Little Chute leaders might let people hunt for geese within the village borders.
Administrator James Fenlon says it wouldn’t be allowed in urban areas, but there are some unique situations. He says a property owner with 150 to 200 acres, north of I-41, is asking for an exemption to the rules. The village annexed the land from the Town of Vandenbroek.
He says the police chief and community development director would review any applications to make sure they meet safety and other standards.
The board meets on Wednesday.
