Appleton Police make an arrest in connection with an attempted sexual assault. James Tuchalski of Grand Chute allegedly told a 21-year old woman that he had a gun and forced her to perform a sex act while giving her a ride along North Oneida Street around 1:40 Thursday afternoon. The alleged victim was able to provide police with a description of Tuchalski’s car and he was arrested later in the day. Criminal charges are pending.
