Organizers of Celebrate De Pere want to move back to the old location.
They plan to return to Voyageur Park, after relocating to the Brown County Fairgrounds in 2018.
Co-director Bob Tease says it ties in with their 30th anniversary celebration, and a chance to go back to their roots. He says they’re working on solutions to past parking issues.
Celebrate De Pere is scheduled for the Memorial Day weekend. It features live music, a parade, and a car show.
The city council still has to agree to the change.
