Police say a man on the run was hiding in the basement of a home on Green Bay’s east side this morning.
Officers were trying to arrest him on warrants in the area of S. Webster and Doty avenues around 11 a.m. They say he ran away, and went into a house on S. Webster.
Officers used a K-9 to track him to the home. Police don’t think he knew anyone living at the house.
