Country Time did it last year and they’re up to it again this summer… helping the youth of America legalize lemonade!
No, that’s not code for some new drug you don’t know about. Some areas around the country can have strict laws regarding permits and taxes in regards to children’s front yard lemonade stands. No permit, and kids can end up with tickets or hundreds of dollars in fines.
So Country Time Lemonade is once again offering to help kids pay those permit fees or any fines on their lemonade stands through their “Legalize Lemonade” campaign. They even have a handy map to let you know which 15 states allow legal lemonade stands, and how to contact your state Representatives to help change laws in states that don’t.
