Flags will be at half-staff tomorrow and Thursday in honor of a former leader of the Oneida Nation.
Rick Hill died last week. Governor Evers issued the order, saying Hill left behind a legacy of service to the Oneida Nation, the state’s tribes, and the entire state.
Hill was 66. He was the chair of the tribe from 1990 to 1993, and 2008 to 2011.
