Friends of the four men hurt in a house explosion in Shawano County say they were preparing for an upcoming fundraiser.

Club members say all four had third-degree burns over half of their bodies.
Club Secretary Wayne Schwartz says when he found out who was involved, “it just rips you apart.”
Sheriff’s deputies are only releasing the name of the homeowner, Steve Verg, so far. He lives on Verg Road.
Lions Club Chair Jim Polzin says members will step up to hold the fundraiser, out of respect to the four men.
