The Neenah School District is in the process of putting together what staffers are calling a “Portrait of a Graduate.”
Associate Principal Chad Buboltz says they’re talking to business and nonprofit leaders, along with students and parents. He says they want to know what people think makes a high school graduate a success.
Once they finish the project, Buboltz says the district will work to make sure schools are teaching students any necessary skills and characteristics.
Buboltz says they started working on the project over the summer, and they’re still in the early stages.
Over 30 Neenah community leaders got together yesterday to share their thoughts. They’ll meet with parents and students next month.
