The former Smith Elementary School in Oshkosh is going up for sale.
The century old building was closed over the summer because of roof and mold issues.
The School Board will go out for bids on the property next month.
District Financial Services Director Sue Schnorr says the money can be used for anything the board decides.
The District will request that any buyer commit to maintaining the historic facade of the building.
