Prosecutors are filing charges against a second person, after an investigation into marijuana vaping cartridges in Clintonville.
Twenty-year-old Matthew Delzer is facing five counts, including manufacturing and selling THC. Waupaca County prosecutors charged 19-year-old Brooke Schweitzer yesterday.
Delzer and Schweitzer live in the same house. Police say they found equipment that’s used to make vaping cartridges, along with marijuana plants, in their home.
