November 13th City of Neenah
A caller on Bergstrom Road told police that a male who was just terminated had threatened to come back and cut off someone’s hands with a machete. The former employee was mad because someone had taken his soda.

November 29th Village of Port Edwards
A man called police to report a two-year-old poked his seven-year-old with a stick. The two-year-old was not charged.

November 22nd City of Waukesha
7A caller reported that a juvenile was alone inside a SUV at Taco Bell for more than 15 minutes honking the horn at Taco Bell. When police arrived the vehicle was unoccupied, and the juvenile was inside the restaurant with his parents. The juvenile told police he was upset because he wanted Cousins instead of Taco Bell so he stayed in the vehicle and honked the horn. The parents told police their solution will be to take him to Cousins when they are done at Taco Bell.

December 2nd City of Wisconsin Rapids
A resident called police to report finding a cigarette butt in his driveway despite the fact that no one at his home smokes.

November 14th City of Waukesha
A caller reported a woman with no teeth was wiggling the door handle to her apartment. The caller indicated this has been an ongoing problem.

November 18th City of Waukesha
A woman reported to police that a man stole her driver's license and wallet a week ago and that this has been an ongoing problem the past 25 years.

November 17th City of Waukesha
A woman called police because she thought someone was walking around inside her house. When police arrived, the woman immediately apologized and said she must have been dreaming.

November 22nd City of Wisconsin Rapids
A man called police and reported someone took his binoculars from his tree stand. The man told police he followed some tracks in the snow and heard another man yell "Hey, looking for your binoculars?"

November 21st City of Oak Creek
A resident reported some unidentified person was banging on her windows and doors at about 6:45pm. The victim stated the same thing occurred the night before, and that someone had vomited on her porch. The responding officer checked the outside of the residence but could not find any damage. He did, however, find a gift card on the porch with a note attached that read, "Sorry for the throw up".

November 9th City of Neenah
A woman called police to report someone was ringing her doorbell over and over and knocking and would not go away. She did not answer the door. Police found a female sleeping in a car outside the home. The woman turned out to be the caller’s sister-in-law who just wanted a place to sleep.

November 10th City of Menasha
Police were called to Maplewood Middle School after a juvenile allegedly took a sandwich from the lunchroom, concealed it under his lunch tray and left, making no attempt to pay. The middle school student said he had no money to pay for it. The lunch staff asked him to go to the office but he refused and had to be escorted there where he admitted to stealing the sandwich to police.

November 26th City of Portage
Police responded to an incident at Walmart. An adult and two teenagers allegedly sprayed a liquid dust cleaner onto the floor, causing it to be very slippery and argued loudly with store employees when confronted.

November 27th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A resident called police at 8:14 PM and reported snowplows were disturbing the peace.

November 25th Village of Junction City
A 31-year-old man called sheriff's deputies to report that he was upset about receiving junk mail.

November 5th City of Waukesha
Three girls between the ages of 12 and 15 found a cigarette lighter on a sidewalk outside the public library. A caller reported the girls had used the lighter to light a Cheeto on fire and were attempting to smoke it.

October 30th Village of Oregon
A 17-year-old girl was charged with disorderly conduct after an 18-year-old coworker reported the girl took a picture of her while she was working and posted it on Snapchat with a caption that read "chlamydia infested whore".

November 12th Dane County
Police responded to a report of a female deer with a broken leg laying on the side of the road and two bucks attempting to have sex with her. When officers arrived and sounded their siren, they spooked the smaller of the two bucks and he ran off but the larger, ten pointer was unswayed. According to the police report, the officer, fearing the buck could soon end up in traffic, and knowing the doe must be put out of her misery, decided it was time to go "mano a mano," or in this case "mano a bucko."  As he recounted the tenseness of the moment, the officer said it felt a little like an old western: the sheriff and the outlaw staring each other down. The buck stomped. The officer stomped. The officer raised his arms to simulate a big rack, and he charged, yelling at the buck. The buck stood his ground, steam now coming from his nostrils. About this time, a second officer showed up, and the first instructed the second to do an end around and come at the buck from a different direction, "hooting and hollering". The second officer obliged, and the two officer's combined ruckus did the trick. The buck ran off, and the first officer humanely dispatched the doe. After the doe was dead, the large buck returned and again tried to have sex with her and again had to be scared back into the woods with more hooting and hollering.

November 11th Shawano county
A caller reported hearing what sounded like somebody kicking or stomping on the ground. They requested an officer drive-by with their window rolled it down to see if they heard the same thing.

November 9th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A resident called police to report someone had stolen their pizza cutter.

November 4th City of Waukesha
An intoxicated man, who claimed he is from Gotham, called police saying he was assaulted at a bowling alley. The responding officer found that the assault consisted of another patron throwing a bar coaster at the caller, resulting in no injuries.

