A 20-year-old woman is facing formal charges on accusations that she had an ongoing sexual relationship with a child in Appleton.
Police Officer Meghan Cash says the department got an anonymous tip earlier this week, and they arrested Dessiree Allen.
The boy was under 15 years old. Prosecutors are charging Allen with a felony count of repeatedly sexually assaulting a child.
Cash says the child sometimes stayed at the woman’s home, and the assaults were happening frequently.
