A retiring English teacher in southcentral Wisconsin is paying a fine, after sheriff’s deputies say he was pooping in a public park for about two years.
Jeffrey Churchwell was going outside of a building, and sometimes on it, in Natureland Park in the Town of Whitewater. They say he would sometimes do it several times per day.
Churchwell was working for the Milton School District. He had to pay a fine, and about $5,700 in restitution.