November 3rd City of Greenfield
Police responded to a report of two intoxicated people harassing and swearing at the bartender and manager at Applebee's because they weren't allowed to order food off the children's menu.

November 9th Dane County
Staff members from a downtown bar were able to corral a drunken man who was wielding a fire extinguisher. Witnesses told police he had used the fire extinguisher  to break a window at the bar. When arrested, the man was reportedly yelling and screaming unintelligible things and then in the back of a squad car, the man loudly proclaimed to be "Spartacus."

November 7th City of Greenfield
A resident reported a neighbor was outside banging on pots and pans for about an hour. Police made contact with the woman, who stated she was upset because she believed her neighbors had stolen her pots and pans.

November 3rd City of Mequon
Police were called to a business where an employee, unhappy about being fired, responded by ripping a cabinet off-the-wall, throwing things around the office, and going outside and urinating on the side of the building.

September 13th City of Verona
Police responded to an emergency call to aid a 13-year-old stuck in a baby swing.

November 15th City of Madison
Police responded to a report of an injured pedestrian. When they arrived on the scene, they found a 22-year-old Nebraska man suffering from facial injuries. According to witnesses, the man intentionally ran into traffic in an attempt to jump over a moving taxi cab and failed in his attempt, sustaining the facial injuries in the process. After police cited him for "Sudden Pedestrian Movement", the man gave the officers an expletive laden statement in which he said he "hopes the Huskers defeat the Badgers" and that he promises to "never try and jump over a moving car again".

September 30th City of Waukesha
A woman reported that her apartment had been repeatedly entered by someone over the past year and a half. The woman told police that the person who has been illegally entering her apartment keeps taking her "better quality chicken breasts" and replacing them with "lower quality" chicken breasts.

September 27th City of Menasha
Officers responded to a report of two females on 6th Street arguing. Officers learned the women were planning a party and when guests declined to come, one of the women wanted the other to provide 12 of the leftover brats for her to host her own party.

October 8th Village of Clyman
A woman called police from the hardware store to report being attacked by an angry dancer named...Serenity.

September 28th City of Neenah
A Green Acres Lane caller reported receiving "continuous" phone calls from someone stating that they are her worst enemy and they are coming for her. She later discovered that she knew the person calling her and told police he was probably just playing a trick.

September 28th City of Waukesha
A resident called police to report seeing a couple having sex atop a picnic table in a recreation area in the middle of the afternoon. The couple had reportedly "come and gone" before police arrived.

September 23rd City of Waukesha
The police and fire departments rescued a man who was stuck inside a trash bin behind Dunkin' Donuts. The man told police his wife left her dentures at Dunkin' Donuts earlier in the day and was looking for them. While standing on a pallet and looking in garbage cans for the missing dentures, he fell in and was unable to get out.

September 6th City of Neenah
A Congress Street resident called police to report hearing people yelling and screaming. Officers responding to the report found a group of people engaged in a spirited pillow fight.

September 21st City of Neenah
A caller at Fox Point Plaza reported seeing two males in the parking lot who were messing around with a paper box. Police determined the two males were just out walking.

September 20th City of Waukesha
Police received a report of a 50-year-old man, who looked intoxicated, was sitting on a curb smoking a cigarette and making gun gestures with his hand at passing cars and pretending to shoot them with his finger. Police talked with the man, who admitting to putting his fingers in a gun-like shape.

September 24th Village of Shorewood
The resident called 911 because a nut got stuck in her teeth while she was eating a Hershey bar with almonds. Police instructed the woman to contact a dentist.

September 21st City of Waukesha
A domestic disturbance was reported after the caller thought she heard someone get hit and saw a female outside crying. The female said she wasn't crying and went to the car to think after a verbal argument with her niece over macaroni and cheese.

September 22nd City of Waukesha
A caller reported that a woman and her mother came to her apartment. the previous night and dumped mashed potatoes in front of her door. One of the accused women firmly denied playing a part in the mashed potato dumping.

September 28th Village of Nekoosa
A resident called police to report a man who fell off another man's roof three years ago drove by yelling obscenities.

September 21st City of Waukesha
An intoxicated man came home dialed 911 and gave the phone to his son. The confused son told the 911 dispatcher he didn't know why his father called.

September 24th City of Franklin
A 42-year-old man arrived at work at Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company and subsequently stripped down to just a necktie and boxer shorts in what was described as a "creative way to get fired". The company terminated his employment and called police to have him removed from the property.

October 2nd Village of Saratoga
A woman called police to report seeing two men wearing the same clothes she saw them wearing the previous day.

September 30th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A caller reported a man sitting on a chair on her porch with a laptop computer. The man told her someone was sending microwaves to him.

October 5th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A woman called police to report that someone broke into her apartment and…ran up her cable bill.

