A local weather woman had her wig snatched by a lemur on live TV. WALB’s (Albany, Georgia) meteorologist Yolanda Amadeo was reporting on location at a petting zoo (an EVIL petting zoo…?) She was speaking to a zoo representative when a frisky lemur (what other kind is there) suddenly jumped on her shoulder. She remained outwardly professional. Then the lemur became fixated on her hair/wig and then decided to jump ship back to the zoo rep and tried to take a souvenir… her wig… with it. She got her hair together before eventually fleeing the lemur who jumped in for seconds on the wig.
As a rule of thumb, you can’t control lemurs… you can only hope to contain them.
