DNR officials are investigating a hunting related death in Dodge County.
They say three people were hunting squirrels near Mud Lake Road in Reeseville yesterday morning when a 61-year-old man saw movement and fatally shot his 65-year-old brother.
Dodge County Sheriff Dale Schmidt says they’re handling the event as if it could be a homicide so the investigation is done right.
He says then they can back off if they find it was accidental.
