April 29th Town of Menasha
Police were called to school on Midway Road where a student caused a disturbance in science class by making sexual comments, refusing to follow rules and jabbing another student in the back with a ruler.
May 2nd City of Neenah
A Stevens Street resident called police to report that a 4-year- old girl was missing. The caller then called back to say the girl had been located in the house, however, the caller had locked themselves outside. A short time later the girl opened the back door to the house and the caller was able to get back inside.
April 30th City of Appleton
An officer checking a suspicious vehicle about 8 p.m. found an 18-year-old man and a 17-year-old girl making out on Witzke Road. The couple said they were boyfriend and girlfriend, and were released after the girl's parents were notified.

Police received a report of a chicken eating dog on the loose on the North 7000 block of Highway 55. The caller stated that the dog ate some of his chickens though he didn't know exactly how many. Police located the chicken eating dog and picked it up.

Police responded to a call from Mountin's Piggly Wiggly where a 43-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman were arguing about the location of food in the store.
May 4th Village of Denmark
Police cited a 17-year-old girl for shoplifting from Main Street Market. The girl was caught trying to steal a six-pack of Snickers bars and six cans of sardines.
April 29th City of Wauwatosa
Police responded to a call from security at the Mayfair Mall where a 25-year-old man was sleeping on the couches outside Barnes & Nobel. The man had been banned from the mall since 2009 after he fell through the ceiling of a bathroom.

Police were called to a school on Nicolet Road where a
fight between two girls started in the gymnasium when one girl accidentally hit the other with a basketball and then apologized by yelling out "My bad". However, the girl who was hit with the basketball failed to hear the first girl say "My bad" leading to the altercation.

A John Street resident called police and wanted to speak to an officer about some kids who threw a lawn dart at him.
May 5th Village of Bellevue
Police saw a vehicle weaving on Interstate 43 and stopped it near Manitowoc Road. The 50-year-old driver had an open container of orange juice and vodka in the car. Police also found a loaf of bread in the car…with 34 methadone pills inside.

A 55-year-old man was arrested on a violation of the no-drink requirement of his probation after a witness saw him stumbling while walking on a sidewalk, then stopping, squatting and defecating onto a lawn.

A complainant reported seeing a 4-foot, solid brown object floating in the water about 300 yards from Kimberly Point Park. An officer, using binoculars, identified the object was a Christmas tree.

A Mary Street resident contacted police to report someone put a skunk in her son's car.

An older, rusty, Dodge conversion van with two male occupants was going to residents' homes on High Cliff Road and asking to see resident's vacuum cleaners. They also offered to vacuum their carpet. One of the male subjects was wearing a woman's tank top. The reporting party called back later to state that he had done some more checking and found out that the men were...Kirby vacuum cleaner salesmen.

Police received a call from a UW-O biology major who found what looked like a big raccoon in her garage. On closer inspection the biology student realized it was actually a full grown hen turkey that had bedded down under the front tires of her car. Three officers were dispatched to the residence where one used a garbage can, a lamp shade and clucking sounds to coax the turkey out of the garage.

Police investigated a small fire at the Market Basket. A 14-year-old boy was referred to juvenile authorities for arson after he told police he accidently set fire to plastic beverage bottles after trying to melt the labels with a lighter inside the store. Employees and a customer put out the fire with cups of water.

Police responded to a home on South Lincoln Street where a 20-year-old woman reported that a 20-year-old man was ringing the doorbell and would not leave. Police found out that the man was attempting to drop off an Easter basket.

Police received a call from a Strawflower Drive resident who reported that two persons were threatening to throw tacos at the reporting party's house. They said this is an ongoing problem.

Police received a report of a half-naked man getting out of his car at the Taco Bell drive-thru, grabbing his tacos and fleeing. A Taco Bell employee sustained a minor injury in the incident.

A theft was reported on Windsor Court. The reporting party came home a week ago and a woman was there with high heels and all dressed up. This woman jumped in bed with the reporting party's husband. She reported that a collection of linen tablecloths that she had for 30 years were missing, among other items. She believes this woman with high heels took them.

