The housing market was down a little last month, compared to November of last year.
Statewide sales slipped nearly one percent.
Economist David Clark of the Wisconsin Realtors Association says the median price continues to rise, and it was up six percent in November to $194,000.
Sales were better in the northeast region last month, with a 1-1/2 percent increase over last year. The median price in the area was up about four percent, to $170,000.
Clark says it continues to be a seller’s market, with inventories below normal, especially in urban areas.
