The EAA is suing a family for having a beer tent near the AirVenture grounds called “Beer Venture.”
The lawsuit accused the Carl, Dean, and Steven Sosnoski of violating copyright and trademark rules. They own land along the main road that leads to the AirVenture grounds.
EAA spokesman Dick Knapinski says both sides have been working on a settlement.
The lawsuit was filed in federal court in Green Bay.
