Governor Evers is setting up a task force to develop strategies to deal with climate change.
He wants the group to come up with recommendations by August.
Lt. Gov. Mandela Barnes will be the chair. The members include stakeholders involved with agriculture, energy, business, and health.
Evers says science has been ignored too long, and the state can’t afford to do that any longer.