Police were called to break up a domestic dispute on Samantha Street where a man spit on his girlfriend and the girlfriend broke a beer bottle over his head. The woman was apparently upset with the boyfriend because he had burned the pot roast.
February 16th City of Holmen
A Morris Street resident reported a noise complaint for a neighboring apartment. The neighbor attributed the noise to an infant learning to walk and dropping bottles.
March 14th City of Brown Deer
A 41-year-woman was arrested for theft at Kohl's, March 14th which was her birthday. She was at the store to return items but when the store wouldn't take them back, she took some queen size sheets valued at $100, saying it was her birthday gift to herself.

A 45-year-old woman was arrested for her second drunken
driving violation. The woman, who had urinated in her
pants, was taken to the booking room where she began to undress. When told to stop, she made an obscene gesture and just continued undressing.
March 5th Town of Menasha
Officers responded to a Lakeshore Drive dispute between a homeowner and two people who were walking dogs. The homeowner accused the dog-walkers of allowing their dogs to relieve themselves in his yard. The argument became heated with some name-calling and profanity exchanged. Responding officers were conducted a search but were unable to locate any dog excrement in the yard and both parties were warned.

A Commercial Street resident reported that someone was pounding on his front door and kicking at his side door at 10:40 p.m. Police identified the suspect as… the resident's drunken brother.

Police cited a high school student for disorderly conduct after she disobeyed rules and yelled and swore at staff. In talking with police, the girl acknowledged her aggressive behavior and revealed that she had been having dreams about, among other things, Santa Claus attacking her.
March 11th City of Muskego
A 19-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct after yelling obscenities at a drive-thru window at Dairy Queen. The man became enraged when he ordered two blizzards and received only one, prompting him to knock on the drive-through window and ask "if anyone knew how to work there", peppering his question with numerous curse words.
March 20th City of Wisconsin Rapids
Police and firefighters responded to a call to help a 20-year-old man who was stuck in a laundry chute after taking a dare from his children. The family had tried to pull him out of the chute for about 10 minutes, then called 911 when the man started having trouble breathing. The situation became more tense when firefighters brought out a saw to cut the man out of the chute and a young girl in the house began to panic, believing they were going to cut him in half.

A man told police that he was trying to make an officer chase him so he could get arrested for driving while intoxicated. After evidence was gathered, the man was arrested for driving while intoxicated .

A 24-year-old man was arrested for theft of 263 candy bars from Pick 'n Save. He told police he took the 263 candy bar because… he was hungry.

A Gay Drive man told police that a woman at his residence was throwing his things and trying to lock him and his dog out of the house. Police found the couple was just drunk and arguing about their relationship.

Police received a report of a shanty burglary. According to police the thief took a stove, 2 heaters, 2 wrenches, and "even the wine!".

A woman on McKinley Street called police to report she had found a half case of beer on her front lawn.

Police were called to the Sports Corner where a man became “aggressive” after he was refused service because he knocked over a bar stool.

Police warned a 52-year-old woman to stop calling her former friend, a 31-year-old woman, over allegations that the younger one had spread rumors about the other one's daughter. Police suggested the two avoid one another and “start acting like grown-ups”.

Police were called to Bay View Middle School where they cited a 13-year-old boy for disorderly conduct after he pushed a dollar bill into the cleavage of a girl's tank top,. The boy said he was dared by others to do it.

Police were notified that two men burglarized an apartment at Flats on the Fox on North Washington Street and left in a pickup truck. Also taken from the residence were a pair of men’s shoes and… a box of cookie dough.
February 27th City of Chilton
A disturbance was reported on North Madison. A male subject who was in a lot of pain because of an infected tooth became violent and broke a window in the bathroom. The reporting party stated that the man had calmed down. However, he refused to go to a dentist and indicated that he would pull his own tooth out with a pliers.

A man reported to police that a woman was sending him pictures on her phone of her smashing their television. The woman had said children had broken the television with a toy.
February 26th City of Oshkosh
Police responded to an accident site on Oregon Street where a boyfriend and girlfriend in separate cars and driving in opposite directions collided head-on in route to his home. Neither driver was injured but both vehicles sustained significant damage.

