Parts of Oconto were flooded yesterday because of ice jams along the Oconto River.
North Shore Bait Company was one of the businesses that was hit hard by the rising water.
Owner Paul Lukas thinks he lost about $30,000 worth of inventory. He says they tried to put out sandbags, but the water rose too high and too quickly.
Some streets were also flooded. The city issued an order, saying people would get a ticket for driving on a water-covered street.