September 9th City of Waukesha
A caller told police she saw a man carrying a baby in a dog kennel. When police arrived at the scene, they discovered it was a small dog in the kennel, not an unusually ugly, hairy infant.

September 20th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A woman called police and reported that a bird feeder was tipped over at her mother's residence the previous night. The caller told police her mother has some "very shady" neighbors whom she suspects of tipping the bird feeder. The woman requested additional patrol to assure the safety of her mother's bird feeder.

September 16th City of Shawano
A man called police to report findings traffic cones in the roadway. The man told police no construction was going on so he assumed they were put there by someone who was "just goofing off".

August 23rd City of Verona
A man flagged down a police officer to report his intoxicated friend had gotten lost…and fallen through a barn roof.

August 23rd City of Verona
Police received a 911 call where they could only hear children and adults talking in the background. It was eventually determined that the family's seven-year-old daughter had called 911 because she had overheard family members discussing how thankful they were that they never had a reason to call 911. The responding officer explained to the girl what 911 is.

September 16th Village of Biron
A man called police and reported that he could hear people trying to break into his home. The man called police back three more times before police arrived at his residence to investigate. Responding officers believe that what the man heard was actually several falling pinecones.

September 9th City of Waukesha
A resident called police to report they thought a person might be hanging from a tree in front of a house. The caller believed it was a Halloween decoration but couldn’t be sure. Police found that it was in fact a mannequin Halloween decoration in the tree.

September 8th City of Greenfield
A resident called police to report her live-in boyfriend called her “retarded and stupid” while standing in her “she-cave”. Police determined nothing physical took place and told the two to leave each other alone. The same resident called 911 again 35 minutes later to report her boyfriend called her “stupid.” Officers again advised them to leave each other alone and both were warned about misusing 911.

August 28th City of Waukesha
A man called police to request an ambulance for a 55-year-old woman. Police learned the woman wanted an ambulance because she was bleeding after picking a pimple on her face.

August 30th City of Waukesha
A woman called police to report ongoing problems with her neighbor who was flipping her off, spitting in her direction and saying she is going to beat "the crap out of her." Both women said they were good friends until about two weeks ago after a falling out over the woman undercooking some chicken she made for her neighbor. The neighbor told her not to make her food anymore, but the other woman keeps making it anyway.

September 8th Village of Port Edwards
A person calling from a business reported a job applicant became upset when she learned she needed a resume to apply for a job so she went outside and hit her own car with a baseball bat and then left.

September 6th Dane County
A 23-year-old woman was awakened by the sound of her front door crashing in. Unsure what to do during a burglary, the woman grabbed her cell phone, hid in a closet and Googled "What to do during a burglary?". Google advised her to call police so she did.

August 27th City of Waukesha
A man called police to report finding strands of blonde hair in the back of his pickup truck. The man told police he was unable to tell if the blonde hairs came from a human being or an animal. Police determined the blonde hairs...were actually hay.


September 1st City of Waukesha
A woman called police to report receiving a phone call from a man who asked her if she wanted to hear him slap his genitals.

September 5th City of Whitefish Bay
Police were called to check on the well-being of an elderly woman who was seen walking down the street carrying deer antlers and a clown picture. The woman told responding officers she did not need any help and was just coming from a rummage sale.

September 5th Dane County
A man reported to police that while his 2000 Ford Taurus station wagon was parked, someone stole the brand new right front tire from the car and replaced it with an flat balding one. The victim filled out an official police report noting "This hot rod of a car of mine seems to attract petty thuggery, obviously due to envy. I'm sure the perpetrators imagine (rightly so) a balding, middle age potbellied family man proudly cruising the city, his comb-over flowing out the half open window. I can understand their jealousy but can't condone it. I think fair punishment would be for them to one day find themselves balding and middle aged."

September 1st City of Portage
Police took a report of a 53-year-old man who urinated on the side of a building. Police said they spoke with the suspect who denied the accusation. Police arrested the man however, after receiving a second report of him urinating on the entrance to another building.

August 19th City of Greenfield
A caller reported a Port-A-Potty was knocked over sometime between 6 and 7 a.m. The caller told police the same Port-A-Potty was also knocked over on August 6th and August 18th. The caller requested a special patrol watch to keep an eye on the Port-A-Potty.

August 23rd City of Greenfield
Police received a 911 call from a woman reporting a robbery in progress at Starbucks. The caller stated her 14-year-old daughter went inside and then texted her mom that the business was being held up. A police investigation revealed the girl actually texted her mom, “Hold up at Starbucks,” meaning the line was long and the number of customers inside was holding her up.

August 15th Village of Harrison
A resident on Fire Lane 10 called the sheriff's department to report a theft. The caller indicated that their neighbor keeps stealing their garbage.

