A developer is planning to build a business park along Highway 55 in Harrison, south of Highway KK.
The village board agreed to rezone the land.
Brad Uecker of Rucon Construction expects each building will be about 12,000 square feet. He wants to put up five of them in the first phase.
Uecker believes other construction companies, auto repair shops, or welding business would be interested. HE hopes to finish all of the buildings by the end of next year.