A 20-year-old man reported the theft of $150 from his pants. At the time of the theft, the man was not wearing his pants.

A Forkin Street resident told police she received a pop-up ad on her computer indicating that she had won a watch and needed to pay $4.99 for the shipping and handling. She provided her bank account info and later saw a $89 charge. She said she now receives many pop-ups when she logs onto the Internet.

A 25-year-man who slapped a 17-year-old girl and choked her until she almost passed out was arrested. The girl said she didn't report the incident until the following day because she wanted to get her hair done.

An officer was dispatched to Hickory Lane for a report of people standing around a vehicle trying to flag down other passing cars. When the officer arrived on the scene, he found two older women inside the vehicle holding notes which they had been holding up asking for help. The women were able to yell through the closed windows of their vehicle that the battery on the car had died so the power windows and locks would not operate. The officer was able to communicate back that the women could manually lift up the door lock button, which they then did in order to exit the vehicle.

A caller reported that there was loud banging coming from an apartment on Third Street and it sounded like a fight. Upon arrival, officers were told by two individuals that there was no fight. One of the men said he was playing a video game and got upset, so he was yelling.

An 18-year-old man was arrested for underage drinking and resisting arrest after police were called to remove him from a party at Four Points Sheraton. The man ran from police and when caught yelled for them to call his parents. The suspect would not say where he got the alcohol and denied drinking. However, he told officers he knew where they could buy some "weed."

A man in his 20s approached a home on Lakeshore Drive while carrying a plate of cookies. While speaking with the resident, he was invited inside due to the cold weather. The man began asking personal questions about the residents and made comments about the property. The man eventually left.

Officers responded to the home of a woman who’d received several obscene phone calls from the same man. While police were at the woman's residence listening to the recorded messages, the man made two additional calls. When police asked why he did that, he told them he did not believe that was making calls filled with obscene suggestions was inappropriate.

Police received a report of suspicious behavior. According to a caller, there was a man on North Spring Street standing outside wearing a ski mask. The 31-year-old man was contacted and he said that he was wearing the ski mask to keep warm while he was standing outside.

A Neenah man told police that a woman who stayed with him in a hotel room stole his car, Xanax pills and $35 in cash. He said he awoke at 3:30 a.m. to find the woman and the items gone. The man only knew the woman’s first name and that she frequented the Paradise Club.

Police referred a 24-year-old Neenah man on charges of trespassing, damage to property and disorderly conduct after he forcibly broke into the home of his former girlfriend and her boyfriend. The suspect tackled the boyfriend and threatened him with a frying pan. The boyfriend, in turn, armed himself with a hatchet that he kept under a couch cushion for just such situations.

Police arrested a 21-year-old Mackville man and a 20-year-old Neenah man for stealing items from cars on East Columbian Avenue. Items recovered from the suspects included headphones, darts, gum, Tootsie Pops and skin moisturizer.

Police arrested a 19-year-old man for breaking into an unoccupied home on Cleveland Street and stealing a bag of trash and address labels. A neighbor spotted the man leaving the home. Police found the bag containing the trash and address labels hidden in the basement of the suspect's house. He denied any involvement and said someone planted the garbage in his basement as evidence.

A resident of East Forest Avenue called police to report that she heard moving and mumbling and thought someone was in her house. She locked herself in the master bedroom and activated the security alarm. Police determined the woman had heard men outside doing snow removal.

A 30-year-old woman was cited for keeping a pig named Peanut in her apartment. Police responded after receiving a report from the woman’s probation officer who had stopped in at her Third Street apartment and found the pig living there with her. Responding officers noted that the apartment “smelled like a barn”.

Police received a 911 call from the 20-year-old son of a Maple Street resident. The son said his father had been at the residence of a friend watching the Saints-Vikings game earlier in the evening. After he arrived home, he argued with the friend on the phone. Later, the friend walked in the house, yelled "Vikings suck!" and began hitting the older man. The father told police the friend who beat him acts like an idiot every time he watches football games.

A 14-year-old boy was cited for retail theft after he took a porn magazine from a business on Planeview Drive. The boy's brother turned him in to police.

