One person is dead and another has life threatening injuries after a single engine plane crashed into a pickup truck in the Town of Ledgeview.
Brown County Sheriff’s deputies say the pilot died at the scene.
They say the Ledgeview man was trying to land at a private airfield when he collided with a pickup driven by a Greenleaf area man.
The crash happened just before 5 p.m. on Dutchman Road just west of Hidden Valley Lane.
The FAA and NTSB are investigating.
