A substitute teacher is facing formal charges on accusations that he inappropriately touched two five-year-old girls at a Menasha elementary school.
Winnebago County prosecutors are filing two counts of first-degree sexual assault of a child, and three counts of child enticement, against 27-year-old Alex Patterson of Greenville.
They say the girls were students at Clovis Grove Elementary when Patterson was there in November.
Menasha police arrested Patterson last week.
A Winnebago County court commissioner set Patterson’s bond at $100,000 during a court hearing this afternoon.
