We are proud to name as this week’s Rick and Len Show Weenie of the Week…32-year-old Jonathan Harper of Appleton who this week was charged with 15 felonies and five misdemeanors from one incident that involved 3 car crashes. I’m still not sure I have the order of everything correct but what he did was something like this…
Harper allegedly crashed a vehicle into multiple homes and buildings injuring one person who was hit with debris. In the process, he reportedly rammed the vehicle through a garage door and stole the Cadillac Escalade inside.
He then apparently drove off, eventually crashing into the back of a vehicle with a public safety officer from the Appleton International Airport. Harper then reportedly got out of the Escalade and jumped into a Ford pick-up truck that had stopped to help. He then took off in the pick-up ignoring the fact that there was a 13-year old girl, a friend of the owner’s daughter, in the back seat.
Harper eventually dropped the panicked girl off at a gas station. Police then tracked Harper to a field using the Find My Phone app on the cell left in the vehicle by the of the owner’s daughter.
Officers reportedly found a clear plastic bag that appeared to contain methamphetamine on Harper. He was then taken to a hospital to for a blood draw, but when the medical staff couldn’t find a vein, Harper reportedly told them “I’m an IV drug user and even I can’t hit my veins.”
So,
For apparently not finding Grand Theft Auto exciting enough on his video system and trying to play it in real life.
For not realizing that 13-year-old girls are NOT meant for catch and release.
And for being found to be outstanding in a field, which while for some people is a sign of accomplishment, but for others is just a sign you might be a dumb-ass meth head.
We are proud to name Jonathan Harper of Appleton as this week’s Rick and Len Show…WEENIE OF THE WEEK!
