A former Oshkosh prison nurse that had sex with an inmate reaches a plea deal with prosecutors.
Cherie Nelson is convicted in Winnebago County Court on a reduced count of fourth degree sexual assault.
She had sexual contact with the inmate while working as a contract nurse at the Oshkosh Correctional Institution last spring.
Nelson has been sentenced to two years on probation.
