A medical condition may have caused a crash on Highway 23 near Townline Road in Fond du Lac County.
Sheriff’s officials say the driver, an 83-year-old Fond du Lac man, crossed the center line of Highway 23 and ended up in a ditch and then a field before stopping in a private driveway.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
