Two parents from Denmark are accused of leaving three children alone, while they drank in their garage.
Twenty-nine-year-old Brian Watzka and 27-year-old Angela Voght are charged with three misdemeanor counts of child neglect.
Brown County prosecutors say deputies went to their house around 3:30 a.m. last Friday. They say a neighbor called because a small child was screaming for her mother, and the caller saw the kids outside in their pajamas.
The kids are six, four, and eight months.
Prosecutors say the music was loud, and the two parents were drunk.
