There are federal charges against two men accused of rolling back odometers, after buying used cars.
Investigators believe 35-year-old Robert Solberg and 38-year-old Joshua Taylor were changing or replacing odometers, and selling the cars. They say some of those cars actually had about 100,000 more miles on them.
