The former Third Street Market site in downtown Menasha is getting a new lease on life.
The city has approved a development agreement that will allow Bertram Dental Lab to move into the vacant building.
Community Development Director Sam Schroeder thinks it will be a shot in the arm for the downtown economy. He says Bertram will bring 65 jobs to downtown Menasha.
The city of Menasha created a tax incremental financing district for the Third Street Market development in 2014. It went out of business in 2017.
