The names of the three people who died in a fire at a group home last week in Fond du Lac are being released along with the cause.
Division Fire Chief Troy Haase says based on interviews and the location of the fire they determined it was accidental caused by improperly discarded smoking materials.
Haase says 24-year-old Taylor Lavallee, 53-year-old Lisa Eastham and 72-year-old Donna Frederick all died of smoke inhalation.
They were on the second story of the home in the 600 block of Military Road.
