There’s a benefit on Saturday for the children of one of the Diemel brothers.
Justin and Nick Diemel were killed on a business trip in Missouri in July. Nick and his wife Lisa have four children between 18 months and 17 years old.
The benefit is at Romy’s Nitingale, south of Black Creek, starting at 4 p.m. There will be a live auction, bucket raffles, and live music from 8 p.m. to midnight.
The brothers are from the Seymour area, and they owned Diemel’s Livestock.
Garland “Joey” Nelson is charged with killing them at his farm, northeast of Kansas City.
