Stakeholders got together in Green Bay today to talk about ways to improve water quality.
Republican Congressman Mike Gallagher of Green Bay says they have to take steps at all levels. He says it starts with what farmers do, and what local and county governments are doing. He adds state and federal lawmakers also play a role.
Experts at the summit focused on groundwater, surface water, and the Great Lakes.
