Wisconsin officially has a new state Supreme Court justice.
Former Judge Brian Hagedorn took the oath of office yesterday at the Capitol.
Justice Hagedorn says he’s worked in private practice and with the other branches of the government, but those days are behind him.
He was sworn in by former Justice Michael Gableman, the man he’s replacing on the high court.
Hagedorn defeated Judge Lisa Neubauer in April, and he’ll serve a 10-year term.
