A law firm is filing the first lawsuit in Wisconsin against vaping companies, claiming they’re illegally marketing e-cigarettes to teens.
Crueger Dickinson from the Milwaukee area is targeting the makers of JUUL products. The firm is representing people who became addicted when they were minors.
The suit comes in the wake of more than three dozen cases in Wisconsin of people developing lung problems after vaping. Eight people have died around the country.
