A bowhunter fell on an arrow in Fond du Lac County, and suffered a serious wound to his arm.
Sheriff’s deputies say the man tripped on an arrow around 5:30 a.m. yesterday, and he had a deep cut to his arm. Deputies rescued him using GPS and a utility vehicle.
The hunter was able to put on a tourniquet and call 911.
He was hunting on public land, just south of Oakfield, and west of Highway Y.