A man called police to report a photo he took of Jesus when he appeared on the wall of his house has been stolen. The man told police the negative of the photo was stored in a coffee can on his bed headboard. The man said the negative shows Jesus on the wall of his house. The man said he thinks someone stole the negative to sell the print online or to the tabloids.
January 23rd City of Neenah
Police arrested a 22-year-old Neenah man for resisting arrest after he tried to run from an officer. The officer approached the man and two others after seeing one of them urinating behind the Statue of Liberty.

A man living on 5th Street reported that someone dumped slices of cheese and maple syrup on his daughter's car. Police advised the man to wash the car as soon as possible.

Police cited an intoxicated Menomonie man for disorderly conduct after he threatened to kill a hotel manager who attempted to calm him down while he was in town to coach his son's fifth-grade basketball team.

A 19-year-old Marshfield man was cited for discharging a firearm and criminal damage after he allegedly shot out a car window with a BB gun. The man said he was just playing paintball with a friend but they ran out of paintball ammo so they switched to using BB guns.

Emergency Medical Services and Tomahawk Police officers were called to a North Sixth Street residence to assist a 46-year-old woman who had her head stuck under a seat in her van for four hours.
January 2nd City of Neenah
A 19-year-old Neenah man reported that someone dumped spaghetti sauce, maple syrup, oatmeal and onions onto his car during the night. Police traced the containers, which were left behind, to the Neenah Wal-Mart, and the store used the UPC codes on the containers to pinpoint the purchases earlier in the night. The store will review surveillance videos to help police identify the suspect or suspects.

Police were called to a Hidden Creek Court residence where a wife who was upset that her husband was receiving text messages from another woman attacked him with a vacuum cleaner attachment.

Officers responded to a report of two boys vandalizing carts at the Wal-mart. The boys, ages 14 and 16, both of Plainfield, Ill., reportedly told police that they making their own fun because it was boring in Wisconsin.
January 12th City of New Berlin
Police responded to a man falling off of a ladder at the Citgo while attempting to clear snow off of a satellite dish on the roof of the station so that he could buy a lottery ticket. The snow had disabled the signal for the ticket machine, so the man retrieved a ladder from his own residence and returned to clear it. He fell from the ladder and was bleeding from the nose when officers arrived. Police smelled alcohol on the man and arrested him for drunken driving.

A man who was about to throw a television set during a disturbance at a residence on Bayshore Drive was arrested for disorderly conduct. He put the television set down when police pounded on the door.
January 8th City of Beaver Dam
A 51-year-old man reported that two women were at his apartment and were spilling drinks and were trashing the apartment. When police arrived, the man said he just wanted to talk and was upset because one of the women was drinking a cola. The man was advised not to let that woman come over anymore.

A couple was arguing on 2nd Street about not being able to get the gas cap off the car. Neither person was visibly upset or crying and a child inside the running car was calm. The couple told an officer they were just frustrated over the car's problems. The officer assisted in removing the cap and the couple felt better.

A 30-year-old woman was arrested for theft of more than $300 worth of clothing. While in the fitting room, the woman damaged a pair of jeans while removing the sensor tag and then asked a clerk for a pair that wasn't damaged. When police arrived, they found she also had a jacket stuffed into her stocking.

Police were called to Calumet Apartments for a loud noise complaint. An Officer pounded on the man's third-floor door and recognized the songs of the late singer John Denver. Williams asked the man why the music was so loud. The man responded he was just…"rocking out."

A man residing at Hidden Meadows Trailer Park called the Dodge County Sheriff’s Department to report the theft of the Baby Jesus. According to investigators, the culprit also made off with Joseph but left Mary laying in the snow.

A caller on Nicolet Boulevard told police that someone stole a "Ho" from her yard. It was one of three "Ho's" on her fence which previously spelled out "Ho Ho Ho" and now just reads only "Ho Ho".

The clerk on duty at the Mobil Mart called police to report that while he had several customers in line, a woman in the food section started screaming that someone needed to come clean up the microwave immediately. She continued to yell and make threats, finally taking pictures of the clerk with her cell phone as she left the store.
