A Republican lawmaker from Neenah won’t seek re-election next year.
Rep. Mike Rohrkaste is announcing he’ll retire from his 55th district seat at the end of his term. He says he’s proud of the work done to improve the state’s finances over the past two budgets.
Rohrkaste has served in the Assembly since 2014.
He recently took over as the executive director of the Fox Valley Memory Project. He’ll spend his time there providing services and support to families of Alzheimer’s and dementia patients.
