The organizer of a T-shirt sale honoring Appleton Firefighter Mitch Lundgaard is giving people another change to buy them.
Sue Spierings of ID Marketing wants to help remember Lundgaard, after he was killed on a call in June. She says there were a lot of requests from the community to reopen the sale, after the first one was very successful.
Spierings says sales were “going crazy” this morning, and it’s nice to see that support.
The deadline to order is September 11th. The shirts will only be shipped this time.
During the first sale, people had the option to pick them up at a fire station.
The proceeds from the sale will go to the Friends of the Appleton Fire Department.