August 31st City of Wisconsin Rapids
A woman reported that another woman got out of her vehicle and spit on her because she was taking too long at a business.

September 1st City of Beaver Dam
Police responded to a call from a 78-year-old woman who was upset about the price of her haircut at Cost Cutters. The woman's husband eventually intervened and paid for her haircut.

August 12th City of Verona
Police responded to a missing juvenile call from the senior center. Upon arrival, officers located the boy in the parking lot. The boy explained that he had come to the senior center to play cards with his grandfather. But having never played that particular game before he made a mistake which caused the other elderly players to be mean and make fun of him so he left.

August 31st City of Oak Creek
Police responded after a 911 caller reported at least three vehicles were parked near his residence and the occupants were outside, yelling at each other. The responding officer found 15 people in the area, who stated they were just looking for ghosts. They were all told to leave and come back during daytime hours.

August 22nd City of Greenfield
A manager at Speedway called police to report a man wearing an orange shirt and khaki shorts enters the store every day, buys a cigar, picks up one of the lighters for sale off a display and uses it to light up his cigar and then places the lighter back on the display before leaving. The responding officer advised the manager to stop selling the man cigars if he didn’t want him using their lighters.

August 21st City of Waukesha
A caller reported seeing a suspicious man in a public park. The caller told police the man was in the park by himself and walked into the bushes where he appeared to be hiding. When the caller asked the man why he was hiding, he replied "I'm looking at the flowers."

A jogger flagged down police to report that a dog being walked by its owner just bit him on the scrotum.

August 18th Town of Menasha
An employee of a business on Drum Corps Drive reported that someone vandalized a large trailer in the lot that is in the shape of a Green Bay Packers helmet. According to the employee, sometime over the weekend someone painted over the “G” turning it into the letter “C.”

August 21st City of Shawano
Police responded to a report of a man outside Shawano Square Apartments who had dropped his pants and was barking like a dog.

August 17th City of Shawano
Police received a report of a man on Prairie Street pulling down his pants and asking people to look at his underwear.

August 17th Shawano County
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of an altercation at the Express Way restaurant. Two employees were allegedly in the parking lot threatening a customer who complained about a milkshake.

August 27th Village of Caledonia
A 28-year-old Milwaukee got her flip-flops caught on the brake pedal and “was unable to stop at the stop sign.” The woman's vehicle was then hit by a pickup truck pulling a trailer containing a camel named Eli. The truck driver sustained a broken leg. The woman and the camel named Eli were uninjured.

A woman called police to report the theft of four rings and a picture of Elvis.

August 21st Village of Biron
A woman reported her neighbor yelled at her daughter for walking down the street.

August 18th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A woman call police and reported a man killed fish and threw a hairbrush into a car.

August 17th Village of Nekoosa
Police received a report of someone in an SUV swerving and throwing cookies.

August 19th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A caller reported neighbors smashed their window out, pulled a gun on them and took off. The gun turned out to actually be a pair of vice grips.

August 8th City of Waukesha
A caller reported a female child was crying for help. Police made contact with several houses and only found a 2-year-old throwing a temper tantrum in the backyard of one house and a 3-year-old crying because a Wiffle ball bumped him in the head at another.

August 9th City of Waukesha
Police responded to a report of a man who said he was "stuck in his brother's car" and kept honking the horn, while yelling "I just want to get out of the car. I can't get out of the car". Responding officers found the man was just extremely intoxicated and couldn't figure out how to open the door.

August 10th City of Waukesha
Please received a report of a shirtless man wearing a blazer who had been flipping people off as they walked by him for the last 10 1/2 hours.

August 15th City of Marshfield
A 70-year-old woman told police her neighbor made “sexual breathing noises,” comments about her buttocks and yelled at her through the window while she was gardening.  The man denied doing these things but did admit to yelling at his cat.

July 15th Village of Jackson
A man told police that he saw a woman in a vehicle intentionally try to run over a flock of geese. Using the license plate, police located the driver. The woman told the officer that she didn’t try to run the geese over but “thought it would be funny to drive at them fast so they would fly away”. None of the geese was injured. According to police, no further action was taken because “there’s no law against being an immature moron.”

July 5th City of Verona
A couple was warned for being in Community Park after they were found in the rear cargo area of their SUV…“cuddling”.

June 21st City of Verona
A 4-year-old girl was reported missing from her home. The mother reported that her daughter had been put down for a nap in the same bed as her sleeping mother, and when the mother woke up from her nap, the child was nowhere to be found. When the home was searched, the child was found sleeping in a plastic storage bin in the corner of the room she had originally been placed in.

August 25th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A resident called police to report that an unknown person had thrown pinecones in the road.

August 23rd City of Waukesha
A woman called police to report her boyfriend was yelling at her because he didn't like the way she was breast-feeding.

