Is it still a DUI if you’re “driving” a horse? Yes. Yes it is.
And officers in Australia proved it when a woman in Queensland attempted to ride her horse through the drive-thru of a tavern… while already swigging from a bottle of wine. Turns out she had a blood-alcohol level of 0.226, nearly four times the legal limit. She was arrested for DUI. The horse was not intoxicated, and got a ride home from police.
