The bankrupt owners of the Menominee Nation Arena in Oshkosh say they now have the financing to keep the facility running and pay back their debts.
Fox Valley Pro Basketball claims it has $500 million dollars in cash plus the $420 thousand it will receive in tax incremental financing from the City of Oshkosh in November.
$200 thousand of that amount is coming from Windward Wealth Management which is owned by FVPB President Greg Pierce.
The bankruptcy court filing also states that Fox Valley Pro Basketball has agreements in place with Bayland Buildings which sued the arena group claiming it was still owed $13 million on a construction loan.