August 24th City of Waukesha
A resident at an apartment complex called police to report seeing three females outside taking some of their clothes off, splashing each other with water, taking pictures of each other and "giggling." The responding officer found three females in the act of doing the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.

August 28th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A woman called police to report three people had thrown dirt at her in an effort to get her to break up with her boyfriend.

August 27th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A caller reported to police that a man in a wheelchair got out of his chair, performed a sexual act, got back in his wheelchair and left.

August 23rd City of Oak Creek
A resident called police to report receiving a phone call from an unidentified male who told him that he would "gut him and leave him in the woods" if he didn't pay his ex-girlfriend $80 for a cat toy.

August 28th City of Shawano
A man called 911, told the dispatcher that he liked the music on the radio, then hung up the phone.

August 25th City of Beaver Dam
A 29-year-old Maple Avenue woman called police and reported that a 32-year-old woman stole her plant, so she stole the plant back. When police arrived, both women were intoxicated and both were advised to cease contact with each other. It is unclear which ended up with possession of the plant.

July 12th Dane County
A 26-year-old woman with a box full of guinea pigs walked into a pet store and tried to put her guinea pigs in with the store guinea pigs. When the store manager told her she couldn't do that, the woman became angry and told him it was not his store but rather it "belongs to the animals". When police arrived, they tried to coax the woman out of the store. However, the woman yelled "I am sorry, my babies" and hurled the box of guinea pigs at officers. Police arrested the woman. The box of guinea pigs were unharmed.

August 14th Town of Emmet
A resident called the sheriff’s department to report someone has left empty McDonald's bags in his driveway. The area McDonald's was contacted to have them check their surveillance video recordings to see if they could identify a suspect based on the time on the receipt left in one of the bags. Deputies were unable to obtain the security video needed to aid in the investigation at this time.

August 15th City of Sheboygan
Police were called to a residence where a drunk mother and daughter were cutting watermelon. The drunken mother reportedly became angry and grabbed the knife. When police arrived the mom was in the backyard and the rest of the family was hiding.

August 9th Town of Menasha
An officer was sent to a residence on Ann Street around 11:30pm after a neighbor called to report loud music. The officer had spoken with two women outside and told them to tell the people inside to turn the music down. A short time later the music was turned up even louder than before. A person looked outside but refused to open the door. When asked to turn the music down, the man replied that all cops are "fascist pigs" and proceeded to turn the music even louder. The man then began chanting on a microphone, "I know my rights. I know my rights." A citation for loud music was issued to the resident.

August 16th Dane County
Police were called to the Henry Villas Zoo after a 24-year-old woman who loves giraffes, climbed over a fence into the giraffe enclosure. Wally, a two-year-old, 12 foot tall giraffe, licked the woman's cheek before turning around and kicking her in the face. The woman was not seriously injured. It is unclear if the kick to the face dampened her love of the tall mammals.

August 7th City of Franklin
Several condominium residents called police and reported they were yelled and sworn at by another resident. Officers determined the man was angry over the placement of bird feeders.

August 5th Village of Shorewood
Police were called to break up a disturbance between two men who were fighting over one of them using the other man's laundry detergent.

August 6th City of Oak Creek
A man called police after he confronted an unknown male who entered his parked car in an apartment complex parking lot and stole a quarter. When the caller told him to put the money back the suspect fled on foot with the quarter leaving behind his bicycle.

August 7th City of Wauwatosa
Police were called to the Boston Store where they arrested a male construction worker for concealing lingerie and a bottle of nail polish in an empty cordless drill case while remodeling the store.

August 3rd City of Waukesha
A man called police and told them he had misplaced his prescription medication and wanted an officer to bring a drug sniffing dog to his house to find it.

August 4th City of Waukesha
A caller told police he could hear neighbors arguing and pounding on the walls. Police learned the argument between a man and woman was over whether to leave the back entry door open or closed.

August 4th City of Waukesha
A resident call police at 11:30 PM to complain that his neighbor was showering too loud. He also told officers that he felt 11:30 PM was an “unreasonable time for people to be awake”.

August 6th City of Waukesha
Four people called police after hearing a man screaming. The man told police he was just excited about having a winning scratch-off lottery ticket.

August 12th Town of Oak Grove
A man called the Dodge County sheriff’s department to report a stray chicken keeps coming on his property and defecating on his porch.

Police responded to a report of a disturbance at the county fairgrounds where they found two boys in the cattle barn fighting  over the placement of a manure pile. 

June 29th Village of Sherwood
A DJ on Clifton Road called police and reported five or six people were attempting to force him stay longer and play more music.

July 10th City of Menasha
Officers received an anonymous complaint about a rummage sale in progress. Officers contacted the resident who said there was no sale in progress and that all items laying in the driveway are just their children's toys.

