The man shot and killed by a police officer in Two Rivers was 30-year-old Nash Fiske.
Court records show he has a lengthy criminal history, mostly involving drugs.
The state justice department says a three-year veteran of the department shot Fiske, after police pulled a car over and Fiske was in it. Investigators did take guns into evidence.
