway with a clown mask and a kitchen knife. The man originally told officers he was just out for a run but later told them he had been attacked several nights earlier by a group of clowns and brought the 8-inch kitchen knife and his own clown mask to retaliate should he encounter any more clowns roaming the streets.

October 2nd Town of Marshfield
A 15-year-old boy reported a clown was in his backyard and then came to his door and rang the bell. Responding officers determined it was the boy's grandmother dropping off a birthday card.

October 7th City of Baraboo
A police captain from Baraboo, home of Circus World and the International Clown Hall of Fame, revealed that there have not been any creepy clown sightings in his city. According to the captain, "there are no laws preventing people from dressing like clowns in Baraboo. “We’d have a lot of folks in jail if that were the case."