July 11th Village of Jackson
An officer stopped an SUV for blinding oncoming traffic with its high-beams. The driver, a 35-year-old West Bend woman, was believed to be drinking and admitted she already had a suspended license for two prior OWI convictions. A driver flagged down a police officer. The woman told the officer the reason she flagged him down was because she knew she was speeding and not wearing a seatbelt. She told the officer she would not speed anymore and fastened her seatbelt. No citations were issued.

A caller reported a fire raging in a trash can next to a port-a-potty. Witnesses were unable to smother the fire before it reached the port-a-potty and it was fully engulfed when the fire department arrived.

A woman told police that while mowing the lawn, some grass blew to her neighbor’s lawn. As she was raking the grass back onto her own lawn, her neighbor told her to get off his lawn.

A man told police that another man came out of his house and threatened to beat him up and break his jaw for mowing the lawn without permission.

June 7, City of Neenah
A caller in the 900 block of Sixth Street reported she had $10 in quarters taken from her apartment some time during the last few days. She didn’t know who took it as several people had been to her apartment and she leaves her door unlocked when she is gone.

July 1st, Fox Cities
A woman reported that she tried to purchase a dog over the Internet. The money apparently was wired to an address in New York, but it was determined that it had been picked up in Minnesota. The woman says she has received neither the dog...nor a refund.

Around 2 a.m., a caller reported a vehicle had been in a parking lot for quite a while. Officers found out it was a male waiting to pick up his sister from Country USA.

Police arrested a 52-year-old man they believe is responsible for damage and vandalism to numerous air-conditioners in Appleton, Menasha and probably Neenah. The man allegedly spent recent nights riding his bicycle around the area and randomly ripping the control switches out of the air conditioning units. The man reportedly told officers he committed the acts because he just doesn't like air-conditioners.

June 17th City of Waukesha
A resident called police to complain that his neighbors were leaving cooked chicken on his back patio.

June 19th City of Greenfield
A resident called police and reported his daughter bought an unopened package of egg rolls at the grocery store and when he took a bite, he bit into a bullet that was inside one of the egg rolls. The resident confirmed the packaging was intact before he opened it and there were no incidents at his house where a bullet could have become lodged in an egg roll.

June 8th City of Germantown
A resident reported that the house across the street from him just had some windows shot out by a BB gun. The responding officers found numerous holes in several windows. The homeowner told police he suspects the caller might be responsible for the vandalism, but the caller would not speak with police. Later in the day, the homeowner called police to report his neighbor, who was the initial caller, had a mask on and was pretending to cut off another subject's head and leg with a chainsaw while staring at the homeowner.

A woman called 911 to report there were two juvenile males in the parking lot wearing clown masks and carrying clubs. Police located the suspects, who stated they were just goofing around during a sleepover. They were warned by police not to scare their neighbors.

A resident called police after discovering an intoxicated naked woman lying in the grass in front of her apartment. The 47-year-old woman told police she was lying in the grass because she tripped on a step at the apartment complex and hurt her ankle. The woman apparently, however, did not explain why she was naked.

A woman reported to police that someone took their flag off their flag pole, folded it and placed it on their porch. The resident stated they believed it was a response to a letter her husband had written to the newspaper.

June 9th City of Waukesha
A customer at BMO Harris Bank was cited for disorderly conduct for allegedly saying she was coming to the bank with a gun. The suspect told police she never mentioned a firearm to the person she was speaking with and if she said anything about wanting to go to the bank with a gun, it was while she was on hold listening to the hold music playing. She apologized and said she doesn’t even own a gun.

June 10th City of Greenfield
A resident called 911 to report a man was causing problems at his apartment and stole his snake. Police made contact with the man, who told them he had taken a snake from the residence because he was concerned about its care and wellbeing. The man eventually agreed to return the snake to its rightful owner.

A caller reported a couple was arguing and the man had thrown their wedding photos in the garbage.

Police responded to a report of six teenage boy repeatedly dropping their pants to expose their bare buttocks to employees inside Sonic.

A caller told police she heard a mom screaming and a child crying. Responding officers found the child was crying because of a sliver and the mom was screaming in frustration while trying to remove it.

A man called 911 to report that after he complained about bad service from a pizza delivery business and insisted on a replacement, the delivery driver threw the replacement order at him, leaving hot pizza on the caller’s chest. A representative from the pizza business said the man threatened employees.

A Brighton Beach Road caller reported a fire raging in a trash can next to a port-a-potty. Witnesses were unable to smother the fire before it reached the port-a-potty and it was fully engulfed in flames by the time the fire department arrived.

A caller notified the sheriff's department of seeing two males walking on Highway 47 while playing guitars and wearing backpacks. The caller told deputies he thought this seemed suspicious.

