A Green Bay man is facing possible attempted homicide charges after a shooting last weekend.
Police say 44-year-old Tony Simmons turned himself in Tuesday.
Com. Paul Ebel say he went to an apartment in the 2000 block of Eastman Avenue on Sunday and shot a man. He says the victim and other people in the apartment identified Simmons as the shooter.
Ebel says Simmons also beat up a woman on the same day. Police are recommending charges of attempted homicide and battery.