June 11th City of Shawano
Police were called to a South Lincoln Street residence where some children kicked a ball into a woman's yard. The woman reportedly came out and yelled at the children for kicking the ball into her yard. The call to police was placed by a witness was wondering if it was illegal for someone to swear at children.

A 21-year-old man called the police department to turn himself in for a probation violation for drinking. The man was cooperative and said he just wanted to get away from his friends.

June 12th Village of Wittenberg
Deputies were called to a Witt-Birn Townline Road residence. The caller indicated that his nephew who was staying with him was out for the evening and left his fan on upstairs. The caller said he wanted the fan turned off. A deputy was dispatched to the home and turned off the fan.

A 20-year-old man told police he saw someone driving a lawn tractor on East South Street was pulling people that were riding on a skateboard.  Police warned the 17-year-old tractor driver for creating a traffic hazard.

Police responded to a report of three foulmouthed naked women who running, yelling and swearing near the boat landing across from the Washington Inn.

A resident called police and reported her nose burning and being unable to figure out what was going on. The caller wanted police to drive through the area and smell the air.

May 28th City of Brown Deer
A woman was arrested for disorderly conduct and damage to property after she broke a TV, threw items around the house and poured detergent on her boyfriend's bed. The woman said he had cheated on her and after she confronted him, he took her clothes outside and poured bleach on them. When police arrived, they found what appeared to be blood on a wall. Upon closer inspection, the blood turned out to be pizza sauce. The woman admitted to police that she had, in fact, thrown a pizza against the wall.

June 3rd City of Greenfield
A resident called police to report that every time she goes out of town her neighbor walks in her yard, and she wanted police to talk to her neighbor. Officers made contact with the neighbor and advised her not to walk on her neighbor's lawn without permission.

June 12th City of Marshfield
A 53-year-old woman called 911 and reported a burglary at her home. After clearing the home and not finding any suspects at the scene, police noticed inconsistencies with the woman’s account of the events leading up to the 911 call and neighbors’ observations. The woman eventually admitted to police that she had staged the burglary to get the attention of her husband, who she believes is having an affair.

May 5th Town of Menasha
Police responded to a report of a 49-year-old Menasha man and a 51-year-old Appleton man fighting. The Appleton man was reportedly standing in a driveway when the Menasha man slowly drove in the driveway approaching the Appleton man and stopping when his car struck the man. Being struck by the car upset the Appleton man who approached the driver and punched the car and the two men proceeded to punch and kick one another.

May 3rd City of Chilton
Police received reports of an older gentleman rollerblading in the middle of the road on Madison Street. The man told responding officers he thought what he was doing was legal and said he was just entertaining the traffic.

A mother called police to report a girl on her son's school bus called her son fat.

A resident reported a man outside “doing karate” to very loud music and yelling at houses. Officers warned the man and later arrested him when he wouldn’t stop yelling.

Police responded to a report from someone on Riverview Heights Court of a completely naked elderly man outstanding in a field.

A 50-year-old man was arrested for violating terms of his probation by visiting his ex-girlfriend’s apartment. The man said he knew he was violating the probation terms by visiting her, but told police “the woman is crazy and the sex is amazing.”

A 40-year-old man was cited for operating while intoxicated after his car struck a fence outside a home. According to police reports the man behaved in a bizarre manner while in custody and was wearing a football helmet while urging police to hire him as an undercover officer.

May 3rd City of Waukesha
Police responded to a report of a suspect trying to enter a business. However, the man, who was highly intoxicated, told police he was not trying to gain entry but rather was just urinating on the door. Police attempted to locate a urine spot to verify the man’s story but were unable to do so due to wet conditions.

May 14th City of Beaver Dam
A woman called police and reported that a bartender at a local tavern ripped a $10 bill in half. When an officer arrived, the bartender admitted he had ripped the $10 bill in half as a joke, then, taped it back together and placed it in the cash drawer. The bartender apologized for his actions.

May 7th City of Waukesha
A woman reported her cat was taken from her apartment. When police asked her details about her cat and its whereabouts, the woman became irritated, said the questions were “stupid” and hung up.

May 11th City of Marshfield
An employee of a business called police because there was an unsupervised 4-year-old child in their store. Store employees determined the child and his 8-year-old brother had been inside the store without a parent and the older child had left by himself. The mother of the 4-year-old was contacted and she told the store employee she was busy cooking dinner and did not have time to come get her child.

Police received a call reporting a vehicle driving in circles in the technical college parking lot. Responding officers discovered it was a father who was having his daughter practice her driving skills.

The women then reportedly went outside and started yelling and banging on the windows. The disruptive bingo cheaters were last seen traveling eastbound in a silver Ford Expedition. A caller got into a verbal altercation with the manager at George Webb Restaurant  after he allegedly found a screw in his French fries. The complaint was found to be unsubstantiated and the manager wishes to ban the customer from the restaurant for life.

A 14-year-old girl called police to report that her father pulled her hair in an effort to get her out of bed and go to school. Police agreed the girl should get out of bed and go to school but suggested methods other than pulling her hair to get her to do so.

Police were called to Oak Creek Middle School where a student was allegedly showing a close-up picture of a vagina on his cellphone to other students. The picture was deleted from the cellphone prior to police arrival.

A 40-year-old woman reported that she was sitting on the couch while her boyfriend was kneeling on the ground in front of her. She told him that she couldn’t trust him anymore and challenged him to log into his Christianmingle.com account to prove that he wasn’t actively searching for other women. He replied that he couldn’t remember his password, got upset, and made an obscene gesture. The man god police that when he made the obscene gesture, the woman grabbed his middle finger and bent it back, causing him pain.

Police responded to a report of a man firing a pellet gun with "his butt hanging out".

Police received a call from a man parked in the Shawano Medical Center a lot. The man told police that when he returned to his parked truck he found it was covered in bodily fluids. The police report confirmed that the vehicle was in fact "covered in feces and loogies".

A man called police and reported that were young children hiding somewhere in his house. When police arrived they were unable to find any small children in the home.

April 19th Village of Jackson
An officer stopped a vehicle after a routine computer inquiry indicated that the registered owner was never issued a driver’s license. The 20-year-old woman provided a driver’s license with a photograph and physical description that didn’t match her. While in the back of the squad car, the woman became agitated, started yelling that “This is bull!" and, “You have nothing better to do?”, which police indicate is a common accusation made by people caught doing something stupid.

April 20th Village of Jackson
Officers were dispatched to a Chestnut Court apartment where a mother reported that her sons, ages 14 and 17, had been disrespectful and one knocked over a coffee table in an effort to get out of attending Easter church services.

April 22nd City of Waukesha
A man called police to report finding two packs of Sweet Tarts on his front porch. The man told police he can’t imagine anyone he knows leaving the Sweet Tarts on his porch.

April 22nd City of Greenfield
A woman called police after a driver backed up and almost struck her vehicle in order to get a parking space at Old Country Buffet. The caller stated she honked her horn at the other driver, who then “flipped her off” and told her, “Why don’t you die.” The caller then became frustrated and made sarcastic comments to the other driver. The responding officer could not locate the driver in question, but the caller was advised about exchanging hostilities with other drivers over a parking space.

A woman called police to report that a couple days ago there was a wooden duck on her porch and didn’t know where it came from. Now, she said, there is a large yellow bag filled with human hair on her doorstep.

An anonymous caller reported a 20-year-old man “having relations” with a12-year-old girl in Crystal Lake Park. Responding officers found the couple were actually both adults and were found in the act of…playing Frisbee golf.

April 10th Village of Elm Grove
A resident called police to report she had a duck in her living room. The woman called back before police arrived to say she had placed a trail of crackers leading to the front door, and the duck Followed the trail and left.

April 17th City of Fox Lake
A 25-year-old woman called police to report being kicked in the side and back by her boyfriend's mother.

April 12th City of Brookfield
Police were called to T.J Maxx where a man was screaming and crying. The man told police he was upset because he couldn’t find his purse. Once police helped the man locate his purse, he was very happy that nothing inside it was missing.

April 19th Town of Rubicon
A caller reported seeing an intoxicated 39-year-old man sitting in a ditch outside of a truck and throwing things at a house.

April 15th City of Shawano
Police responded to a South Main Street resident's Call reporting his neighbors' loud Mexican polka music. The caller told police the neighbors really had the Mexican polka music "cranked".

April 4th City of Waukesha
A McDonald’s employee called police to report a man was threatening other customers with a cup of coffee.

April 17th City of Wisconsin Rapids
A woman called police to report that people she lived with damaged her Easter Lily.

February 25th Village of Plover
A man was sentenced for his 10th drunk driving conviction. According to the criminal complaint, the man was arrested when police found him in his truck with its motor running in a gas station parking lot with an open can of beer between his legs and a 12-pack next to him. When police woke the man and asked him if he knew where he was, he told them he was in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

April 14th City of Beaver Dam
A woman at Culver’s called police and reported a dead dog in the roadway. The "dead dog" turned out, in fact, to be a sandbag holding down a "street closed" sign.

April 19th City of Sheboygan
A driver on Highway 28 from Cascade called police to report seeing a truck pulling a trailer holding a 4-wheeler with a child riding atop of it.

April 17th City of Wisconsin Rapids
Police responded to a report of children attempting to kick sleeping ducks.

April 12th City of Waupun
A man called police to report he woke up to find a portable toilet with a dead cat in it on his lawn.
